Really fell in love with this spot. Walking in I love the ambience. The space is versatile and looks like a great place to come listen to some live acoustic music. I had the meat wrap. Stopped there on way driving to Arkansas from Dallas. Was going to go to Starbucks but they were packed. Tried this place instead. The best fresh roasted coffee I have ever had! And great open faced sandwiches with chicken avocado and bean sprouts. Seems like nice independent shop. So glad we gave them a try. Will be our regular stop from now on! read more

The food here is AMAZING. I personally LOVE the avocado toast, BLTA, and smoothie bowls. My mouth waters before I even open the box of my BLTA. However, I feel that their drinks and smoothies can be somewhat inconsistent with their taste. I have repeatedly gotten the same drink several times and it is a bit different every time. I still definitely would recommend this place for healthy eating and a cute place to hang out. read more

We stopped for fuel on our way to Arkansas, and were headed to Starbucks when we saw CJ's. Always preferring to shop smaller and independent businesses we made a beeline. I got a simple latte. My husband got a honeybee latte. Shazam! The honeybee is wonderful! Tastes of honey and vanilla. Sweet but not overly sweet. My simple latte with a touch of honey is smooth and creamy and just so delicious! This was such a fortuitous stop. Highly recommend them. read more

I'm in town on business & have eaten at CJ's literally everyday for nearly two weeks. The food is excellent, the service is exceptional & the coffee is superb. I have truly enjoyed absolutely everything I've had at each visit! The only reason for the 4 over 5 stars is bc more attention needs to be spent on cleaning. The concrete floors have not even had a basis sweeping or likely a proper cleaning in some time. There's an alarming amount of food bits, dust bunnies, & debris everywhere. Tables & chairs are sticky/dirty and the door & windows need lots of attention as well. I've watched staff clear several tables now and none of them were wiped down-only the items were cleared. read more

This is a gem of a spot. I'm trying to find alternatives to the big chain coffee place. Not only does CJ's hit this bill wonderfully but it also turned out to be a fabulous lunch spot. Went on the recommendation of a friend. Their coffee is roasted in house and they have aqua Panik's growing and use local vegetables for their food. My meal was amazing and the service was exceptional. The atmosphere is really comfortable. I will absolutely be going back there. Can't wait to take my mom for lunch and or a coffee day, date night with hubby, or my kids on a fun treat day. There are three CJ locations in the area one in downtown Sherman, one in downtown Denison, and the one that is behind Starbucks across from TMC hospital. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I can't wait to go back. read more

CJ's is has the best coffee in Grayson County and is one of the best local eateries I have visited. I usually go to the downtown Denison location but sometimes visit the location at 691/75. I highly recommend their chicken salad plate and original cold brew coffee. read more

I walked into this place at first just needing a quick pit stop before continuing my drive up north. I immediately noticed the sign above the door: "God is Always Faithful." This business has INSANELY good salted caramel mocha's, sandwiches, different food options, and AMAZING staff who are very customer friendly. CJ's is a great addition to the Texoma dining scene. Although they are mostly known for their great coffee drinks, their food is really good. My favorite things are the black and blue lettuce wraps, followed by all the other lettuce wraps. The salmon salad is also terrific. The service is very good. People complain about the prices but that's just how it is in 2021. read more

This is by far one of the best location's off of 75 and the blvd! We have been there so often! Their food is farm fresh and coffee outstanding! not a coroparate chain and being from Austin, Texas I have been to many coffee places. No one has unique coffee flavor llike CJ's ! If you want real food and coffee no matter what location: Travis in Sherman Tx, Gateway villiage in Denison or the first ever CJ's on main in Denison. You should go.. All of their food is made daily and fresh not frozen like Starbuck's. This family is amazing and I would never recommend another coffee chain in Grayson County! read more

Absolute best place to get coffee in Sherman! Their Chai tea is the best I've ever had, and I love that they have an oat milk option.
