The food is still good, but service is terrible. We went a week ago and the AC was broken, so it was hot and miserable...but there were no signs. Our waitress just happened to mention it and also said they were low on ice. The waitress was nice enough, but soooooo slow. A few times I thought she forgot about us. Getting our bar drinks took forever. At one point we were waiting for something and she was a few tables down just chatting it up with other customers. She stayed at that table for at least 5 minutes which feels like forever when you're waiting for something. We went several times in the first several months after they opened and loved it. We went a few months ago and the service was bad, but we were hoping it was just a bad night so we decided to give them another chance. It was even worse. We will not be going back and I don't think it's going to stay in business if this is how it's being run.

It's giving "classy with personality," like the place knows it looks good but doesn't need to brag about it. Service? Perfect. Impeccable. Smooth like they rehearsed it. Savannah and Silvana were fantastic -- professional, friendly, zero stress, and somehow always there with exactly what we needed without hovering like a drone. Ten out of ten humans. The wild part? They have a huge menu. Like, "bring reading glasses" huge. But I didn't even make it past happy hour because that table turned into a small culinary battlefield and I was happily losing. Salad was served in a tin take out container and no dish ware or napkins. Flimsy paper plates provided. Good food - surprised. Salad content was ample with greens and fresh shredded carrots and tomatoes. House made ranch and jalapeno ranch dressings were excellent. Salad moisture wet through doubled plates. The thin crust pizza was very good - sauce and cheese were both sufficient and so were the other toppings. We've tried numerous local pizza restaurants in the area and none are very good. Sauce and oils from the pizza also bled through double plates and food lost temperature immediately. Wouldn't consider any sauced entrees since spillage would be evident. Cooks must be decent. There are several casual restaurants and other shops on this street but all are often empty. I see very little to consistently attract patrons. Parking is also limited.
