Just understanding the situation you would think the right thing would be done and charges reimbursed, but staff were too rigid in their fine print and not willing to help. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with this issue. Seems they'll happily take your money without empathy on the customer's experience.

He took an x-ray before treatment, another one to check progress and a last one when I was done with my program. Before meeting Ali Farahanchi, I had been having trouble with my back for many years. I had gone to…read moredoctors in the US and Germany many times, and they all told me that only a risky (only 50% success rate) major operation could (but not certainly would) bring relief to my condition. At that time I was taking on a lot of painkillers in a regular basis, and much more during a crisis, and my life was limited physically speaking. During one of those back pain crisis, in 2002/2003 (don't remember), I saw Ali's office on the street and decided to try it, out of desperation (I had never been on a chiropractor before). I could barely walk when I arrived there, but after one 30 minutes session with Ali, 90% of the pain disappeared as magic, and I left walking normally - If I was told this would happen before going there, I would have NEVER believed on that. After the first session, I came back to see Ali and continue my treatment, done exclusively with natural supplements, exercises (stretches) and his manipulations. After some months of treatment, I cut out my painkiller intake to zero, and was able to have a normal life again (with caution!).
