Awesome service provided!! I had a terrible accident weekend before Christmas and I was so concerned that I decided to contact plastic surgeons around the area to help me. I contacted the office over the weekend and was shocked that someone responded to me so fast! What a great surgeon! Dr.Kim has some magical skills and imagination. I went in a had upper eye lid surgery about 2 years ago due to a aging eye lid. The amazing natural look he was able give me had all my close friends thinking twice eye lid surgery. I went to Dr.Kim again in January 2023 for my lower eye surgery. Again, Dr. Kim did his magic. I have been seeing Dr Kim at CK for all of my cosmetic procedures for about 7 years now and I have never looked better! I would not trust anyone but Dr Kim from here on out and cannot recommend him and his entire team enough. First, im giving them two stars because at least doctor was nice. From the very first day I wasn't really happy with them. I had to wait 20-30 minutes every time even though I made an appointments. They were late on my surgery day too lol told me I have to be there by 8:30 and office wasn't even open so I had to wait 30 minutes sitting there. I told them I have to out at certain time due to my work schedule, after I told them about my busy schedule they were on their times. Let's talk about front desk lady. One of the lady & consultant has very serious attitude problems. Starting one day front desk lady was being nice to me and talkative so I was okay with her but not the consultant. She got to fix her attitude with her patients. Really didn't like her at all. Now, most importantly my SURGERY went bad. Since I already have eyelids I just wanted to have blepharoplasty done (cutting little bit of my corner eyes to make them look bigger). But the consultant was recommending for me to get a forehead lifting (more expensive ofc) and that will make my eyes look bigger too. Um I am 32 years old lol I don't need that surgery right now and I told her my fiancé hates surgery stuff so I can not do other procedures, then she goes "if you are worrying about the money I can give you the discount if you get eyelids/blepharoplasty done at the same time". Hello? LOL I make a dam good money, I ain't worrying about spending money! I said my fiancé hates beauty surgeries. But she was telling me that I had to get my eyelids done too or else my blepharoplasty surgery won't stay open and will close. So I've decided to get them done together. After my FIRST surgery, my eyes were super swollen/bruised (expected) so I couldn't tell anything but after couple weeks I started noticing that my blepharoplasty procedure was all closed. I got really upset because this was the main reason for getting them done so I asked them if they can redo the surgery and they made an appointment for my second surgery day. I was glad that they were willing to fix them for free. My eyelids were just as my natural eyelids before the surgery which im 100% okay with. After my SECOND blepharoplasty surgery. Nightmare started. Even during the surgery I felt like my left eye was lot more painful than the right eye so doctor had to gave me more injections to my left eye. Right after the surgery I noticed he cut the left eye way more than my right side so I asked him if this was okay. He said that it was okay, so I trusted him. After about a week my bruises started getting away and I could tell that they were very uneven. Of course.... He cut them unevenly.. even the nurse was telling me that she was able to remove the sutures more easily on my left eye because it was more wide open. After suture removed I could tell more that my left eye is lot bigger than my right eye and it also changed my eye shapes so they look even more uneven. I got extremely mad but I emailed them nicely saying that I am upset and very stressful about this because im actually having my wedding this coming October and they are very uneven. And this they kept telling me to wait until my three week check up. I wanted to wait but it was very noticeable and all of my friends/clients were telling me that they are very uneven. So I emailed them again and this is what they told me "Hello, how are you? I am sure that you are worried more due to your upcoming wedding. As I said during the first consultation, everyone has slightly different eye shapes and sizes, so it is difficult for anyone to create the same bilateral eyes. However, the doctor did his best to perform the operation, so please wait for a while. See you next time you come. Thank you." Okay, so since everyone has different shapes/sizes of the eyes you make them more uneven?? I am not going back to this place and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I'm just done with this place. I wasted so many times/money/energy from this. I had to reschedule all my clients due to my unexpected second surgery day, all this pain. No not worth it at all. I ended up making another blepharoplasty appointment in KOREA so they can fix my eyes. Right after I sent them pictures of my eyes doctor told me they are very uneven/in different shapes. Lucky it is fixable but I just have to spend unnecessary extra money/time. This was my first ever beauty surgery and I regret so much getting them done. Doing the incision eyelid surgery to me is a pretty big deal. I already had small double eyelids but were uneven so i came to correct. my left eye was nicer looking but my right eye was the crooked smaller eye shape. Finally got the courage to get the incision surgery done to get them looking more symmetrical. Now i wish i did it years sooner. I went to my first drs appt with another dr, believing i was going to go with him, his cost was most expensive but also he seemed sleepy which made me uncomfortable lol. So i did my online research and decided to go with another dr, went to the appt and cost was better and i was going to just go with him, scheduled an appt same day. But my mom showed me couple more drs, one being Dr Charles Kim, she said just meet one more and decide (i tend to decide quickly). And im so glad i went! Dr Charles Kim consultation was better than the paid consultation i went to. He let me know expectations, what is possible and i didnt feel rushed and i ended up getting excited to get the procedure done with him! Of course booked the appt that day. The STAFFS there are all SO nice and professional. So gentle and painfree, even when removing the stitches (special shoutout to the awesome nurse). I am still shocked at how Dr Charles Kim was able to correct my eyes, they look like sisters now! I can finally wear eyeliner where it will show! I can get eyelash extensions without the other eye lashes sagging lower. I dont have to put on glue or false lashes just to make it less crooked looking and i dont have to keep checking the mirror when i go out to check my right eye insecurity. To me this was more than to look "pretty", it changed my daily lifestyle, erased a daily inconvenience and insecurity. If you're coming here for skincare, ask for Ellen! She is a wonderful esthetician! She's very good at addressing your skin problems, especially if you are struggling with acne. I always have severe acne around winter time due to the cold dry air and it's been so stressful trying to treat this at home with only acne meds from the dermatologist. It dries out my skin and didn't really help with treating the acne so I decided to try out skincare. I've been coming here weekly and my acne has been healing. Ellen is really good with extractions and she puts on all sorts of amazing serum that helps with acne scarring so they lighten up much faster while keeping your skin hydrated. You definitely need to keep up with weekly visits to help treat your acne but it'll payoff. My skin has been so soft and hydrated since I started my weekly skincare here. read more

Just recently , I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kim for Botox. I rescheduled with him because I have gone to him prior with no problem. I am also coming from San Jose so it is quite a commute for me. The receptionist calls me the day before my appointment and changed it to 12:30, so I agreed. The day of my appointment, I arrive and wait for over half an hour, then the receptionist asks me if I can come back at 3 instead! At this point, I am furious.
