Dr. Roger Tsai is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I had a previous BA and I was very unhappy with it. I did a breast revision with an internal bra (galaflex) with him and he was able to do 800cc with my small frame. I have had several consults with other Doctors and they all recommended I get a breast lift for the result I wanted. Dr. Tsai basically did everything they said was impossible without an external anchor lift. I couldn't have been happier with my results. My scars an are TINY and right on my crease and I'm only about 6 weeks post op so I know that they will continue to become less visible. I found Dr Tsai on Instagram and I am so Thankful I did! I had a consultation with 1 Dr in person and 4 virtual in total. Dr Tsai was my 3rd. The first in-person Dr wanted to do an anchor lift and do the lift first then the implants 3-6 months later. He also said he could not fit more than 605 cc's which I really didn't want a big visible scar and wanted the largest offered in silicone 800 cc's. The second Dr said he might be able to do the 695 possibly a lil larger. When I had my virtual appt with Dr Tsai, he was confident he could do the 800 with no problems and without having to do the any lift. He listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted and with complete honesty told me that because I wanted it above the muscle there was a chance I could have rippling or the implant may be noticeable. But that because I had dense skin I should be OK. He made me feel comfortable in my decision while letting me know the possible risks. But his confidence in his work was what gave me faith that everything would be just as I wanted. I am very happy with my results. The tear drop "natural" look I wanted was achieved. They look amazing. I read Dr Tsia's reviews and had no fear of complications or not achieving the look I was going for. I'm so glad I did my research and that he was the only Dr that believed I didn't need a lift and could give me the largest size offered. A friend of a friend went to, from what I am told, a very well known Dr in Vegas and had 3 surgeries in 2 months. Because there were complications and her incision would not heal, got infected and her implant was ruptured after a fall, after the 2nd surgery, then they removed and replaced it, and had to remove one then the other. She is now waiting to get them both put back in again. After hearing stories like this and reading this Vegas Dr's reviews and others complaining of similar issues. Choosing Dr.Tsai as my plastic surgeon was one of the best decisions I've ever made!! Dr. Tsai performed rhinoplasty revision on me 4 months ago, and he didn't just "fix" my nose - he crafted a beautiful work of art. Rhinoplasty "revision" is known to be more complicated of a procedure, because of the leftover scar tissue from the first nose job, and it can be hard to achieve perfect results. Yet Dr.Tsai gave me everything I wanted, and more!! He brought my nose closer to my face, removed the bump, lifted up the hanging down tip, made the tip smaller, and gave me the cute little ski slope bridge I wanted. My new nose changed my entire face - in the best way! I always used to feel the need to wear tons of makeup around everyone, but now I feel beautiful without it. It's an amazing feeling. Also - Dr.Tsai also has the BEST attitude. He's so positive, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. I met with a lot of plastic surgeons, and a lot of them tend to have a bit of a cocky attitude - but Dr.Tsai is really such a kind, genuine soul. July 2024 I never posted my draft from last year. Tbh there were phases in my recovery where I felt some level of disappointment because my facial swelling stood in the way of me seeing results in any way, thus I refrained from posting my initial happy review. Not once did I think it would take longer than a year to see the change, even Dr. Tsai was under the impression that 8 months was enough. I am ashamed to admit that I did partially blame Dr. Tsai for not achieving the V shaped jawline. That didn't stop him from encouraging me and reassuring me. It took some time for me to accept the fact that my genetics played a big role in the results (I have a naturally receding lower jaw which is probably going to have to be a bigger fix). Now that I am 1+ year post op and I'm looking back at the photos, I do see that there is a significant difference in my face. Needless to say, I am happy with my choice and sorry for blaming you for the longest time Dr. Tsai!! It's really not you, it's me! Please remember people, plastic surgeons aren't magicians! Shout out to Dr. Tsai, Dr. Kim, Leidy, and Misako RN! Amazing team, makes you feel like family!! Surgery is scary. This was my first time ever getting anything done. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai for your next surgery! I got my BA done and completely love it. I get so many compliments on how well they turned out and I am only 5 months post op! Although I went 560 cc, it was the right choice because everyone says they fit my body and look very natural for my body type. It's a big surgery to commit to, but his office made the process so much easier. They explained every step of the process and guided me through it with tons of support and comfort. Whenever I had questions, they were prompt to answer me and tried to accommodate my needs as easily as possible since I was traveling from 4 hours away. Dr. Tsai was professional, on time to my appointments, and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. He truly cared I made the right decisions and did not come off like a salesman. He did not rush me and made sure I was confident in where I wanted my incisions, my size, etc. On procedure day, the staff were so sweet and tried to give me peace of mind with lots of affirmations and retrieving anything I needed. I appreciated them calling my boyfriend when I was ready to be picked up and talking him through the necessary steps for proper after care with much detail. I also liked how all the nurses and doctors followed up with my (anesthesiologist, surgeon, and nursing staff). Overall, great experience. Update: I have had two other previous patients DM me since posting this review that have had the same experience/dangerous result. Please do your research. Tips I've learned when selecting the right surgeon: -if they are offering any specials or deals, run away! No accredited rhinoplasty surgeon will ever offer a deal as they know the value in their work. -rhinoplasty is the hardest plastic surgery to execute. Find a surgeon that only specializes in rhinoplasty and facial surgery such as an ENT. Anyone that can "do it all cosmetically" is not the best. -pay attention to the surgeons nose style. Some surgeons specialize in the "Barbie nose", the Diamond tip style, the natural look, etc. If you know the aesthetic you are looking for, find a surgeon that best suits this. -find a surgeon that can preserve your bone and understands the importance in dorsal preservation. One major reason why I say this is because if you are botched & need to get a revision surgery then this allows another surgeon the opportunity to reconstruct even better since parts of your nose were preserved. Considering a revision at this time has brought up more risks & concerns that I never knew before. It's terrifying so do the research! -Open vs closed rhinoplasty. After a lot of research, open is best. It has more precision for a doctor to be able to see your entire anatomy and execute. Closed rhinos can lead to major nose dents and issues due to they are chipping away at your nose without being able to fully see what they are doing 100%. -Be very clear in what you want to the doctor. Request imaging no matter what or examples of previous patients so you know if you're on the same page or not. This is a major key in trying to get exactly what you want- 1 of the biggest mistakes I made & now I'm living with this terrible result. Be very clear and careful. You need to feel confident they can give you your dream nose. -Be patient! Interview multiple doctors until you find the right one for you. Don't feel bad in wasting their time because ultimately it's your time & money being spent. The healing is tough but if you get the results you want it's worth it. Research is everything & take your time to find the right surgeon for you if you decide it's what you want. I hope this helps people! read more

First off when I got out of surgery my cast wasn't even placed correctly there was a gap as you can see in the picture. 2- my breathing worsened. I wake up with about 20-30% of air flowing through my nose. I have to breathe through my mouth so I don't feel like I'm suffocating. And throughout the day I have to constantly clean it so I can breathe properly and that only lasts about 30mins and then I have to clean it again. 3- he left my nostrils uneven, they look collapsed. He also tucked in my nasal sill and retracted my collumella. He made my nose look like a pig. 4- there are some dents in my nose that I didn't have prior to surgery. And the bone on the left side of my nose is wider. 5 - I can't raise my eyebrows because the bridge feels tight and when I try and raise my eyebrows I can feel my skin stretch. This surgery is my first surgery ever and my biggest regret. I'm too embarrassed to go out in public. I've been crying every night because it feels horrible knowing your nose is worse than it was before. I trusted him with my nose and his consultant was very sweet and kind which made me think I was in good hands, but his work is not it. He also doesn't give good post op care instructions. If you're planning on going with him think about it because I recently found out he's been sued twice! really analyze his work and go to other consultations because he doesn't take the time to really know his patients. read more

Procedure 1: Rhinoplasty I had my Rhinoplasty done with Dr. Roger Tsai. I actually had this as an add-on to another procedure I was having done (I will write a review for that as well). Although it wasn't the main procedure I went in for, I could not be happier with my new nose, every time I look at my face I fall in love. I love it as much as my other procedure. I wanted the procedure because I had a deviated septum, so I just asked he cleaned it up a bit, nothing too drastic. I also showed him some photos of noses that I liked, petite, a little pointed up, sort of the "perfect nose" look. He spent extra time making sure he got all the details of what I wanted right. Fast forward to after my procedure, I have to admit had a lot of anxiety while waiting for the cast to come off. Once it did, they did warn me it would look weird to me at first (so be prepared for that). But the nose fell into place quickly and it is seriously one flawless nose, PERFECTION. Better than I could have dreamed. Not only do I LOVE my face every time I see it, I can tell the difference in everyone that sees my face versus before. He turned me into a stunning goddess. His staff (shoutout to Miss Leidy Luna!!) were incredible during the whole journey. Communication was clear, they guided me through the whole anxiety inducing process with ease. If I need anything done again, he will be my surgeon. Procedure 2: Lipo 360 + BBL Now this procedure, JUST WOW. The reason I got this procedure was because I am very big into working out and I could not get my stubborn belly fat off. I decided to with the BBL package on their recommendation to not waste my liquid gold ;). Man, did I make the right decision. The stubborn fat is all gone, and now I can workout and SHOW my abs. My body looks SCULPTED. It is perfection and looks SO NATURAL. For the fat transfer, I asked for nothing too crazy, no Kardashian butt. I am not a big person so he classified my procedure as a skinny BBL. He used the fat to to fill re-proportion my body as I had a lot of fat on my torso and hardly any on my bottom. I now can say I am 100% happy with my body and this was the best decision I have ever made. My self esteem is through the roof, I no longer lament about how depressed I was about my stubborn belly fat which RAISED my productivity through the roof. I TURN HEADS CONSTANTLY. I have to say getting my work done with Roger increased my life quality by so much there is no possible way to repay him or describe how much this changed my life. Dr. Tsai has incredible bedside manner. I remember he was there when I woke up and told me the hard part is over and it would all be worth it. 100%. He called me later that night too to make sure I was okay and to reiterate the aftercare. Procedure 3: Undereye Filler I also later had him do filler under my eyes. This review has been almost 5 years in the making. When I was 20 years old I was recommended to Dr. Rodger Tsai for a breast augmentation by a surgeon who was scheduled to perform a rhinoplasty on me. I met with Dr. Tsai to discuss my breast augmentation in Beverly Hills, I was about 124 pounds and was leaning towards a bigger C cup. I did not want to go to big because of my small size & the fact I was a big runner. However Dr. Tsai encouraged and eventually convinced me to size up due to the fact "most patients always regret not going bigger." I was 20 years old & trusted his opinion. I spoke to him explaining that for my whole life I had been very insecure & ashamed of my nipples. I had about an A cup, with nipples larger than all my friends my whole life. He explained the best route for me would be to go in through the nipple & he would make the size what he thought was proportionate to the size of my breast. He never asked me & I was too young to ask the right questions at the time how big or small he would be making them or how that process would even work. Again, I trusted he would make me look & feel better than how I felt about myself for most of my life. I could not have been more wrong. As I was recovering from the surgery & the stitches in my nipples slowly began to dissolve I quickly realized that my nipples were still very large & not at all what I had thought they would turn out to be. On top of that my breasts were just way too big. I couldn't run anymore, I was 20 years old & could not even wear a turtle neck without being sexualized every where I went. I was way too skinny for how big my boobs were. I was too young & inexperienced to even know what to do so I just kept living my life. After about 6 months my boobs started to droop drastically & the scarring on my nipples was horrendous, 5 years later it still is if not worse. Since 6 months post op I have begged & pleaded for Dr. Tsai to fix my breasts, or even acknowledge me or apologize. He has probably sent me one or two messages in almost 5 years and when I tried to post a review on his profile a few months ago he quite literally blocked me & deleted my comment so no one else would see it. I have been patient, kind, hurt, angry. He doesn't care, his office is full of women who do not care about women. Again, I am 25 years old & 127 pounds and wear clothes that are 3 times my size to feel comfortable. I have had a boyfriend for a year & can barely be naked in front of him. It has ruined my confidence mentally, physically, emotionally. Remember, I have been unhappy about them since about 5 months after the surgery. When he told me I would need to get a revision he told me I would need to pay full price because it wasn't his fault I was unhappy with his botched work. My ex boyfriend calls me "Franken-tits" to his friends & other people have told me it looks like a shark ripped off my nipples & an ER surgeon tried to stitch them back on. I am mortified everyday. The only break I have from the misery his work has caused me is when I am sleeping. Honestly, even if he would have done it for free I don't think I would want him to fix it because if he couldn't do it right the first time, I don't trust that he would be able to the second time. I have gone to a handful of top rated surgeons to get their opinions on their work, talked to Doctors all over the country. They have all said the same thing, they feel so hurt & sad for me. They have offered to reduce their prices drastically or cover my flights to their practice just to be able to help me & try to relieve some of the pain of what I have been through. I know this part isn't as serious but the fact he posts passive aggressive Tiktoks just adds so much more hurt. What would it cost him to just fix me? What would it cost him to apologize for the pain? I want justice. I deserve to be heard, not ignored. I don't want anyone else to go through this either. I do not recommend this surgeon. I stumbled upon Dr. Tsai's Instagram page where he regularly posts videos and photos of his work after researching a bijillion plastic surgeons that specializes in breast augmentation. My gut told me this is it! I canceled all previous consultation appointments with other offices and had a consultation with him by phone initially. He is very personable and you can tell he knows what he's talking about. He takes pride in what he does and I felt safe in my decision to go with him. His assistant, Lindsey, is amazing as well and she made sure I felt comfortable at all times. They were both very patient with me answering all my questions and never pressured me into getting my procedure done with them or other random procedure add-ons like other surgeons I've heard about. After discussing with Dr. Tsai that I didn't want to go terribly large but wanted implants proportional to my body and I wanted them to look as natural as possible, I tried 3 implant sizes during my pre-op appointment and I ended up choosing 375cc mid. Lindsey made sure that I was all set up for my appointment 2 weeks later and discussed the medications I needed to get beforehand. (You have to take a break from drinking and smoking for a bit before and after surgery to avoid complications so be prepared for that.) The day of my surgery, I met with the anesthesiologist and he must have done a great job because one second I was talking to him and the next, I woke up after the surgery. Everyone was so nice before, during, and after the surgery. To be honest, I thought recovery would be a breeze. When I woke up, I felt uncomfortable but I wasn't in as much pain as I thought I would be----must've been the drugs. My breasts were very hard, high up, and swollen but I knew that was going to happen for a while. It's the day after that'll get you. The day after my surgery and the next 2.5 weeks after that was excruciating pain. Everyone's pain level is different and mine was at an 10/10---it was definitely the worst pain I've ever felt in my life but then again, I've never had kids. I had very little breast tissue and very tight skin apparently. I had days when I thought I would die (I get dramatic sometimes); I threw up 3x a day from days 2-5; it was torture trying to get out of bed to go to the bathroom; it was hard to sleep because I was propped up; and I would cry every now and then because the pain was unbearable. After about the second week, most of that subsided but it was difficult getting up in the morning because there would be a painful tightness around my chest area but it would go away about 5 minutes after being up and about. Dr. Tsai gave me his number just in case I had any questions (I think I called him twice) and it was definitely a relief that if I was worried about my breasts during recovery, I could call him to ask about it. I'd also like to take this moment to thank my roommate who had to be at my beck and call for almost 3 weeks, clean up my vomit, help me get up, heat up my food, take care of my dog and cat, etc. I couldn't have done it without her. I had 3 post-op appointments (one every month) since then and every single time Dr. Tsai, Lindsey and the rest of the staff I've encountered have been consistently friendly and amazing. They genuinely care how you're doing. My breasts are on the slower end in terms of getting to where they need to be but I see progress every week and am very happy with them. Dr. Tsai gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be more grateful for that. Dr. Tsai wasn't the cheapest but they will work with you and discuss available financial options. Don't just look for the cheapest option out there---quality of a surgeon is extremely important when augmenting your body. Definitely do your research and listen to your gut. I wouldn't recommend getting any type of plastic surgery unless you're 110% sure---the pain is real. Do your research! There are very real pros and cons to any procedure. Really ask yourself what you want done and why. Growing up, I was incredibly flat chested and I struggled with low self-esteem and confidence. Dr. Tsai gave me the self-esteem I never had. I had a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Tsai about 3 months ago and I am super happy with how my nose looks! I had always been uncomfortable with my nose and had to take photos as certain angles to make it appear better. After Dr. Tsai's work, I can say I'm very happy with any angle! Let me start by saying that prior to going to Dr Tsai for a consult, I had consulted with over ten surgeons- top notch surgeons that were all highly regarded in the industry. I wanted a breast augmentation and lipo of the abdomen, flanks, and back. I also needed a donut lift on my right breast to make my breasts more symmetrical. I've been doing my research and looking into this for a very long time. Many surgeons that I met were very nice, but if they were in Beverly Hills, they wanted everything but my first born as their fee for the surgery! Some doctors rescheduled consults as many as 3 different times for one reason or another. Some surgeons wanted $250 for the standard consulting fee (only to see me for 10 mins after running 1/2 hour late and waiting to see them for 1/2 in their waiting room instead of being at work taking care of my own clients!)... so, for a number of reasons, I didn't book surgery with anyone I met prior to meeting Dr. Tsai. I then went back on yelp to start the search again and stumbled on Dr Tsai's page and started looking at his work and reading his reviews. I watched some recent surgeries on instagram that he had done on breast aug and a BBL. Every single review I read was descriptive, real, and everyone commented on Dr Tsai's impeccable bedside manner, his superior technique/skill and the preventative measures Dr Tsai takes to prevent negative outcomes after Surgery, and how meticulous Dr Tsai is, desiring the perfect results for all his patients. Many reviews talked about how much he cares about his patients and the outcome of a surgery being exactly what his patients hope for, that he is 100% honest about what has to happen in order to achieve the desired result and he's not afraid to tell a client the truth. The reviews talked about how he takes the time to explain the procedure, all the options available, important info about the recovery process, etc. and how he NEVER rushes any appointment. I can 100% say without hesitation that EVERYTHING I've noted above was my EXACT experience with Dr. Tsai and I am truly one of Dr Tsai's biggest fans. The same day I met Dr Tsai for my consult, I told Dr T what I wanted, I even tried on different sizes of implants and Dr. Tsai explained the surgery from beginning to end and even how the after care would be like. His coordinator, Lindsey, took notes throughout the appointment. She also helped me to actually make my decision on size as well. We also spoke about liposuction and I felt like Dr Tsai knew the exact look I was going for. Lindsey prepared a quote for me during the consult, which was presented to me in a professional folder filled with information about the implant maker & information on financing options and other procedures. I chose a 700cc silicone implant and scheduled my surgery the same day as my consult for 4/25/19. I also added the donut lift and lipo of the flanks, abdomen, back and chin. Dr Tsai gave me a huge discount for scheduling multiple procedures at once and hands down, the quote was the most competitive I'd gotten. And, more importantly, I I had not one doubt about Dr Tsai. Now, Lindsey is like a rare diamond that most Doctors look for years to find. Lindsey is the gate keeper, the face and voice of the entire operation and she is absolutely hands down the most wonderful coordinator I've ever met. She made every single aspect of this experience easy. She was so on top of everything, from booking appointments when I needed to come in, to providing paperwork to me ahead of time, prior to my appointment, that took only minutes to complete, to quickly answering every single question I ever had along the way in email, to booking my preop blood work, providing info and quotes for insurance on the implants, printing pictures that I sent to her, for the purpose of showing her and Dr Tsai how I wanted my implants to look afterwards and making sure they were in the operation room on the day of operation. It's hard not to love Lindsey and she is the amazing other half of the Dr Tsai incredible team! As I write this, 8 days post op, I have minimal bruising, zero pain, and am already LOVING the results and know that I'm not even seeing the final results yet- not even close! The swelling has to go down still, breasts have to drop and I know that lipo results can take months to show the final outcome. My breasts are full, symmetrical, the stitches were done perfectly the size is beautiful and the lipo is even and the entrance holes will not be noticeable at all once everything heals. Dr Tsai is literally an artist and a perfectionist. I made a consultation appointment for nose fillers in March because I wanted to see what I could do about the bump on my nose, and insecurity I have had my whole life. Lindsay was so accommodating when it came to my constant calls and appointment changes! When so got to my FREE consultation, There was no wait, and there was water and juices available for us. The waiting room is so clean and there are many magazines and look books of the doctors' work- before and after pictures! I was brought into my appointment and Dr Tsai walked in with a smile and listened to all of my concerns and examined my nose. I wasn't ready to get the procedure same day because I wanted to think about it. I took the estimates of different fillers that Lindsay made up for me home. I did my research and in June I was finally ready to do it I chose the Voluma which would last the longest and was the most expensive ($1000 per 1cc syringe). I went in for my appointment and was amazed with my results. I gave it a couple of weeks for the swelling to go down before scheduling my follow up appointment when he smoothed out the bumps with whatever I had leftover in my syringe from the first appointment. Obviously it's important to do so much research before choosing a plastic surgeon, and after months of research I decided on Dr. Tsai to do my breast augmentation. I chose because every before/after photo, the symmetry has been unmatched with every other surgeon's augmentations I looked at. I got my augmentation in October 2019 and I have absolutely no regrets in my option to go with Dr. Tsai! Throughout the whole process he listened to my needs and concerns, and was extremely thorough and professional. This was hands down the best experience I've had with plastic surgery. From the start, Beverly Hills Physicians was responsive and easy to work with. Dr. Tsai was friendly, thorough and answered all my questions and more during the consultation. He was honest about the procedure and where the lipo would be needed to get the results I was searching for. Meeting with the financial consultant was easy and comfortable. Jacqueline was very professional and she worked with my financial needs. The day of surgery was nerve racking. But the RN made me feel comfortable and safe. She was very kind and when I awoke she was there comforting and helping me. She was also very patient with me and understanding of the pain. I had lipo on my upper and lower abdomen, flanks and lower back. The recovery was about 2 weeks. At 3 weeks post op (which is where I'm at now) I'm still a bit sore but the results are definitely showing! My stomach is completely flat and I have a beautiful curve. Dr. Tsai's contouring of my waist far exceeded my expectations! He does amazing work! So I am now 4 months post op going to be 5 months in the end of June and my nose is my dream nose,natural, and really softens my face. This review is going to be brutally honest. Dr Tsai is an amazing doctor, and has great bedside manners. I do want to point out if you are an out of state client make sure you TRIPLE check your 1 month, 3month etc. check up appointment is on the day they tell you it is. Unfortunately I have not seen Dr Tsai in person since my one week appointment. Being from Vegas I made an appointment for my one month check up and I got there and they forgot to add it in their schedule and he was not in the office that day The second time I went for my 3 month check up I had a hotel planned, I took days off, but they did text me a couple days before to let me know they had to move my appointment but I couldn't cancel my hotel because it was non refundable so we did do a phone appointment which was better than nothing. Other than that I have had no complications thankfully, and seem to be healing just great. I added some more pictures to get a look of my healing process. I got a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Tsai on January 29th and I am not post op 2 weeks. I absolutely love my nose so far and it's only been 2 weeks I can't imagine 6 months to a year how good my nose is going to look. I found Dr. Tsai on Instagram and from Instagram I did a lot of research on his work and I LOVED his work. It wasn't too much it was exactly what I wanted a natural but refined pretty nose that still looked like me. So I booked with him, Sara and Elise were AMAZING! Sara made my consultation and financial part and Elise took care of my pre op and post op part. She walked me through every step what I needed and was a text a way when I had a question. I ask a lot of questions and she always texted back so fast and eager to help. The Surgery was pretty smooth I have really bad anxiety so for me to be calm during surgery was pretty big for me I have never been under anesthesia but the anesthesiologist was very helpful and calming to me he sat down and walked me through everything he was going to do. 20 mins before surgery Dr Tsai came to talk to me and we reviewed what I wanted and again very sweet, comforting and knowledgeable. Pain level for the actual surgery was probably a 2 out of 10 so if you're scared of pain don't be. I took no pain medicine 2nd day post op. And I was perfectly fine. The discomfort level was probably 5 out of 10 but it's nothing I couldn't handle. Anyways thank you Dr Tsai and his staff for my DREAM NOSE!!
