As I am getting older I am trying to take better care of my skin and Kelly has been instrumental in keeping me on track. I found her through a google search and had emailed for appointment request. She is booked out quiet a while but I had patience and it paid off. I see Kelly every 6-8 weeks for a facial. Her salon is cozy and inviting, cooler months the bed is heated. Kelly takes her time and reviews what I am using and what if any problems I am having to create services to meet my needs. I would probably be up for anything but Kelly doesn't push un-needed services or products on me. I love the raspberry refining scrub (by Skin Script,) I picked up in the salon. Overall my skin and I are extremely happy with the service provided.

For the past year, I have struggled with trying to get rid of my acne scaring and improve the texture on my face. When going into Essential Bella, Evelyn greeted me with a warm smile and brought me to a private room. The room was clean, sterile, and well organized. She went over the procedure and made sure I was well informed before starting. First step was to numb my face, so she cleaned my face and then applied a numbing cream. I sat in that room comfortably for about 30 mins just scrolling on my phone while waiting for it to kick in. After that, Evelyn brought me to another room where she was going to start my procedure. She ended up doing extractions and then a chemical peel treatment. After that, she wipes it off and starts to microneedle. It was a smooth process and didn't really feel much. However, once the numbing cream wore off, I was really starting to feel it on one side of my face. It was only for the last two minutes. Afterwards, Evelyn put something cooling to help with the stinging sensation and handed me a small electric fan. The small fan felt so good, because my face felt like it was on fire! Once I was done, she told me some basic aftercare and shared the importance of using sunscreen 24hrs after the procedure. My face felt raw, tight, and on fire so had to use very gentle products after. 8hrs after my procedure, my face was pretty red, and I started to tolerate the pain. Later that evening I used a gentle face wash and cerave moisturizer. For the next few days, my skin started to peel and a lot of my texture had disappeared. Once it completely healed, my skin was glowy and my acne scars have lighted up. Just in time for Christmas eve festivities!! I look forward to my next micro-needle appointment with Evelyn! She's professional, informative, really kind, and has an amazing sense of humor. 10/10 recommend!!

It was so severe that it was on his face and neck and was painful! I found Dermal 911 on Yelp and decided to give Suzanne a try and she did not disappoint! I took him to Suzanne monthly for a facial treatment. He was good about using all the recommended skin products according to instruction. Finally, in the spring, his skin cleared up. Though you may argue it was because he no longer had the stress of college application. However, the facials and the skin products gave him relief during this highly stressful (and high-break out) time. And he enjoyed the facials - perhaps it helped him relax during a very stressful time for him. My son finished his 1st year in college. Very vague, didn't say whether she just wasn't available and mistakenly had that day on her calendar or maybe she didn't service teenagers. No explanation, and it would've been nice to know why. Such as "I'm sorry I made myself available on Vagaro but I'm actually not working that day, is there another day you can do?" Or "I do not provide services to those under 18." That's just a poor business practice. My daughter and I were in the market for a new esthetician to do our facials and waxing, as our regular esthetician is a bit far of a drive for us. Looking elsewhere, surely someone else would like our business.
