Our cabin was dirty. There are holes in the floor of our kitchen and it feels as though the floor beneath the bathroom is rotten because it sinks in by the tub. There is trash all over the campground and the pools are dirty. Do not waste your money here. read more

Finished out or TN vacation here for a few days. Check in and out was wonderful. Friendly staff and helped answer local questions. The campground is close drive to Pigeon Forge with plenty to do there. Also they offer a pool and weekend activities if you just want to hang out at the campground. We stayed in a cottage. It was clean and well kept. We enjoyed to convenience of being able to have a kitchen and bathroom available to us for use in our location. Many options to choose from read more

We've camped here for the last 3 years. Staff is friendly and helpful, restaurant is on the campground if you don't want to go out. Camp sites are accommodating for large rigs but a little close as are all in the area. Convenient to all shops and attractions at pigeon forge. read more

Moving across the country with an army and it's been nearly impossible to coordinate moving companies, utilities, closing dates on our first house, etc. The one place that hasn't been a headache is Clabough's. Donna was so helpful in accommodating reservation changes and add-ons. If the experience at the grounds is anything like her phone personality, we're in for a great time. A nice campground. Multiple heated pools and a decent playground. A restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The have seasonal sites and short term sites. The prices are average for the area. Road noise isn't that bad. The bathhouses are nice but one or two more would be awesome. read more

Clabough campground was one of the nicest campgrounds we have ever stayed. The amenities were top of the line. Will definitely return.

Spent 3 nights there in October and would not return. Sites are literally on top of each other. Our slide out was less than 10 feet from the next sites pad. Most of the sites were filled with full time/permanent residents and the amount of cigarette butts littering the grounds was unbelievable. read more

My family has been staying at Claboughs for 3 generations. Always friendly staff, clean bath houses and sites. 2 pools, lazy river, playground, air bounce trampoline, game room & plenty of ducks to feed! Sites are gravel, most have concrete pads. The trolly also stops inside the Campground. Close to grocery, restaurants, activities (alpine coasters!). The diner has good, affordable food and is our breakfast go-to even when we're NOT staying at the campground! read more

Had a wonderful experience here. My family of 4 plus an infant stayed in one of the vacation homes. It had a one bedroom and a loft. And the couch pulled out to a bed. It was absolutely adorable. It was basically a mobile home but so stinking cute. High ceilings in the bedroom and living room. The decor was very cozy and homey. The couch was super comfy and the pull out was a foam mattress so it was comfortable as well. The bed in the loft was two twin size mattresses but they were hard as rocks. You could feel the springs. Not comfortable. The people that work here and own the place are very nice and courteous. We arrived late around 9 pm and they had our key waiting for us along with a map in the front, outside the office. We loved our stay here and are planning another trip in the summer. They have great deals on these places. I definitely recommend this place! read more

This was my family's first visit together to both here and the Pigeon Forge, TN area. Overall, a great experience. We got a cabin and loved it more than our real home. The numerous pools and two stores were fun to explore. Loved being close to shopping, restaurants and the sites with a cool, clean place to rest. Drawback I: It needs more ADA certified cabins and cottages. One is not enough now that we live in a world with so many disabled military veterans needing ADA accommodations. Drawback II: The free WiFi is too weak. I could barely use my phone on it. my laptop...no dice. It needs to be tripled in power for all to use. read more

This place was perfect for our kids! They had so much fun with the lazy river and riding their bikes all around! We stayed in a cottage more then enough room for all of us! The only thing I would say, they could use more hooks or towel bars to hang towels! With 5 of us and only one towel bar and one hook in the bathroom, well had to be creative! And maybe a couple of hangers in the closets? Over all it was very clean! read more

Have been a repeat customer for years. Older campground but with newer amenities. Three pools including a lazy river. They have a playground with an air trampoline. We camp in the back and feel comfortable with letting the kids freely ride their bikes and roam the section together. Very convenient to area attractions. We booked our site 3 months in advance & when we arrived they put us in another site that was very unlevel. It took every block i had to level the camper up. We originally made the reservation for 5 people but my daughters friend was unable to go so we told them we only had 4 in our party to avoid the extra charge everyday. We ended up leaving a day early & found out they still charged us for 5 people & the lady told my wife that it was only $2.00 extra a day & they wouldn't refund our money. We go to this area every year but we will definitely stay @ holly haven next year. read more

My husband and I have been camping at Clabough's for several years now. We love the location. We never feel boxed in or crowded...the sites are well spaced. The campground is always clean and well maintained. We love that it is close to everything we love about Pigeon Forge. Great folks that run the campground too! Buyer Beware, once they have your money it's their's and you never get it back! I made a reservation on 8/20/2018 for dates in July 2019, I cancelled this reservation less than 24 hours after making it on 8/21/2018...it's worth repeating...I canceled less than 24 hours after making it and they refused to provide me with a FULL refund of my deposit! Instead, they say they are charging me over 27% of my deposit as a cancellation fee!!! Beware of this place if this is their company practice and policy!! Very petty and money hungry if you ask me! If I canceled a month out or sooner I can see getting a cancellation fee but not LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER! I was shocked! 27%!! I suggest finding another place. read more

We stayed in a tent for four nights on my first family camping trip. My daughter loved the pools and lazy river, I enjoyed sleeping near Walden Creek. I felt very safe and welcome. Good time! read more
