Some of the stores in the mall are decent, there's Hollister, Pacsun, Aeropostale, Journey's, American Eagle, Pink, ect. (which are the ones I normally visit). There are some stores on the other hand that aren't great and to be honest most of the stores are pretty underwhelming. I would say most of the people working here are nice and chill but aren't interested in small talk (I can't blame them they're just there to do their job). The food is fine, I normally never get the food though because I don't really trust mall food if I'm being real. If you come here to have fun, I'm sure you'll find somewhere even though the mall is pretty boring. You'll see in the photos I put that there escalators are broken and they have been broken for months "temporarily" out of order? More like permanently out of order. Honestly my favorite part of the mall has to be the AMC movie theater the food is overpriced but I will say the theater is clean, has a good selection of movies, and is comfortable. I also got really sad when they removed the Starbucks from the mall! It was my favorite. If you want a better, bigger mall to go to, I would go to Barton Creek Mall.

Wore the shoes once, and after major discomfort took them to set up a return/exchange and was told I could not return the shoes as I had worn them. Since then, been calling customer service (no answer) and have emailed 3x with no response. Been reading reviews on snipes customer service and they are terrible. I wish I would have done research prior and never have ordered from snipes. Very disappointing, not sure what to do as I ave a pair of defective shoes and can't get customer service to return calls or emails.
