Had I known, I would've stuck with my original plan of going to another shop when we found out. It is crucial to note that there were other customers sitting in the lobby waiting (for what I presume were piercing services). While Laughing Buddha offers an expansive selection of jewelry, their pieces are far from inexpensive. Their staff is usually helpful but may have a condescending tone? I've messaged their owner about this and a separate instance from a couple years ago and received a sincere apology.
