On May 2023 I Thought, I was buying a 14k Rope Chain, and within 3 weeks my Chain Turnt all the way brown, then I took it back , n they took the chain and sent it out to see why , After that they called me to pick up a chain like that one , After that it turnt Brown again in September 2024. Where now I really believe I received the same chain they just paint over the brown. Then to find out September 26 2024 that they sold me a chain that was a 10k still a 14k. All this I believe them that they this 14 k of what I ask n paid for. I spoke with a attorney Regarding this Matter, n he advise me to start with them first to what they was going to do. So I did. On 9-28-2024 They gave me a rope chain exactly like the old one ,That's now a ,14k. So I'm hoping this gives me a few answers. I took my ring to Helzberg Diamonds the end of January to get my engagement ring resized. The lady that helped me was super sweet, and very helpful. She informed me it would be 2 weeks for my ring to return to the store. Well 2 weeks turned into 3 1/2 weeks and still no ring. When the COVID-19 began I called the store every other day to make sure they were still open, and I asked over and over if they were going to close and if they were, what protocol would they have to ensure people would give their jewelry back. I was informed that "I'm sure we would have to have someone in the store to give people their jewelry back." I asked if There was a way for me to go pick up my ring at the store that resizes them?, and I was told no, that's not how it works. The day before February 18, I found out the store closed. Here I am 6 weeks later and still no ring. I know the COVID virus is not anyone's fault, but it sucks that no one could of called the customers and informed them of what was happening, and allow them to pick up their jewelry. If someone from Helzbeg can reply to me, and let me know if my ring can be shipped to me?! That would be great. read more

Came in on black Friday to take advantage of the sales and decided to purchase 2 rings (Mr. & Mrs.) Wedding bands. After purchasing the wedding bands everything went in a downward spiral from there. You could call it "shit luck service" The rings had to be sized and they told me it would take a couple weeks.. a couple weeks turned into 2 months for my ring and her ring has taken over 4 months. I then decided to get insurance on the rings and the salesman screwed up our payment plan and our ring order... we spent hours, several trips, and phone calls to resolve the issue.... this place has been nothing more than a headache... I have lost my patience with these knuckle heads.. if u do deside to come here avoid making any purchases with Chris, he doesn't know what he's doing and talks out of his @$$!... The worst service I have ever received by any establishment ever....where do I start.... my beautiful wife bought me a ring to replace my wedding ring and was super excited to gift that to me for Christmas... Sales person committed to having the ring back in 3 weeks. That commitment was not met; 3 weeks put the ring in her hand almost two weeks prior to X-Mas! Which made her very happy. 1. On the 3rd week she went in and was treated very rudely by the staff and not to mention our receipt stated that the ring would be back on the 4th week... deception 2. She return the 4th week and still no ring to be found and again was received with attitude!!! She was told that the ring would come in now the 5th week (the Wednesday before X-Mas). 3. My wife again called to check on the ring and the ring was not there... my wife received a call from the manager on X-Mas eve just to tell her that the ring was not going to make it for Christmas!!! 4. My wife was hoping to gift the ring to me by New Year's Eve and again they did not delivered... 5. The ring did not make it in until a week after New Years! So after all this of course we don't need or want the ring she already bought me something to replace it. 6. At this time we are now looking to get a refund but this is where they now get sneaky! Let me explain - with her purchase she was GIFTED Beats that now at this point where been charge full price for the return... and they would not refund us our whole purchase... 7. In the end we where forced to purchase the BEATS!!! The worst customer service ever received!!! Every follow up ever done was always and only initiated by my wife. Not once did they ever attempt to rectify the situation or ever give us or suggest and alternate solution!!!!! I was looking for a diamond ring with a vision in my head of what it would look like, and a budget I needed to stick to. I began my search at Helzberg because I had purchased jewelry there before with good results. I was greeted by Gwen who listened to what I was looking for and showed me some options. She made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store, and asked such good questions. Since I had just begun my search, I thanked her and went to all of the other jewelry stores in the Inland Center Mall. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I also visited additional jewelry stores, I can count at least 20 stores in all! I was not greeted or treated the same way that I was treated by Gwen, so I knew I needed to return to that store. I went back and Gwen helped me continue my search. I found a ring that I liked, but it had a cluster of diamonds in the center, and my heart was set on a solitaire. Gwen called in her Assistant Manager, Arman to see if he had any ideas. He began to show me options, he said that maybe they could make something for me. I told him my budget and my vision and we began working around that. Then came Kari, the manager, and she helped me focus on what I really wanted. I was in the store for 2 1/2 hours because I kept going back and forth on what I wanted, AT NO POINT did any of these lovely people make me feel that I was wasting their time. They "tag-teamed" me, as they were also waiting on other customers. The original ring that I liked was 1/2 of my budget, I was not EVER pressured into spending more, I was made to feel that the 1/2 tcw ring was just as beautiful of a choice for me as the 3/4 ctw diamond I was considering. Arman finally came up with the most awesome option for me, and he made it fit into my budget, so I got the solitaire I craved with a band that was like the one on the original ring that I liked. Not only did we now have a design for my vision, but it was also below my budget! I picked up the ring tonight and it is AWESOME! The best part about getting it was that the lovely Gwen, the genius Arman, and the insightful Kari were all working when I picked it up! I felt so happy to see that the ring was perfect, they shared in my happiness and I received a hug from each one of them. I'm so glad I went to Helzberg Diamonds in the Inland Center Mall! read more

We had been to another jewelry store previously at which, they kept us separated "to discuss finances" and then illegally opened a line of credit in his name. went in to this store to buy a gift for my wife, and the sales clerk was helping me. another customer walks up and starts talking about his account to the clerk. she then decided that he was more important then get a sale from me. I left and went across the mall and opened an account at other store and got a gift for my wife. I had a great experience here yesterday. The ladies who helped me were Gwen, Shawna, & Donna. From the moment my fiance & I walked in they greeted us with big smiles, were very warm, & welcoming. They did not use high pressure sales tactics on us which we APPRECIATED! There were other stored we visited who did the opposite & it sent us running for the doors. We will never again shop with Helzberg diamonds.... 1st they lost my ring when it was turned in to be repaired for like the 8th time in less then 6 yrs.... It took them 2 months to even tell us that the ring was gone and then another 2 months to tell us the ring was no longer available.... Went in today to get a replacement and they valued the ring at 60 and said that was all we had to put "towards" another ring....this ring was purchased as a purity ring for my 16th birthday and was under a warranty that we bought when we first got the ring . There are no rings in the store that are remotely close to that price due to the fact that the ring is almost five years old and prices of jewelry have gone up. They refuse to give me a 99 dollar ring, which was close to the same quality as the one I had, to replace the one THEY LOST! Shanna , the assistant manager at the San Bernardino CA store was rude and unprofessional... She continually rolled her eyes, smirked and refused to allow us to speak to the regional manager Ruth. I will be escalating this and making people aware that this store is unprofessional rude and sells poor quality products. I truly believe that a 40 dollar difference doesn't even begin to cover the sentimental value of this ring to me. read more
