Either she'll fix the invisible zipper for 15, or if it doesn't work she'll replace it for 40. She easily could have replaced the zipper and charged me more. She didn't though. I got my dress back in perfect condition and only spent the 15. That kind of integrity can be hard to find, so I appreciate Irma for that. Not only that, but she showed me her tools she used to sew the zippers with once I told her I liked to sew myself. I thought that was so nice and made my experience pleasant. I found these guys and got a reasonable quote. We worked around my friend's doctor appointments and drove from Brentwood to Tracy one morning. We arrived, hobbled in, (I was on crutches from a foot problem, he on his walker) and were immediately treated like royalty. The took the keys and whisked the truck away. We wandered around looking and asking questions about a variety of products they carried and before we knew it they were handing back the keys, we paid for it and went outside to see how the new cover worked.
