Got my truck washed Saturday morning at 10am 4/25/26 and got home and the whole passenger side of the hood is scratched and will have to be repainted on my 2024 silverado. I went back 3 hours later and spoke with Erin the female manger on duty and showed her the truck. She denied any wrong doing and even had the nerve to ask if i had any snow on it as that could have scratched it!!! Its freaking APRIL!! Self-service bays poorly maintained. In-bay dollar acceptors acceptors often don't work. Exit not paved so wet cars are forced to drive over dusty gravel. Automatic drive-through wash is okay but attendants at exit do a lousy job of wiping down windows, especially rear windows so streaking is the result. Not worth the cost. read more

I have went there twice. The employees in the car wash side are soooo rude!!! I get my car cleaned inside and out a lot. I was looking for a new place to take it because of Bobs car wash being closed. I pulled up for the very first time, I was not told at the end u pull around to the garage on the side and they were not friendly. I thought I would give them another try. The second time there wasn't anyone to come out and get my money, I waited and waited. I saw that there were cars waiting to go in the bay around the corner so I drove over there. I was immediately yelled at that I was in the wrong place and he saw me and I should have waited he was coming. He used hand gestures and was throwing his hands and arms around telling me to back up. Went there today for the first time. The man taking the money was rude and not helpful at all. I tried to ask questions about the different washes and he just gave the prices and said "pick one". Then when I was giving him my money I was getting fifty cents out and he said "just give me a dollar and I will bring you fifty cents". Very rude. Mike's Car Wash has never treated me this way.
