    Prices/options for touchless wash
    Sharon K.

I like that they have a touch less car wash option. It's much less abrasive to the paint on your car than a regular car wash with brushes. It will work for cars that don't have a lot of dirt caked on. If you're just trying to wash off some light/medium dirt/spots, try touch less. Although the last cycle is a spot free rinse and there are fans to dry your car bringing towels is a good idea to get a really spot free look. There are spaces to park to dry your car, vacuums as well, and vending machines to buy towels and some other car maintenance items like tire shine.

The worst car wash I've been when to. My car was more dirty that when I started the cleaning. Waist of money!

It's so nice to find a place that doesn't put a brush on your car. It's great for your paint.

Only nearby touchless Car Wash I am aware of for my Tesla Model 3. It gets the job done and is fairly priced at $10 for a basic wash

I have to admit that I was driving away from my first experience with Crew Carwash, I was leaning…read moretoward a solid but not necessarily remarkable 4-star experience. I felt like one employee was just a tad impatient for someone who didn't know their procedures or how their process worked. However, then a little bit of chaos ensued and the folks here at this Fishers location ultimately really shined when I needed them to. So, up to 5-stars it is. First off, true confession. This wasn't just my first Crew experience. This was my first time driving through a carwash at all. I'd been in a carwash, but I'd never actually been the driver. My car was looking pretty awful, though. So, while I was up in this area and saw Crew I decided to give it a try. I pulled up. There were four different lanes. Two lanes are for "Unlimited Club" members - folks who pay a monthly fee and can go as frequently as they want. Then, the other two lanes are for common folks like me. The young woman who was working my lane seemed a bit surprised it was my first time there, however, quickly explained the options in a very friendly manner. I will confess I didn't entirely understand the options. While I leaned toward the basic - I mean, I do have an older car, I opted for the Basic Ultimate as my vehicle really did need some love. Once I paid, I pulled up in the line. There's a gate in front of each lane - when it's your turn to move forward, the gate will go up. You'll pull into the lane. There are typically four cars actually in the line beyond the gates. 1-2 employees will hold up signs saying "pull forward," "in neutral," and/or "no brakes." It took me a moment to catch on - I swear I thought you drove yourself all the way through - you don't, once you go in neutral and don't have on your brakes there's a conveyor that moves you through until the end. At the very end, a green light will say "go." I think I held onto my brakes a bit too long for Mr. Sign holder. However, once I caught on everything went fine. I pulled out, ran a few errands, and then went home. The car was impressively clean other than the front window (which was just a wee bit smudgy - definitely improved, though). When inspecting the car once I got home (I'm a wheelchair user - so, I don't typically climb out of the vehicle if I don't have to), I panicked when I realized my license plate was gone. I thought to myself "It had to be at Crew." I called them - their phone system worked rather quickly. A manager indicated that "Yes, we did find a plate" and we exchanged the needed information. So, I headed back to Crew to get my plate. The young woman who'd sold me my wash recognized me (impressive) and immediately got me assistance. Within seconds, I had my plate and then was headed to try to refasten it to my car. I was impressed they so quickly recovered my plate and ensured I was able to get it back quickly. It took a potential major stressor and helped me resolve it quickly. Yes, Crew is a bit more expensive. However, the wash was super effective (other than the front window), the employees were very friendly and helpful (other than one slightly impatient moment), and the last bit with the license plate was stellar customer service. So, 5-stars it is. My car looks better than it has in quite some time and I'm super pleased.

People tend to flock to the carwash on sunny days, especially when they are paying for a monthly membership! I guess that with my excitement, I must've pulled in too quickly or moved past the camera too fast, but one of the employees noticed right away and came to manually scan my sticker for my wash. I was able to pull through and get my whip nice and shiny for the weekend. Shout out to my husband for making sure that I can always pull right up and get my ride looking good with zero effort on my part! He's the real MVP ;-)

Have been going to Prime over Crew for over a year because I think their car wash cleans my Jeep…read morebetter. However, this last time was the first time I decided to pay extra for the interior wash also. When I first pulled up I was asked, "Are there any spots we should take care of specifically?" to which I told the employee around my gear/cupholder area and the back where my Shepard usually sits would be great. It does look better, however you can tell there was no real effort put in. There's still A LOT of obviously missed things that probably would've been picked up with a second run of the vacuum. Obviously for $45 I'm not looking for professional grade work (especially from a most likely HS/college kid), but some effort for my money would be helpful. MY REAL FRUSTRATION: When I first sat down in the waiting room, I watched as other customers would be called by their car name when it was ready and their car would be waiting on them right outside the door, basically "valet" style. After about 30-45 mins, I get up and see my Jeep parked over in the parking lot... interesting? "maybe they're waiting for something they sprayed on my seats to dry?" I'm not sure, but I do see employees driving cars from the same lot back up into the bays, so maybe it's just their process. I continue to wait... Another 25 mins goes by... there's no cars in the bays now... multiple employees have seen me both inside in the cars and sitting outside on the benches waiting.. yet nobody asks/tells me anything... They're all basically "washing" the waiting room windows, trying to pass time. So I get up and ask nicely but confused, "Hey did I miss my car being called because I see it in the lot?" The girl behind the counter, puzzled, says that it should be done if it's out in the lot. (Nobody else had to go get their car from the lot... so why would I think I had to?) She asks the washers.. who all look at me and to each other... who then all go talk to the manager (assumingly because it's wearing a different color shirt than the rest). Only for one of the employees to come and hand me my keys and say "It's all ready for you!"... like I haven't been staring at it for the past 30+ minutes... Why I wasn't told my car was ready... OR Why was I the only one who had to go ask if it was ready to go get it in the lot myself... OR Why nobody wanted to just say anything and let me sit there WAY longer than I needed to be... I'm not sure. But I'm probably not going to be back to find out.

She obviously was wanting the bugs vacuumed along with the rest of the interior cleaned/vacuumed, especially the dash. She is short and can't see the dash while sitting in the driver's seat. So she didn't notice it hadn't been cleaned. Fast-forward to today. I had to take her to work and noticed it appeared the dash hadn't been touched at all, not to mention the bugs were still there. So, silly me, I thought I'd go back and get the situation rectified. Nothing doing. The jerk at the front wouldn't honor what they did or didn't do a few days ago. He said the dash could've gotten dirty in that amount of time. That amount of dust would not accumulate in just a few days. The rude attendant acted as if I was asking him to take money out of his personal wallet and give it to me. Just run the damn car back through and do a decent job this time!!!!!!!!!!! That's all I was asking. So NEVER AGAIN!!!! I've been coming to Mike's/Crew Carwash for over 40 years. There are plenty of other places in town that could use my business.
