this car wash is located just south of 116th St. on Allisonville Road on the west side of Allisonville. This is a full service car wash with bays where you can manually wash your car yourself or they have bays that are touchless. They also have several stations to remove debris from your car and sweep it out. There is a vending machine with a few accessories that you may need to clean your car out yourself it's easy in and out of Allisonville or you can exit out the back to head back to 116th St. there's no attendant on site but it's a very easy to use. Tried to use laser wash. One car in bay - paid for our wash while his was washing. While prior car in dry cycle, canopy dropped down and he couldn't pull out. My husband (thank goodness he is tall) held it up so the guy could drive out. By then, the machine "forgot" we paid for a wash so we just skipped the whole thing. Won't go back. read more

I like that they have a touch less car wash option. It's much less abrasive to the paint on your car than a regular car wash with brushes. It will work for cars that don't have a lot of dirt caked on. If you're just trying to wash off some light/medium dirt/spots, try touch less. Although the last cycle is a spot free rinse and there are fans to dry your car bringing towels is a good idea to get a really spot free look. There are spaces to park to dry your car, vacuums as well, and vending machines to buy towels and some other car maintenance items like tire shine. read more

As the wife of a new black Tesla Model 3 owner, we have spent some time at this carwash over the last year. The automatic carwash is touchless and leaves no swirl marks, dirt, or gravel in your clear coat. There is a nice variety of wash options and DIY bays. It's the only touchless carwash in the area. You can tell by the people who frequent this place that it's people who care about their cars no matter the make or model or year. After a wash there is generally people in the vacuum bays cleaning and detailing their cars. On a very nice day it can be busy. The carwash is owned by a nice gentleman that you can see around sometimes. He has discount bulk packs that really drop the price per wash in the automatic bays. If he's not around, you can call to meet him to buy a pack. read more

This is a great car wash if you have a newer vehicle that has sensors that make it stop in regular car washes. I had no trouble here which was so such a relief and worth the drive! It's also nice to know that my car isn't getting scraped from debris in the brushes from other vehicles since it is touch-less! I am hoping they use hot water so that I can visit again in the winter. read more

This time was worse, my windshield which was pretty clean to start didn't even look like it had been wet. Water spots, soap spots, my car just looks filthy. Worse than when I started. SUV Owner Review: I had high hopes (maybe too high) for this car wash. It had this fantastic looking laser wash system that wow'ed both my husband and I. We couldn't stop raving at how cool the touchless car wash looked... from the inside that is! Unfortunately we got out of our SUV to find that there were dirt streaks on the front of the side mirrors and all along the back. It just didn't quite cut through the grime of every day driving dirt. We even paid for the highest cleaning available at $20 a piece!! I would maybe recommend this touchless car wash for cars that are smaller and maybe aren't very dirty but just need the dust off - for example your sports car or luxury car kind of vehicles! But SUV and truck folks, it is not worth the $20 sadly. The search continues! read more

Remember the '90s, when touchless car washes were all the rage because they wouldn't scratch your paint? Then Mike's (Crew) came on the scene and everyone thought these "soft cloths" somehow were better than the old plastic whippers. I'm sure they are, but still dirt and grime gets caught in there, and I just don't think they're as advertised anymore. Now that I have a brand new car, I decided I'm not into using the cloth car washes after some questionable results over time with one of the monthly passes on my last dark navy Jeep. This place was great. I got a kick of high-school nostalgia bringing my car here to use the touchless wash. You just can't find these places anymore, but I'm so glad one still exists. I used the coin-operated bay and only needed $5 to get a good wash. I think as I get back into the groove of using these, it will probably only take $4 to wash my car ... maybe even just the base $3 eventually if it isn't too filthy to start. Great deal! read more

Edited my review because this seems to be as close as I can get to a real car wash in the Indy area. The Crew car washes are not touchless and there is no drying off of the car when exiting (not the one downtown). Like another reviewer, I also drive over from Carmel to go through the touchless bays. Wish we had touchless here! It doesn't do as good of a job as hand washing (nothing will) but it's the best and safest automated wash you can get. This is the worst car wash I have ever had. I went to the automated section and did the $13 Ultimate. I drove to the grocery store and looked closely at my car. It's still dirty - no shine - has bugs on it. It looked like it had some sort of film on it - maybe from the protective coating. Got home, grabbed a towel to dust that off.
