I did my research you see & I came to the overall conclusion that Dr. Lang who've I yet to personally meet & Dr. Ramsey are here to do GOOD work. Let me explain... My son who is 11 years old has a rather complex case with the Ortho. They recommended we get ANCORS aka TADS to retrain the JAW, (we have/had an underbite) as the first faze face mask did not work. We went to multiple Oral Surgeons for consults. I had heard many stories online about the different cultures of offices here in our community. I dived right in. It took me months to decided. It was an investment. Not many Drs are educated in this particular SURGERY!! Ramsey is tho! He is so educated and so YOUNG!! I loved how Ramseys office had a very comfortable vibe to it. The surgeon had his regular assistant and she was so nurturing to my child. Every time we went in she was there!! I loved the consistency!! Ana became like my son's MAMA DURING THE SURGERY!! He felt so at ease with her since I couldn't be in the room. She had it all UNDER CONTROL and was super calm!!! We had the surgery done in January and it is JULY now!! wow! time FLIES!! MY SONS JAW THO!! WOW THE TRANSFORMATION!! He's turning into a man!! its working and its so beautiful!!! his jawline. & With this tads surgery it will keep him from having MAJOR JAW SURGERY at 18 years old!! yay!!! A few more simple, but notable comments. Office was opened on time as we were one of the first appointments in the a.m. Office was/is always clean for surgery & follow up appointments. Office ran on time Doctors notes for school were super easy to get and I didn't forget for once, because the office was so calm. I was able to "think". *** If I had to pick on (-) Negative thing to say I would just say for the front office to work on phone wait times. There was a few times I had to wait 15-20minutes on hold which with children and life moving top speed is very difficult. I was able to stay patient tho cause I knew the wait was worth it for Ramsey!! You won't be disappointed! I want to THANK THE ENTIRE OFFICE Staff FOR CARING FOR MY FAMILY!!! I am so appreciative!!! The day of my tooth extraction I was nervous and my anxiety was off the roof. But the lady that took me back first to sign the paper work was so friendly and helped me. But the tech that brought me back and got me ready was an angel. My anxiety was high and all I can do is talk and she was so kind to sit and talk with me. She gave me my aftercare and again answered all my questions. Once the surgeon started it honestly took less than 9 min to extract my tooth. The Dr also went over the after care. The only thigh I would have to say that I would have liked is that they made sure my ride was here and not just walk me out of the side door. I had to wait for my ride 20 min outside. I wish they would have asked if my ride was here and if not had me wait inside. Besides that the office is great! I will be returned for my implant soon.

Poorly run office with toxic support staff. Their billing is illogical and they do not consistently…read morecoordinate prior auths or eobs to assist patients in verifying benefit coverage, there are billing problems and this office is very money hungry. Patients get surprise bills, even years after service was rendered. They will maximize every possible charge without providing the patient with informed consent and the patient will later incur a $unexpected bill. Their front office staff hung up on me not once, not twice, but three times when I called to try to clarify charges which didn't make sense. It was surreal and very reminiscent of dealing with poorly behaved children who can't answer questions to clarify charges. We do not recommend this practice and are happily pulling our entire family out. Too many toxic situations with this practice and we have never experienced anything so awful in many years and numerous dental practices. Dr. Tran as a dentist has excellent skills and it's unfortunate his support staff are incompetent.

The dental rooms felt outdated, older equipment. She rushed me through an appointment I booked same day since I had some pain, and the visit was quick. She gave me meds. I felt it was time to go. I started with Smile Care this pass year. Smile Care's office is clean, up to date with their equipment, and their care team is Excellent with their communications with me regarding my oral health. Dr. Hedvat is nice, and a straight shooter. I am not sure he knows he has a sense of humor, but he makes me laugh. Dolores, the hygienist - well, she is amazing. I let her know that I am very sensitive to the epi when I am there for the deep cleaning, and she conquers it, and allows me to be epi free with minimal discomfort. She's gentle, kind, and funny. Overall, I enjoy the professionalism of Smile Care. I can have Dr. Hedvat do my annual care, and within that, he has a care team prepared for all your oral care needs.

I used to like this dentist. Something happened during the pandemic and they have not been the same…read moresince. They had been very good albeit always with a pretty bad bed side manner . I went there for a checkup. Had a cavity that needed a root canal and a crown. As we were about to start the procedure Dr Kim said in a very surprised voice "it is all clean, you don't need a root canal". They put the crown in and I went home. About 6 months to a year later I noticed the gum was a little sensitive above that tooth. I went back to Wyndhamsmith & Kim. Dr Kim got very serious and said he was going to try to save the tooth. If he was unsuccessful I would lose the tooth. He drilled a hole through the crown but could not reach the root. They put a filling into the crown. He said he was unsuccessful. He didn't say anything nice or helpful. He was actually mean. I went to a new dentist. He saw the tooth and recommended I go to a dental surgeon specialist to try to save the tooth. I did, the tooth was saved. The dental surgeon asked if I knew I had what looked like a temporary filling in the crown? No I didn't. Dr Kim, couldn't save my tooth. I don't know why he couldn't do the root canal originally. He didn't refer me to a dental surgeon to try to save the tooth or even tell me that was possible. And he didn't tell me that he put in a most likely temporary filling.
