The offices are relatively new (2024, I think), and they are STATE OF THE ART with great dental and testing equipment, along with great staff and a terrific office manager. Yep big old needle right in the old nerve. I have never had pain that intense and I've had to have dental care since I was little. She didn't say anything no "sorry are you okay" nada. She finally got the tooth out spitting it right in two. My lip, tongue in cheek were numb for over 3 weeks. When I went for follow up I was telling the male Dr (again they never said their names) was extremely rude and dismissive of my continued numbness saying something like "let's not blow anything out of proportion"! I knew right then I would never go back there. I've been seeing a different DDS who's also a friend even though I have to drive to Westwood.
