Clark Crew was consistently rated high when I searched for BBQ in OKC. After living in Houston for years I like to see how other cities stack up and they didn't disappoint! I couldn't just settle on one protein so I ordered the 3 meat tray with lean brisket, ribs, and burnt ends. The burnt ends were on point, ribs were cooked really well and the lean brisket was tender. They had a variety of bbq sauces that complemented them all well. All the sides were amazing. The mashed potatoes were smooth and buttery while the baked beans had a nice kick to it. Can't go wrong with the cornbread which was like a mini loaf of goodness. It wasn't too busy during the weekday and I was able to walk in without a wait. You're able to get a visual on the smokehouse from the parking lot and it gave a unique curb appeal that carried over into the interior. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town! Overall 9/10

That catfish was a delicious surprise, but everything is always great here

One of my favorite places to eat in all of OKC. No matter what I order I am somehow surprised with how good it is. I've tried to get something different each time I've been to try and catch their weak link, but haven't found it yet. BBQ? Excellent. Especially the chopped pork. Sides? Burgers? Salads? All top tier. This most recent visit I tried the fried catfish which was deliciously light and crispy and full of flavor. Even the tartar sauce was great. I think they have magicians in the kitchen. Does every review mention the cornbread here? Look, it's cake, and I mean that in the best way possible. Make sure you eat it or your friends will disown you. This place is always poppin'. If you're here at peak times, there may be a wait, but they will get you seated pretty quick. It's great for lunch or dinner and the service is always spot on. An easy 5 stars from me.

Great ambience with live music I was able to go to the bar that was full and get a beer and then go sit on patio! I got the five XL sandwich and it comes with a pound of meat and a side of ribs on top of it. I got mac & cheese too. I highly recommend the mac & cheese.

Clark Crew was recommended to us by a few of the locals and we stopped their for lunch. The parking lot is a little funky but figured it out. There were comfortable booths and our waiter was knowledgable and on top of our orders and our drinks. We ordered the deviled eggs which were delightful. I ordered the brisket which was a little on the dry side but the portions of sides and meat were very well done.

    Burnt ends, ribs, and brisket.

Being from Texas, I understand that BBQ options are limited here. Still, the 4-star reviews led me to believe this place would at least be solid or decent. The brisket, ribs, and burnt ends were as dry as a microwaveable package of meat. You'd legitimately be better off grabbing the microwaveable brisket from Costco--which is tragic. To make it worse, I was on the toilet for three days straight with diarrhea after eating here.

If you're anywhere near Oklahoma City, Clark Crew BBQ is worth a stop. You can smell the barbecue before you even walk through the door which is always a good sign. The layout is well thought out, with a convenient entrance for to-go orders and seating available while you wait. As you walk in, you're greeted by a long entryway lined with their awards, and it's clear they take pride in what they've accomplished. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the experience stood out even more when the manager personally stepped in to seat us instead of making us wait. That level of involvement says a lot about how they run things. The food was amazing! The burger I really liked, it was cooked just as I asked and had a good smoke flavor even if it wasn't cooked on a wood fire grill but a flat top. The brisket was great, the fries and I have to say I didn't hate anything. I absolutely loved everything. Even the strawberry lemonade was delicious. I liked the sweet competition sauce but their original kc sauce was just right with its peppery sweet taste. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and gives you a clear view of the food you're about to enjoy. Overall, it's a welcoming spot with great energy and attention to detail. Definitely recommend.

Wooooowwww, so we were on a road-trip from Los Angeles to Chicago and my mom mentioned how OKC has some really good BBQ and I needed a break after driving for so long and I cam across Clark Crew. The parking was so easy in a huge lot, it was pretty busy but we went on Father's Day and regardless got seated super quickly. We ordered the three meat tray- brisket, ribs, and sausage, along with BBQ beans, mash potatoes and potato salad, and cornbread, and two side salads. I also got the peach lemonade and yalllll everything was sooooooo BOMB!!! The BBQ sauces were on the side and they were a yummy. The service was amazing. The vibe was very welcoming. If I'm ever in OKC again I will most def stop by!!!

Clark's was recommended by a local and we are so happy we followed and decided to stop in for lunch! It was a little funny to try and find the building, but we did! Plenty of parking in the parking lot, and even more sitting inside! We sat in a comfortable booth and our server was quick and on top of everything, fabulous! The place was cute and clean! The food was quick, hot, correct, and delicious! Prices were fair and reasonable!

We picked up ribs, chopped pork, burnt ends, cornbread, baked beans and mashed potatoes from Clark Crew BBQ and loved all of it!

Smoked turkey, brisket, broccoli, and last but not least cornbread

Clark Crew continues to be my favorite bbq restaurant in OKC. They are consistent with their flavors and textures of the meats. They have some of the best mini cornbread loafs as well! I don't normally like sweet beans but theirs isn't too terribly sweet plus it has chunks of smoked meat in it. Only down side is the price. They charge more for brisket and ribs now. If you haven't tried Clark, you should.

    Well worth it

Food is amazing, one of my favorite BBq places now. We had the judges tray. Also make room for dessert pecan pie cheesecake. Food was delicious and perfect. The home made BBQ sauce is good.

Burnt ends, chopped pork, chicken tenders w cream corn, cornbread & fried okra.

Our favorite bbq joint - loved everything about it from pizza to wings and catfish. My favorite side is its potato salad though everything else is also good.

This BBQ joint has an adequate private parking lot. The dining area is huge. There is also a full bar with seating. The bar area has televisions, as most do. You will find a huge patio area here as well with some seating that is covered and some that is open. The open part has corn hole and a few other outdoor games to play. This restaurant serves all the classic Q including ribs, jalapeno sausage, brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends and chicken. This place can host multiple large groups. We had a group of about 20 and there was another group of about 20 there with us at the same time. One of our servers, Tiffany, was awesome. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Most of the staff was also friendly as well. I ordered the Okie Brisket Cheesesteak. I got a side of their Championship BBQ Beans and a cornbread to go with it. Considering the size of my group, they were able to prepare my food quickly. It was under 10 minutes. It was not the best barbecue that I have had, but it was good. I really liked the cornbread. It was moist, sweet and flavorful. The beans are not you tradionall baked beans, as the named implied, but they were tasty too. The sandwhich wads ok. If I had to do it all over again, I probably would have got something else. Anyway, this is a decent barbecue spot to check out, if you are in the area. I would definitely go back.

Do you take reservations for a party of 16 on a Sunday?

They have a room immediately to the left upon entry that is used for parties and events. I have attended two parties in this room, but I was not involved with booking it. It is available based on my observed experience

Are dogs allowed at the outside rear patio ? I called and asked and the host said yes for the outside patio but Yelp says dogs not allowed. Can you please clarify?

When I was there and inquired I was told outside patio was ok but inside is where the no dogs is enforced unless it is a service animal. They have been very kind to my service dog both times we were there and I went once with a newer puppy and sat…

My friend suggested this place and specially burnt ends- which Ive never had before. Well this place did not disappoint. Its five star baby! I ended up getting a choose 2 plate which includes 2 meats and 2 sides. I did have the burnt ends and turkey; brussel sprouts with carrots and fried okra. Everything was delicious, the brussel sprouts had no bacon (which is plus for me). The one and only thing I would say is a little more flavor on the fries okra... but thats just me. Put some salt on it a keep it moving. Now they had some corn muffins that were good but huney let me tell you about the butter with the jabanero jam! Wow, wow, wow! The service was great from everyone but special shout out to Matt who was patient and kind even tho we were one of those annoying people who came in less than an hour before close. Good thing for me, they are open on Sundays to take all my money (Let's be honest, I was throwing it at them). Okay, fine, I'll talk about the food... YUMMMM. Ordered the brisket & rib combo plate. Meat was falling off the bones and flavored to perfection. Comes with two sides - I got the above mentioned jalapeño corn bread & greens beans. Came with an unapologetically absurd amount of butter - aww, they know my love language. My favorite part is the chewy, sweet pieces of corn they add to the batter. Reminds me of Jiffy... IYKYK. Now the sauce - IMO Texas bbq style. Bold, red and perfect balance of sweet & tang. They allow 2 choices so I selected spicy and regular. Both highly recommended. Lastly, I tacked on a side of their green cabbage slaw; it couldn't be skipped. It indeed is green, has a great crunch and not too creamy. Overall - fantastic flavor, quick service & quality ingredients. My brother is a huge fan of ribs so you better believe I texted him pics to bait him into visiting soon. I ordered takeout this time but we'll visit the restaurant when he comes to town!
