When our recipient said no flowers had arrived we tried to contact the store and the phone number goes straight to voicemail. Since over $100+ was spent on the bouquet I decided to visit the shop. So we'll disputing that charge, just extremely disappointing and definitely seems illegal to continue charging for services from a business that isn't real or in business anymore.

I called the number provided in the confirmation email this morning to confirm the delivery time, no answer. I called three more times and was eventually blocked. Instead of giving him specific bouquet the florist "threw something together" And gave a bouquet of flowers that were so stuffed roses were just shoved in that the next day the roses were broken and already dying. Then they threw in a box of chocolates to make up for their mistake. It broke my heart to see how stuffed all these flowers were in this tiny vas and how fast they were drying. I tried to take them all out and place them in a bigger vas and get more life out of them but it was too late. I had to throw them all out. This was so disappointing to me.
