First off, the spa music was skipping around and stopping sporadically and even played a couple ads. Super relaxing. I don't think my masseuse was trained properly because she was essentially rubbing her knuckles and forearm bones along my bones. Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. Not sure if she thought it was my muscle or what. Mid way through she tried to upsell me on the hot stone enhancement, but I declined, mostly out of fear those would be grinded on my bones as well. It wasn't like any other hot-stone massage i received before. This one was actually a combination of swedish, shiatsu, SE Asia and reflexology "highlighted" with hot stones. I didn't need to tell Jessie, my therapist, about the tension in my shoulders. She found it and got rid of all the knots. She spent a considerable amount of time and pressure on my shoulders. The massage was very thorough and very relaxing. The only negative point I have is that the massage rooms aren't "real rooms". They're three walls (not completely to the ceiling and the 4th wall is a curtain. Because of this, you can hear a lot of outside noise which may distract you from fully relaxing. But this was one of the better massages I've ever received, and half the price of a cruise ship or other resort spa. I'm definitely returning here soon.

So I've been coming here for several years and I've had several dozen of massages here…read more... I've had several great girls- the last one was Helen who unfortunately isn't there anymore. My new fave is Margaret. This past year- I have added cupping to my massage. Wet cupping massage and then cupping to the end. Slightly uncomfortable to sensitive areas or area of tension at first but when the 10mins are up and the cups are removed- there are way more benefits. The only times I don't add cupping is if I have to wear something that can't hide the cupping marks or I'm going to the beach etc.
