It was around 25 years old and it was leaking in multiple places. I had a quote within 2 days. Was on the schedule within 5 weeks. And the work was completed in a day. Full removal of the old roof, repairs to the leaking parts of the house, and the new roof installed. I couldn't get a solid count but it seemed like 15 workers. 12 on the roof and 3 folks managing the everything not on the roof. Started at 8am and done by 6pm. It was a thing of beauty. No leftover messes anywhere. The valley's were braided together in a way to prevent water from gathering. Much better than the way they were initially laid. Drew the technician came out for $150 service call listen to what I've already gone through and had done and he knew things just weren't adding up .Well he found the bad limit switch that the other two technicians could not and had my heat back on that day he also took the motherboard that I was told was bad and re installed it and wouldn't you know there was nothing wrong with it.
