He just offered simple information about the important concepts of a mattress....what to look for and helped me narrow down my selections. We had previously visited Costco and Lowe's, but after reviewing their in-store selections, we weren't satisfied with the available options. Brian, who works in the appliance department, was very helpful. We initially considered side-by-side models; however, we quickly realized that the size would make it difficult to fit through our doorway. Brian explained that delivery contractors no longer remove refrigerator doors when the unit has an exterior ice and water dispenser due to the internal hose connections. There was one side-by-side model available in stock, but it was far too small for our needs. Brian then suggested a counter-depth option. While this wasn't my first choice--since I do prefer having an exterior ice and water dispenser--we ultimately decided it was the best fit given the limitations. The delivery contractors arrived within the scheduled time window and were both friendly and efficient. So far, we are very pleased with our new refrigerator and truly appreciate Brian's guidance throughout the process.
