I received four estimates, but only three did site visits. Three of the estimates were over $4,000. My house was built in 1993. I've had the front soft washed and repainted three times since then. Each time the price was a little higher, but no where close to $4,000. Liberty Painting's price was very reasonable and no where near $4,000. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two painters arrived on time. We discussed the scope of work, which included soft washing the wood. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. They cleaned up the work area as promised. I am completely satisfied with the results. Before, during, and after the project communication was great. They did everything promised. I highly recommend Liberty Painting.

His price is much more reasonable than the bigger companies' price quotes. He patiently consulted me on the "right" shade of white to use (because there are dozens, it's overwhelming!), the most cost-effective brand of paint to use, and even guided me through grey paint swatches for the walls that would look good with the new cabinets and our existing granite countertops. AND once I got that grey paint shade, he painted 6" around the NEW cabinets so I wouldn't accidentally mess up his fine work :) I mean that's above and beyond the call of duty. He's just that great. His team was super considerate in laying down tarps, organizing kitchen items, and meticulously protecting the hardwood floors and appliances to avoid dust or unintentional staining.
