I love Aerosoles - the shoes are very comfy and recently the styles are more trendy. I'm glad…read morethey're located in this outlet because the prices are very affordable. The staff here is also great and helpful when you need a second opinion on which shoe looks cuter, haha.

I found myself up at the Outlet Malls with a bit of time to kill, so I wandered over to the…read moredirectory to see if there were any cheese stores around (answer: no). However, when my gaze fell upon Aerosoles, located practically right next to Rocky Mountain Candy Factory, all thoughts of cheese flew out of my head. I have sensitive, malfunctioning feet and so it's very difficult for me to find shoes that are comfortable day in and day out. Anything with heels is almost automatically excluded from consideration. So, of course I have a weakness for boots - particularly knee-high ones. I've had good luck wearing Aerosole shoes before (ordered online) but never found any boots that fit properly. I failed to find any knee-high boots this time as well, but I did score a pair of super-comfy, gorgeous ankle boots with a sensible heel and which make my feet look like a petite fairy's feet. I could wish that the outlet prices were a little more discounted - my 'originally $90' boots were still $80, and they don't list prices on the boxes or shelves, so I had to ask the sales girl. However, the entire staff was extremely friendly and happy to help. I wore the boots for a full day of work and survived with only mildly sore feet and no falls, trips, or other awkward spills. Now I just need to find some pants that are long enough to wear with them!

The shoes that are on display are about 15 feet away from the boxes of the same shoe to try on. Almost all staff working are of no use for help. They are there for a paycheck and not to do anything else. The save a grace of this place is the one lady that was able to locate what I was looking for. Again 15 feet away from where it should have been.

Well you all know I'm not great at shopping. Not my thing at all. So hubby needs shoes and he also…read moreis wanting to buy me a birthday gift. So LC is at the outlet so two birds one stone. We go through Le Creuset I pick out a few Dutch oven options take a few pictures and we wander down to the shoe store. We are not greeted. There is nobody at the register and we go back to where we had previously purchased my husband shoes that he was wearing the shoes he wanted to replace. We come across an employee and we are not greeted with any type of words or genuine concern, or any gumption to actually provide assistance. In fact, she has let it be known by her facial antics that she is annoyed and irritated by the audacity of our presence that we are taking of her space. I'm thinking OK we can try to manage this alone. We ask her about a particular style and she doesn't even look down and my husband shows his shoe like this one she doesn't say let me figure out if we have something that's kind of like it anything she just dismisses us again we clearly are annoying her. Honestly it was actually genuinely disappointing. We're about to hand you $200 for two pairs of shoes and you are snot. No no no no no no no no. At this point, my husband says let's just go. I wanna go home. I don't wanna deal with this so we go order a Dutch oven. It'll be shipped to our house and then we go to Costco my husband so exhausted of this whole interaction that I leave him in the truck while I go into Costco on a Friday afternoon so he can calm down all he wanted was a pair of shoes. So if you want some mean cranky old lady disrespecting your elderly husband by all means go in there I did talk to the manager this afternoon ( the next day) and she apologized and offered me 10%. Yes the next purchase we make there 10% no no no no no no I'm not interested. I think I will I have to find his shoes someplace else. It won't be there. I don't pay people to be snotty and cranky. It's funny because the manager told me that the employee came to her and told her about the interaction and that she might be getting a phone call about this situation. So for future reference, if your employees are gonna be cranky and snotty and offensive, let them know that they should probably take the day off. I know managing people is like herding cats but if they can't behave properly maybe they should be barn cats.

Having two grandchildren needing and wanting Nikes it was very disappointing to us. On 7-8-2023 we called to see if they were open. They said yes and they would be open and not closing. I'm from Texas, 70 years old and taking a chance driving my son's car to take my only grandchildren to the Nike store. Since my son and daughter in law work. My granddaughter wanted some Nike since her birthday is coming up. We get there and the store is closing. I drove from Blaine Washington which is an hour and 20 minutes away. I explain to the manager that we had called, driven a distance since they said they would be open. The manager Said it wasn't her fault. No apology . I asked for the 800 number she told me it was on line. I said if she would give it to me. Told me to email her district manager. I asked if she could write down for me. She said I was rude. And I could look up the 800 number myself and walked away with her staff. Since another one close the door. My 6 year old granddaughter started crying since she was very hopeful she would find some running shoes there. I don't think this was handle properly & professionally. But what is one less customer and the kids seeing this behavior in management. I understand the AC was not working properly but when she open the door to come out there was a cool feeling of an AC. So I had to take my losses and drive back on heavy traffic with my only grandchildren I have. We called and they didn't once say they were having mayor issues with the AC. They said they would be open and had a sale of 40% on certain Nikes. It was just very upsetting yet the manager didn't care and just walked away not giving me the number for Nike or her district manage.
