    Safety hazard anyone ?

Let me just start my review by saying the Nike outlet store at the Seattle premium outlet was an.absolute disaster of a store on Black Friday. We went to the outlet mall on black Friday to explore what all sale options were available and ended up visiting the Nike store. Wow...I've not seen a store more mismanaged and in utter chaos as the condition this store was in that day. Now dont give me the excuse that it was Black Friday and such chaos is normal on such a day. No its not acceptable on any day and the manager and the staff of this store needs to get some ( a lot ? ) of training on how to manage a store. I went to most of the other stores that day, including your competitors stores : Adidas and Puma, and both those stores were so much more amazingly managed as compared to Nike. We could not find a pair of shoe in their actual box. The clothes and shoes were just scattered all over the floor and everywhere else in between. My biggest concern was how big of the safety concern the condition of this store was that day. Imagine an emergency situation and the shape this store was in.could have caused so much harm. People could hardly walk with shoes and boxes all around and no store representative to manage this chaos. This was absolutely unacceptable, dangerous and showed utter lack of planning from the Nike store management. Check out the pictures for what I am talking about. The manager and staff needs to absolutely own up to this mess and be trained !!

Rocks in the bottom of my shoe

Purchased a pair of cheap tennis shoes for work 6 weeks ago. The first week one of the eyelets for the laces fell apart but it wasn't really a big deal so I kept wearing them. The big deal was the fact that small rocks imbed themselves in the many patterned holes in the bottom of the shoes. I tried to exchange them today for a different pair that had a better sole design so they wouldn't fill up with rocks. Staff was unsympathetic to my situation and was unwilling to help other than offering up a website. Not really sure how a website will help me exchange these garbage shoes. In light of all of the bad publicity Nike has received in the last week, I would think they would go out of their way to help customers. #nevernike

This Nike Factory store seemed more expensive than most of their other branches. Might be because we visited their branch in Woodburn, Oregon the previous week. There were much better deals in Oregon, and there is no sales tax in Oregon. After browsing for about 20 minutes, I exited. Since we were heading back to Oregon in a few days, I did not purchase anything here. If you are not headed to the Woodburn, OR outlet anytime soon, then shopping at this Factory store in Tulalip, WA would be just fine.

She was super sweet, super helpful and I was able to check out at the back of the store which saved me a good hour.

However, when my gaze fell upon Aerosoles, located practically right next to Rocky Mountain Candy Factory, all thoughts of cheese flew out of my head. I have sensitive, malfunctioning feet and so it's very difficult for me to find shoes that are comfortable day in and day out. Anything with heels is almost automatically excluded from consideration. So, of course I have a weakness for boots - particularly knee-high ones. I've had good luck wearing Aerosole shoes before (ordered online) but never found any boots that fit properly. I failed to find any knee-high boots this time as well, but I did score a pair of super-comfy, gorgeous ankle boots with a sensible heel and which make my feet look like a petite fairy's feet. I could wish that the outlet prices were a little more discounted - my 'originally $90' boots were still $80, and they don't list prices on the boxes or shelves, so I had to ask the sales girl. However, the entire staff was extremely friendly and happy to help. I wore the boots for a full day of work and survived with only mildly sore feet and no falls, trips, or other awkward spills. Now I just need to find some pants that are long enough to wear with them!

Shopping in the Seattle area in Washington State…read more.. Seattle Premium Outlets is not really on the main road. I couldn't see a sign from the highway. I just trusted my GPS. I knew that Pop Mart was at this outlet. This was my main goal... to visit a Pop Mart, because it's not in Hawaii. Since we were there, we saw a Miniso and Claire's. We also went inside "anime World", another cute shop. Another reason why we wanted to visit Seattle Premium Outlets was to stretch our legs - because of the long drive from Vancouver to Seattle. We also needed a restroom. Gosh... it was far away from Pop Mart, Claire's, and Miniso... and walking in the rain made it more challenging! At least we accomplished all of our goals... and then some!

I don't remember it that bananas, it was a madhouse. What concerned me the most, there are not a lot of access options, so when you have that kind of traffic coming in or out... it was total gridlock. There was no one assisting with traffic, it took us an hour from the highway to get parked and while we found parking on the upper deck in the back, getting out was impossible. We sat there for 45min without moving, so we decided to go back in and get coffee. I doubt this is up to any safety code or whatever, if there would have been an accident, fire, any emergency... this could have been a very bad outcome. They need to get traffic people in to move cars, add additional access points in the front and back to get more cars out if needed and the upper deck needs direct access to get out on the main road. The shops itself had good deals, which is rarely the case nowadays. I feel they had much better deals in the past, but good enough on black friday. Would I go again on BF, hell no. Never ever again! I'm doing spring and fall again and call it a day. Food court overrun, dirty and so were the bathrooms. We did this to ourselves, but the safety concern was the most pressing issue for us.
