Bad experience. Coming back from Seattle we stop at this outlet on 7-7-2023. They said they were open but when we arrived it was closing early due to AC issues. Having two grandchildren needing and wanting Nikes it was very disappointing to us. On 7-8-2023 we called to see if they were open. They said yes and they would be open and not closing. I'm from Texas, 70 years old and taking a chance driving my son's car to take my only grandchildren to the Nike store. Since my son and daughter in law work. My granddaughter wanted some Nike since her birthday is coming up. We get there and the store is closing. I drove from Blaine Washington which is an hour and 20 minutes away. I explain to the manager that we had called, driven a distance since they said they would be open. The manager Said it wasn't her fault. No apology . I asked for the 800 number she told me it was on line. I said if she would give it to me. Told me to email her district manager. I asked if she could write down for me. She said I was rude. And I could look up the 800 number myself and walked away with her staff. Since another one close the door. My 6 year old granddaughter started crying since she was very hopeful she would find some running shoes there. I don't think this was handle properly & professionally. But what is one less customer and the kids seeing this behavior in management. I understand the AC was not working properly but when she open the door to come out there was a cool feeling of an AC. So I had to take my losses and drive back on heavy traffic with my only grandchildren I have. We called and they didn't once say they were having mayor issues with the AC. They said they would be open and had a sale of 40% on certain Nikes. It was just very upsetting yet the manager didn't care and just walked away not giving me the number for Nike or her district manage. read more

Plenty of shoes, but less incentives than at other Nike Factory Stores. I went to a location in Utah the month before and all of their shoes along the wall were 20% off, but that wasn't the case at this location. I came in to buy some Nike Free TR 8's and the experience was quick and easy. They also had plenty of color options in the AirMax Pegasus 35's, which is my current favorite shoe. The only downside is that I went online and found new Pegasus 35's from a big box store for cheaper than they cost at the Nike Outlet, which seems odd to me. I ended up exchanging the Free TR 8's for some Pegasus 35's because the Free's were not comfortable to stand in. Considering that this store is so far away from Seattle, and there are better deals online with free shipping, I don't think I will be back to buy shoes. Might stop in to try on shoes if I'm in the area. Not worth its own trip. read more

You know...I have a love/hate relationship with Nike Outlets. I went out to this location on the hunt for soccer cleats and there were only indoor cleats available. We were happy bc they were only $20. Score. As we are checking out I have to constantly remind the cashier about the many discounts on items. She was fine with applying the discounts until I told her about the socks. There's a row at checkout and they're supposed to be discounted. She wanted to call a manager with the line wrapped around the front and have us wait because of course a manager is nowhere to be found. So I just told her we would rather eat the cost than wait in line for someone to double check a discount and have us wait even longer. We got some great items - but my gosh...the Christmas rush is the best time to be familiar with discounts. read more

It's been a couple months since this incident but, We were in line, and we didn't know this but we were blocking an area that wasn't supposed to be the line. People also lined up behind us, but we were in line the longest. When told we couldn't stand there, the whole line tried to stay in the order we were and just back up to the area we could stay in line. This guy supervising the line who wasn't even paying attention sent us to the back of the line even though everyone was there after us and would not listen when we tried to explain. Everyone else stayed in the right order but we were singled out by him even though we were in the front. Then, because he wasn't paying attention again, he let a couple cut in front of us. I'm seriously never ever going to this store again. Needs people actually paying attention. I know it was just because this idiot wasn't paying attention, but you need to understand how awful it is as a person of color to be sent to the back of the line by a white line supervisor, then have that same line supervisor let a white couple cut in front of us. My mom genuinely cried afterwards because of how frustrating, and embarrassing this situation was. read more

Let me just start my review by saying the Nike outlet store at the Seattle premium outlet was an.absolute disaster of a store on Black Friday. We went to the outlet mall on black Friday to explore what all sale options were available and ended up visiting the Nike store. Wow...I've not seen a store more mismanaged and in utter chaos as the condition this store was in that day. Now dont give me the excuse that it was Black Friday and such chaos is normal on such a day. No its not acceptable on any day and the manager and the staff of this store needs to get some ( a lot ? ) of training on how to manage a store. I went to most of the other stores that day, including your competitors stores : Adidas and Puma, and both those stores were so much more amazingly managed as compared to Nike. We could not find a pair of shoe in their actual box. The clothes and shoes were just scattered all over the floor and everywhere else in between. My biggest concern was how big of the safety concern the condition of this store was that day. Imagine an emergency situation and the shape this store was in.could have caused so much harm. People could hardly walk with shoes and boxes all around and no store representative to manage this chaos. This was absolutely unacceptable, dangerous and showed utter lack of planning from the Nike store management. Check out the pictures for what I am talking about. Purchased a pair of cheap tennis shoes for work 6 weeks ago. The first week one of the eyelets for the laces fell apart but it wasn't really a big deal so I kept wearing them. The big deal was the fact that small rocks imbed themselves in the many patterned holes in the bottom of the shoes. I tried to exchange them today for a different pair that had a better sole design so they wouldn't fill up with rocks. Staff was unsympathetic to my situation and was unwilling to help other than offering up a website. Not really sure how a website will help me exchange these garbage shoes. In light of all of the bad publicity Nike has received in the last week, I would think they would go out of their way to help customers. #nevernike read more

This Nike Factory store seemed more expensive than most of their other branches. Might be because we visited their branch in Woodburn, Oregon the previous week. There were much better deals in Oregon, and there is no sales tax in Oregon. After browsing for about 20 minutes, I exited. Since we were heading back to Oregon in a few days, I did not purchase anything here. One of the places that I really like buying running shoes from. I like coming here because I can easily find pretty good deals. This place is very busy. So at the end they have the discount section for shoes. I usually take a quick look there first before I start walking up and down the isle. In the middle they have some pretty good clothing. Things I have purchased here includes shoes, t-shirts, pants, gloves, wristband and etc. Its one of those stores that you must visit while in here. The line can get chaotic at times. Because you don't have to pay at the till. You can get a sales person and pay there. Yes, they have this iphone look alike thing that can just take you card and bag things for you. But that line is awfully very chaotic. I never know where the end of the line is. You can have many people standing around. read more

Men's stuff on the right, as I usually check out their dry fit stuff and their cross-trainers. I returned a pair of unworn tennis shoes that I simply changed my mind about. Customer service was good and friendly. I had no problems with that aspect of the transaction. The problem is that the refund must have not gone through or been completed because it has been a month now and the money has not been credited back to my credit card. It's Nike gear on the cheap. They do have some offerings that aren't much of a discount but overall everything has a pretty decent amount taken off of it's original list price and a lot of items have even better deals due to specials. I saw a few things that were 2 for $15 and the like. The staff were friendly. I think I was greeted by 4 different people as I wandered around sifting through various athletic goodies. Meh. This store is awesome if you're a guy; super great selection and great prices. If you're a woman though, not so much. I got a few good t-shirts to wear when I run/workout for like $7 a piece, but wasn't able to find anything else in the ladies epartment that sparked my fancy, there just wasn't much to look at. Their entire ladies department was basically 50 different graphic t-shirts, a few golf items, and like eight different styles of pants. Not even the ladies shoe selection is very good. Honestly! I get that in general the womens department in these stores that sell athletic-wear is not as extensive as the men's department, but as a front-runner in the athletic-wear industry you'd think Nike could bump it up a notch and do us ladies a favor (we like to look smooth too,) especially in a self-proclaimed upscale shopping center. read more

I think they're currently renovating the store, it doesn't seem like there is as much stuff. I find that their staff are really scattered and are more focused on maintenance, putting stuff back, grabbing sizes when asked but are not too keen on reaching out to offer help. If you happen to be shopping during a time when they have good promotions on you can get women's running shorts for under $20 and the sports bras for $21. I like their selection of kid's stuff too, clearance racks are a hit or miss so you need to be willing to dig through things. Large store so varied inventory, and quite a bit of selection. I would recommend stopping in. It's better than the Burlington one for sure. read more

The pricing is not low comparing to other Nike outlets in the state. Their targeting group is the Canadians so don't expect they have any fancy stuffs, just saying. This Nike outlet is a madhouse, to put it lightly. It's always teeming with people, often to the point that it's claustrophobic. Forget waiting to try something on, because that'll take at least 45 minutes of your day. Also, if you're part of a larger group, send someone to stand in line for the cashier at least 15-20 minutes before you think you'll be done shopping--that queue really grows very quickly, but it usually moves at a decent clip as well. There are obviously tons of shoes and clothes here, often sporting designs that are at least a few months old. I've never found a particularly great deal for shoes here, especially compared to how much I save versus list price at the New Balance or Reebok stores in this outlet mall. But hey, if Nike is your jam, then you'll probably save a few bucks shopping here instead of downtown. read more

This store is decent. It's hard to get service but there is a pretty good selection of shoes. You obviously will not find the latest and greatest here but you will find shoes... The women's section is not very big - they cram women's in children in a smaller space than what the mens clothing is it. I was able to find some dri-fit yoga pants for $40 which is better than at the regular stores. If you're looking for something super specific like a model of shoe or one specific style/type of clothing chances are you won't find it here...if you are like me and just wanted something generic like socks or yoga pants and aren't picky about the technology or style you can get things here for less expensive than the regular Nike store. Decent sized outlet store but not many deals. A lot of the clothing items they had were regular prices although they did have some racks with clearance / sale prices (nothing worth buying). I did find some pretty good shoes. Although they were "marked down," the prices weren't anything special, finding the right size was. If you're an Air Jordan fan, they had a bunch of Jordans that were discounted. What shocks me about this Nike Outlet is the amount of staff working and the horrible lack of guest service. The staff is much more interested in talking to each other and having 1/2 a dozen employees standing behind the register then providing real service to guests. Plus when you ask a question about a product (the Apple Nike sensor for the shoes) you get I think it counts your steps or something as the answer to what it does, and that the battery can be changed at Best Buy) Two incorrect answers about the product that luckily the Apple store was able to answer. Nike may have good shoes at this location at great prices,but their customer service sure is beyond horrible. I really hope a DM or RM reads this and understands the sales this store generates has nothing to do with the managers, it has to do with its location (being close to Canada and the exchange rates) and that this store is in a critical need for a reduction in payroll (since the store clearly wastes it) and a new approach to guest service. It was a bit disappointed in this Factory Store. First, their selection of Women's running shoes was quite slim and that's the only reason I drove 40 miles north to go to the store. Also, I was disappointed to see that their work-out apparel wasn't discounted much...Not even 10% from original retail prices at the full-price Nike store in downtown Seattle, for example.
