We took it back to the dealership and after having it for WEEKS, when we picked it up, it didn't work any better than when we dropped it off! Earlier this month, we were getting ready to head out on our next big adventure and it stopped working on both gas and electric. Camper Trailer Parts & Repair was able to see the trailer immediately. We left it over night and picked it up the next day. The fellow said he didn't find anything wrong but he must have cleared a blocked vent or something because it is working better than it did when we first bought it! We were able to enjoy our 2 week vacation in 90+ temps and no issues with the refrigerator! These people are quick, reliable and honest! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had my brakes and bearings and some body work done on my horse trailer and picked it up YESTERDAY…read more Not only did they not install window screens like I had asked, they charged me to replace my existing screens instead. I was asked to leave it and pick it back up later that day so they could do the work that was originally requested. Fine, small inconvenience, not a big deal. But now I am stuck on the side of the road because one of my trailer tires came right off driving down the highway. Called to let them know and all they had to say was that they do 1000 of them a year. No apologies, no offers to refund part of the work, just a defence. Both mechanics I had to have involved to get off the highway and then to replace all the lugs and the tire rim verified this was because the tire was unlikely to have been tightened when the work was done. I won't be going back and wouldn't advise it of others.

They told me what my options were that would get me by for now as well as a total repair of the whole muffler , then got me right in and out in less than 2 hours even though they were completely swamped. Dispatch called me back and apologized because she messed up and it was going to be a little more due to the distance. Driver showed up less than an hour later, got my car lifted and to the tire shop in no time. He then offered to wait until I got a ride When I stated I'd just walk, he said he wouldn't let me do that because it was negative outside with windchill. He said he'd just give me a ride down the road to my building, and risk getting in trouble. Every aspect of this company was very friendly and professional. I hope I don't ever have to use a company again. But if I do, I'm definitely going here

I was impressed, so when my car started making sounds and the brakes were acting up I brought it in. the job was done in an average time frame. not super quick, but completely acceptable. the price was good as well, comparable to other shops. the manager Don, knows his job, and does it well. He keeps the shop working and the cars rolling. I'll be bringing my van here soon when the brakes actually do go bad.

TLDR: 1-VERY POOR COMMUNICATION-while total price reasonable…read morethey totally incorrectly quoted price 2-HAD CAR WAY TOO LONG FOR A 1 HOUR SERVICE-3 days 3-DID NOT DO INITIAL SERVICE REQUESTED-did rear instead of front differential 4-Overfilled fluid-required service at other shop 5-Front desk person not helpful, manager condescending even though I have plenty of mechanic experience Called to have front (and if necessary rear) differential fluid change on kid's AWD car due to front axle binding while making turns. We were quoted $160 for this service by phone and text. LJ at front desk accepted car, we did not hear from them for more than 24 hours. Daughter received text stating cost would be $250 including a "diagnosis fee", and she declined to sign (I had diagnosed the problem). On phone they then said they only changed REAR differential fluid (NOT what we asked for or were quoted) and front problem persisted-we were polite during this time. We were then quoted additional $200 for front diff service. We went to store, LJ was at computer and said "It will be a minute" while we waited.... After 2 minutes he finally looked up and engaged with my daughter, then went to get manager. Manager mostly pleasant but only addressed me (owner daughter standing right there) and was condescending when I asked specifics regarding the work to be done stating "you let me handle the mechanics of the car". They finally did the front diff/transmission fluid change at a "discount" of $150 after having car for 3 days! Checked and they overfilled fluid by at least 1 quart. Had front diff serviced again at another shop.

He wanted to do diagnostics first before anything else was done . So that is what we did . They were so thorough, honest and he was such a gentleman . It turned out that everything with my van was fine and instead of an $800 bill it was $60 ! While I was waiting he was so kind to me and kept me updated on what they were doing in the garage . Also, for some reason my oil change light came on . He checked that also and said that I do not need an oil change at this time and in another Thousand Miles have that done . So honest ! Following that service, I discovered that the lugnuts on my rear tire had not been properly tightened -- a serious safety hazard that could have caused a wheel separation while driving. Insurance came out on 12/15/22, towed to Muffler Man on 12/16/22, they called on 12/17/22 and were ready to fix it. They had to wait for the insurance people to show upon 12/20/22 and it was fixed that day for 1/3 of the price others had quoted. They did a great job, were fast, friendly and very profession!
