I needed an emergency tire repair and although the shop was completely swamped, they squeezed me in and fixed it on the spot. His exact words were "I can't turn you away." Took my car to them around June 20th, he gave me a rough estimate of $800-$1000 to fix the issue. Called me on June 26th and said it would $2600 to repair one side of the engine but he'd have to do the labor to check the other side as well. He said to replace both sides (rockers, lifters, cylinders etc) it would be $3000, and done next week. Great! Called the next week, not done. Said by the end of THAT week it would be done. Still not done. Called on July 13th and he said he would let me know when they got car in to see what it needed, after he told me on June 26th he had ordered all the parts. He was then inconvenienced at my July 13th call and said "I just walked in the door I have customers here" and was super irritated after lying to me 4 times. My car sat there for 3.5 weeks and they never looked at it. I don't mind waiting for good auto work, but don't waste your time at this shop. Dishonest & rude. read more

I could not say better things about this place, back in 2022 i was quoted by another shop for things that didn't need to be fixed. as a teen who lives on her own and pays her own bills finding places i can afford for these things is hard. I went in and was immediately greeted by john, he listened to everything i had to say addressed my concerns. After this we came up with a plan of actions as to what i need to fix now and what i need to fix soon down the road, me and my wallet walked out very happy. have not gone to a different auto shop since. mechanic even came and checked out my car when i started hearing weird noises. I was very impressed by this shop. I took my 2005 Prius there after a bunch of warning lights came on signifying that the hybrid battery was having problems. I had asked the local Toyota dealership for a quote and was told it would be between $3-4000. I was shocked. My neighboor recommended Complete Auto Repair so I gave them a call. They let me know the diagnostic was free, which was huge to me. I brought it in and we confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced. They then worked out a very fair price with me and I couldn't be happier with the work they did and the price I was able to get it done for. If a problem ever arises with my Prius or another vehicle, they will be he first place I go to. Thanks so much guys! I don't recommend this place ever! I took my car there because my steering liquid reservoir was leaking so I mentioned it might be the hose or a clamp that needs to be tightened. When they called me back they said I need a new rack and pinion replaced and a new line as well. They estimated it to be a total of $1,350.00 !!! I couldn't believe it! My pal said let's take it to my buddies place. He'll check it out and give you a better price. So I did. He said one of the clamps needed to be tightened. He also drained my power steering and put in a product called Lucas. That was all it needed. He charged me only $60.00 ! I said you are my new mechanic now and hugged him! My friend who mentioned that complete auto repair 2 for the estimate went there and told them that they lost his business and mine also. They knew I have cancer and am on disability and took advantage of me as I am a girl with no fella to stop being ripped off! So that is why I don't recommend them. Just think of it. Over $1,000 that I didn't have to replace a part for over 5 hours of labor that I never needed!! Just thinking of that makes me feel sick. So never ever go there!! Not even worth 1 star read more
