Zane called my wife and I liars!! We have rented serval pieces of equipment from your store and have been very satisfied with the customer service and equipment. However, the last rental was a nightmare. I called to book a skid steer May 13th. I was quoted $639. 37 by Zane for a tracked skid steer for the weekend. I called back to book it and Zane changed the pricing to $1100. We rented anyway. We were able to use it the first day Friday but after some use a pin broke and l stopped work. We waited for a replacement. Got the replacement. Did some work and the safety switch had a problem. We waited for the mechanic to fix it. He removed the safety and told us to use it just be careful. Sunday morning I filled it with diesel and there was a problem with the safety which did not allow us to do any work and text the mechanic promptly. Zane had the guys pick up the skid steer Monday and said we could have one more day to make up for the no work days And down time. When the guys showed up to pick it up our pumper was trying to help them get it out of the work area. Zane is accusing me and my wife of lying and fraud to take advantage and get extra work.  We do not take this lightly. As successful realtors our integrity is everything and to have Zane say we are lying is unacceptable. We are trying to get this matter to someone above him because this matter is still not closed and we did not get what Zane had promised. We asked Zane to give us a contact to the owners and he would not give an email of phone number. We deliver on what we promise to our clients! Who's the liar "Zane"! read more

First of all because my venue changed ownership, we no longer had the amount of chairs needed for my daughter's wedding. So our wedding coordinator helped us with this company...The chairs are way overpriced but we needed them. I guess when Class A came to pick up the chairs day after the ceremony they "were more than 50 ft away" from the loading truck! I don't see how, since any vendor truck can pull right up the venue with no problem. This is a mystery to me because the ranch has wide open spaces!! So I don't understand how the truck cannot pull up to the venue. The "fee" for this so-called "more 50 feet away" crap is total crap. Plus Class A charged our credit card without permission. The company refuses to work with us on this fee and I will tell everyone I know to never use Class A. Horrible customer service. read more

I would stay FAR away from Claudyne and Class A Event Rentals. I had the same horrible experience as several others on many forums. She was extremely rude when I had an issue and even told me at one point "I knew we shouldn't have taken this order!" Mind you, it was just a tent and I never called once to bug until I saw that it was not installed properly. Wrong location, not the right height, poles were crooked, straps were loose and I had to ratchet them down myself for safety.... I provided countless pictures of the venue, exact location for the tent AND even a tent that was previously set up for more reference. During business hours on a Friday I could not reach anybody dispite trying for several hours. When I was finally called back, she was so argumentative and unprofessional that I thought it was a prank call! I assume they will show their colors again via an unprofessional response full of excuses to this post. My event wasn't until Saturday night and zero effort was made nor did the team try to contact me. There was no rain in the area as well so that in no way should have affected the lack of customer service and the unprofessionalism that I was confronted with. read more

Claudyne was a life saver! We got married on 9/03/16 in Canyon Lake at Canyon Lakeview Resort. We needed to bring in all of our own equipment, and having never planned a wedding before (and hopefully never again!), this was the most stressful part to me. I had no idea what we needed, no idea what a good deal was, no idea what to ask for. After some internet research and some referrals, we found these guys finally about halfway through the planning process. As soon as we met with Claudyne my stress melted away - this wasn't her first rodeo. She helped us plan out exactly what we needed without being pushy, helped us gather a picture of what we wanted our reception and ceremony sights to look like, and even met with us and our caterer at the venue on a hot June morning to lay out and coordinate with everyone the needs for the weekend. Our entire wedding and reception was outdoors. Every day for three weeks before the wedding, the forecast was perfect and we decided against tents. Until the week of, of course, when all of a sudden it looked like we would be completely rained out. We reluctantly booked the tents for our rain plan a few days before the wedding. When her husband and his guys showed up on Thursday, they COMPLETELY transformed the place. Lights, tents, beautiful oak barrel bar tables, and super organized piles of linens with easy day-after pick up instructions. They were accessible and responsive throughout the wedding weekend which was super helpful. They even worked with us on pricing since we hadn't planned on using the tents. They were so kind, hard working, efficient, and were definitely a one-stop shop for us. They did port-a-cool fans, cocktail tables, dining tables, linens, chairs, tents - everything we needed. Claudyne was just so easy to work with and so responsive. Would suggest them for any Hill Country Wedding! read more
