This allows Cheryl to pull some dresses ahead of time ready for you to try on. My mom found this place when we were out looking for my wedding dress and I called them same day and asked if I could come in to try on dresses and she booked me for a same day appointment. When we got there it was a little confusing because it is a suite inside of a building with a bunch of salons but I called when I arrived and the owner came out to meet me. I was the only customer of hers for the hour that she spent with me and gave me her undivided attention and effort, she was efficient, and listened to my tastes and got me in and out of multiple different dresses and she had such a good variety in stock! She also picked out many veils to put on me to complete the look. There was a nice couch for my family to sit and watch me walk out and stand on the pedestal in front of the mirror with great lighting. It was the perfect experience. Wow! Cheryl and Dream on Bridal Outlet were a life saver! My daughter was going to make her wedding dress. However, time constraints, materials, patterns, were stressing her out! I had high hopes for this bridal shop due to all of the good reviews. Unfortunately my experience was quite different from these other ladies. My mom had been in touch with the owner weeks before coming in so she was aware of my size, the style I wanted, and our budget. Upon arrival we were greeted with the wrong name because we were double booked! The owner completely forgot that we were coming. So awkward! She rushed me into a fitting room all while the other booking sat and watched through the glass window. The owner threw whatever gowns she thought would fit at me and urged me to start trying on these oversized comforter looking dresses. I thought I had liked one and asked if we could come back for it because I wanted to look at David's Bridal. She initially told me no so I got dressed to leave. As my family and I are walking out she tells me to call her by a certain time for the dress. So we were confused and felt like this lady was playing games. I am highly disappointed with this bridal store. I purchased a dress and less than a week later the wedding got canceled. Apparently there are no refunds but it doesn't state that anywhere in the store and I wasn't provided a receipt of any kind. I would have understood that if it was in writing somewhere. The dress is literally unaltered and hasn't come out of the garment bag since I purchased it. The owner Cheryl made me feel obligated to purchase from her, by praying, I feel swindled. She also had a very limited selection of dresses in my size. Save your money and don't fall for her tricks. On top of all that I found the EXACT same dress online for $51. I paid $275 at Dream on Bridal. I had a dress custom made with another seamstress who ended up ripping me off, not caring about my satisfaction and gave me the ugliest dress for $675 dollars. I needed a new dress, and I was literally 1 month away from my wedding date. I contacted Cheryl thru Yelp and she responded to me super quickly! We set up an appointment for me to come in the next day. I came into the store (they recently moved locations), and she was helping another girl choose a dress. The dress the girl had one was GORGEOUS, and that in itself excited me. She led me to a row of dresses in my size (I'm all and big!), and I started grabbing a few in the style I liked. Cheryl noticed this, and took me to another room with MORE dresses! Low and behold, my dream dress was in this room. It was the first dress I tried on, and I fell in love. It actually looked like the dress I had originally wanted my seamstress to make for me. I also tried on a second dress, which was beautiful too, BTW. I didn't like the strapless look, and Cheryl hopped into action to show me the options with the dress. The option was to add draped sleeves, and it looked beautiful! BUT, I still liked the first dress better, so we went with that one. I really wish I would have gone to Cheryl before I went to the seamstress I had chosen. I had SUCH a bad experience with the previous seamstress that I couldn't even imagine what actual great customer service was like at a bridal shop! Cheryl was so accommodating and 100% encouraged me to be honest about what I wanted, and she was very determined to help me find it-- and we DID! The dress was VERY reasonably priced (cheaper than the custom made one I had)! I was lucky it fit me perfectly, so I only had to go get it shortened at another alteration place.
