I do not typically leave bad reviews however I am Extremely disappointed in the quality of service that this business provides. They continue to lead us on and are not completing what they say they will in the time frame provided. It has been 5 months now and all they have done is sanded our vehicle down and applied primer to it. They give us excuse after excuse as to why they are working on other cars and not ours. Mind you, the initial timeline we were given was 5 weeks from start to finish and they asked for 2 payments for parts and labor which have yet to be purchased or completed. Please BEWARE! read more

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. My experience started off as good, the owner talks nice to you & it seemed like he try's to take care of his mistakes at first but after a while it was just giving me the run around. I took my car in last year around Beginning of march For colisión repair. They kept the car for like 4 months if not more. So then I pick up the car once it's ready and I notice some parts are missing, so I let the owner know and he said he would take care of it. So I told him to get me the parts and then I would take it in, I was trying to avoid the car being there forever again. So after that it was just the typical shop run aroun, (the parts are on back order) (we can't find the parts anywhere) So meanwhile I decided to inspect the car further and I noticed they just did a horrible job all around. The hood doesn't even line up properly, My bumper started coming off almost right away on both sides, the rear tail lights are missing pieces on the inner side, they also didn't put the left & right brake light harness on so only the third brake light works. And now a year later I decided to finally do this review because my wife got home and the front emblem On the grille completely fell off. I never wanted to do the review because as a business owners myself I don't wanna ruin other peoples stuff. But this is just ridiculous. I have messages & proof of everything, the last message I have is where he's saying the parts are on backorder. So I decided to not go back because I knew for a fact the car would be there forever again. Point is I never got it fixed anywhere else either because I had already spent a lot of money with these guys & now half the car is falling apart. read more

Chris was quick to respond and gave me a very reasonable quote. They took my car in and replaced my cracked bumper with a new bumper, and did a great job repairing some major scratches that I had on my back bumper and rear passenger door. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up on Friday. I was very satisfied with the repair and service I received. I searched high and low for a place to install aftermarket coilovers on my Audi. If you're familiar with german cars you know that the cost on labor alone cost an arm and a leg. I definitely won't recommend this shop to anybody ! I requested for a quote for a pcm the price was right but worst decision of my life. Not just did they waste my time by not working on it they kept telling me they were going to send to a electrical mechanic shop because it couldn't start . Always telling me will send it next week. Which never happen. I got fed up went to pick up my truck when I picked up my truck they told me my keys were lost but was going to get new ones for me cost free. Did he ever make the keys no I had to call a locksmith myself Chris said he was going to reimburse me because his locksmith was busy. has he reimbursed ? NO! They never installed the NEW PCM he claims. My truck was left a mess inside my dash was removed whole driver side completely bare nothing but wires which they cut some which they shouldn't have broke my ignition! Took my original optima Battery I had in my truck luckily he gave me a battery. I have proof screenshots/recording of everything im talking about ! Till this day they won't reimburse me for what they done I call they blocked my number ! I took our 78 Super beetle to Chris at Unique Image on December 16 2019 gave a deposit to start the restoration work. We ordered every new part from Jbugs.com and took them to Chris. BIG MISTAKE!! They lost parts and asked me, why didn't you order two windshield wipers? I drove down to show my receipt to B prove I ordered two of multiple items, one man had the nerve to have an attitude once I showed proof! They lost or stole the original dome hubcaps, when I questioned Chris about that , he blamed Evan's upholstery shop! we didn't get our beetle back until September 2020! Missing parts! Oh inn no forgot to mention he does not keep good records. He stopped answering my calls when he had the bug. I had my wife call and he answered on the first ring!! He started demanding the balance before we had the bug. He took the bug back to Evan's because it was not done , Chris had the nerve to say his work was done so we had to pay him. He left the upholstery shop mad and told us we had to pay for the tow! When we did get it back sooo much was missing, paint chip. No seatbelt's, 200 dollar electrical harness missing, If I can figure out how to upload a video I will. The paint does look nice. read more

After reading the reviews sounds about right Chris took 2k dollars from gave me the run around for over a month every other day it was a lame dumb excuse. After the contract date was up I asked again what his plans were for paying me back. He cried to me about his shop this hid business going down that blah blah blah. What about my kids I hate a man with excuses especially a "a business" one that claimed he wasn't trying to pull a quick one over a single parent. Not to mention the sexual harassment. This place saved my life! I was traveling in Big Bear when my alternator died. This happened on a Saturday and I spent all night trying to find a auto repair shop near Bear Mountain to have it replaced. Unfortunately, all places in the area were closed. We contacted Unique Image around 10PM, and the responded saying they were opened on Sunday (very rare during these covid times). They were able to order the alternator and fix my car in just a few hours! They saved me from having to wait days just to get my car fixed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more
