I have been taking my car to Dinosaur Tires for years. Mostly for oil changes and tires. I have…read morealways had a positive experience. Never had issues with my oil changes or tire replacements. The staff is always friendly and courteous. This year (2026) had an opportunity to use Dinosaur for a couple of issues with my vehicle besides oil change and tire. The first issue happened to be with my driver side window sticking and not rolling up properly and some wiring issues. Dinosaur diagnosed my car with some of the hoses and wiring chewed by rats or mice (Subaru uses a soy based wire installation that rats love. This issue I believe was repaired. They had to order a part from Subaru for the window, so I was told, and I paid for that repair at a total of $600. However, no more than 3 weeks later, my driver side window was doing exactly what it was before where it would stick but eventually roll up. I should have taken it back then, and had them redo the work. I got busy and time went buy. A couple months later, I then needed my regular oil change and my AC was not getting as cool as it use to. No noises, no other issues just not getting as cool as it use to. So I took it in to Dinosaur for the oil change and to diagnose the AC problem. They asked me to leave the car for two days. When the called me on the second day, they told me the oil change was done but to fix the AC, the car needed a new Serpentine Belt and Serpentine Tensioner at a cost of service and parts of $600. I asked them how these parts were causing the problem and how it would remedy the AC problem? However the mechanic who worked on my car was not there on Saturday, so they could not give me the reasons until Monday when the mechanic was there. I was not able to afford the $600 repair that month anyway, so I mentioned I would have to have the AC fixed later next month. So I picked up my car, they changed the oil and also replaced the cabin filter. Once I got in my car to drive home, the AC was working perfectly. I am not sure what they did, but I almost paid an additional $600 to Dinosaur for something they said I needed but did not. I further verified this with my nephew who is a certified auto mechanic for Porsche. He told me that the Serpentine Belt and Serpentine Tensioner would have nothing to do with the coldness of the AC. He stated if I was having problems with those parts, I certainly would have heard something in my car and my car was making no noise. As kind and courtesy as everyone is at Dinosaur tires, I will not be taking my car back to them knowing they almost charged me $600 for a repair I did not need. And now I wonder if they actually even ordered a part from Subaru for my window since it still isn't working properly after that $600 repair. So the moral of this story is I will be finding a new car mechanic. As far as tires and oil changes? Dinosaur may be fine (though they charged me $200 for my oil change) But if you need more advanced work on your vehicle, I would not recommend them. Sorry Dinosaur.

They promised to have my car done within an hour and they were done prior to that time. They gave me the results of my alignments which I have never received from any other shop. They replaced a right rearview mirror and had to reconnect the computer and make all the lights and bells work due to the crazy electronics of cars today...reset the brain and had the car working in an hour. OPTIMA TURBO SX. Took my Lamborghini in because I needed to get some tire sensors installed and calibrated properly. They were top notch. Would trust them with all my vehicles... I have a few. I send all my friends to Toro in Calimesa...and they also installed a rear camera and dash camera in my Mercedes. Super happy with everything! Then there is a guy named Ismael. He always follows up with a phone call a few days later to make sure everything is alright. They made a house call with a battery for my fathers....S - CLASS BENZ. That was amazing. Then Ismael took my dads car to the carwash as he felt it was toooooo dirty. That was very amazing and cool. I have referred 7 people to Toro and not one of my friends will go anywhere else...and not one have had a complaint. That is very relieving as I do not normally refer folks to places as if they do a bad job then it can ruin a friendship. So...I feel very confident when my folks...head out to Toro. They did a transmission for a Mazda 3 on my assistants car a few months ago and he says it has not driven any better and have driven it to San Francisco five times since the transmission complete install. Their one mechanic appeared very knowledgeable! This crew gets 5 stars for sure!

Please don't go there to get your car fixed. They will rip you off. They charged us a little over$800 for the motor mounts and labor now we have to take our car to another mechanic to get the job done right. The motor mounts that we have on our car now is making the whole car shake. We are on a fixed income and these dumb mechanics at Toro tires don't care.

I bought a Groupon and arrived only 25 minutes later, to be told they were fully booked and in 100 degree temps it'd be a 3 hour wait. They were also going to up-charge me about 40%, which Groupon frowns on. My dogs had oral surgery that morning and I was promised they'd move a car to provide shade, but they never did. Thank you Yeager's Diesel & Auto ! Got a check engine light…read morethe day before I was to start heading home (AZ). Was told to go in first thing in the morning, had Mass airflow sensor code. The technician that pulled the code got under the hood pulled the sensor wiped it off but wasn't satisfied! Checked Various areas for other possible items the pulled a MAP sensor it was covered in soot from the turbo. Cleaned it also change some plastic three way T's that were starting to leak. Then changed the air large hose off the intercooler that had cracks. I very happy with what was done and thinking I'm good to go ! BUT I wasn't, got back to hook my trailer to go and made it about 5 miles down the road and got another check engine light. Well now Friday late afternoon and I'm thinking C*^p I'm done' called Yeagers back " Stop by will figure it out!" Turn out the EGR was all clog. Parked my trailer at a near parking (Thank you Yucaipa Elks 2389) Yeagers got on it when most places would say manāna! Got the job done and we were able to make home!
