Firstly, I would like to leave a big thank you to Class Auto Center! Getting into a car accident is anywhere from frustrating to terrifying and somewhere in between, which is why I am so thankful to the entire team at Class Auto (especially Ted) for making the repair experience as painless as possible. I really feel like Ted went above and beyond when dealing with my case even when my Mercedes C-Class was soon deemed a total loss (aka Class Auto was not going to make any $$ on repairs). I was so happy to have Ted on my side, especially when dealing with my insurance company who was trying to jerk me around. I never had to wonder for one second what was the latest news with my car! Ted called me at least once a day for an entire week while my car was in the shop, continually updating me on the status of my estimate, what the insurance adjustor said, etc. He was so patient with me, spending upwards of 45 minutes on the phone at one time helping me to understand what was going on with my car - something my personal insurance agent never bothered to do. While I can't personally attest to Class Auto's body work because my car was a total loss (although I'm sure the owners of the hundreds of fancy Mercedes & Porsche's being fixed in their back lot right now probably can!) I see why Class Auto has been so successful and has so many repeat customers. It's one thing to find a company that's the best at what they do, and it's another to find one so humble and that places such a high value on customer service. I had my 2017 Porsche Cayenne dropped off at Class Auto Center. My insurance company Geico tried to get me to take my car to another body shop! Mario explained to me that Geico insisted on putting used parts on my Porsche Cayenne! Geico also insisted on not following the factory guidelines for Porsche, that the Porsche factory insists upon for safety guidelines! Even though Mario printed and sent all Porsche factory repair guidelines related to my car, Geico refused to budge at all! I was upset since I had specifically been referred to Class Auto Center by Circle Porsche of Long Beach. I called the service department of Circle Porsche and talked to Billy, who told me to leave my car at Class Auto Center because we at Circle Porsche Long Beach see cars that have been repaired incorrectly on a weekly basis! Then Billy told me that even Porsche factory has their cars repaired at Class Auto Center of Long Beach! That was all I needed to hear to call my attorney and he said definitely leave your car at Class Auto Center! I picked up my Cayenne from Class Auto, and just as Mario had promised me, My car was perfect! I take partial blame for this fiasco, because after 20 years with AAA, I changed my car insurance to Geico because it was the least expensive out of all the major insurance companies and I assumed that ALL car insurance companies would follow all factory recommendations! read more

Top Quality Body Shop with Top Quality Staff. My Mini Cooper was parked across from the Art Theatre Christmas Eve, friend and I in car ready to go, big truck misjudged his maneuver, screeechhhhh..... along the left front. Sweet guys, contractors, in the truck, didn't run away, all of us studying the boo-boo, ohhhhh..... They agreed I could take it to favorite best body shop - "CLASS." So I dropped by Class after Christmas weekend, Tom came walking up, nice nice person, remembered my car from last year. He is a real expert, can see things we mere mortals miss. Quite amazing, all it needed was the black wheel cover pieces. There was a miniscule dent I chose not to fix. The door mirror had rotated 180 degrees, we rotated it back, it still works fine and receives electronic signals. Then I went to BMW and bought the parts, in stock for 2005 model ! At appointed time I brought the car and the new parts to Class, the workers buffed the painted area, aligned the front bumper, fitted the wheel covers on, it looks brand new. VOILA ! While I waited in the lounge with my cappuccino and newspapers.... Being nice to people really matters. Baby Coop has good karma, Pablo the contractor is reimbursing me, and I'm very very happy. read more

From my initial call, the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and promptly scheduled me for an estimate on my rear diffuser, suggesting a quick adjustment instead of a full replacement. Upon arrival, Arthur attentively listened to my concerns and efficiently addressed the issue, making it seem as though nothing had been amiss. Brought my BMW 325i to class auto center in Long Beach after being rear ended by a hit & run driver. The service was superb. Tom did a great job working with the insurance adjuster in order to have the car fixed properly the first time. When I picked it up, I felt like they had done a very thorough job and really cared about the final result. In short, the car looked just like new. I was very impressed. This is a horrible unorganized place i wouldnt dare call a business. Brought in my cayman s to get a quote and was turned down after getting referred here. The employees here are a bunch of drug users and like to drink on the job. Bring your car here if you want to get work done by intoxicated people P.S your receptionist needs an attitude adjustment Ive never dealt with such a terrible person that knows nothing about customer service. I recently had my Mercedes repaired at Class Auto Center. The staff there was very helpful with guiding me in the right direction when it came down to dealing with my Insurance Company who wanted to cut corners on the repair. The repair took longer than I wanted however, it was only because of the Insurance Company delays. Wow! Now this is a customer service. I recently had my porsche repaired by Class Auto Center. After getting jerked around by my insurance company, Class Auto was able to get me all original parts on my car and did a fantastic repair Job. You cant even tell my Porsche was in a accident. These guys are a Class Act. They follow through on phone calls and do what they promise. I would highly recomend these guys to everyone. read more
