First time using Classic Appreciations and I could not be happier. My 2022 Tahoe was my construction site work truck that had as much dust and dirt on the inside as the outside. One word, Unbelievable! I have a 16yo (2007) PT Cruiser, with 123k miles. It was used at a machine shop, transporting small parts. It has not been driven for over 2 years. It was beyond filthy, food/grease stains, smudges, you name it, it had it. Classic said they could get it 75% cleaner; I was skeptical. To my great surprise, they got it 90-95% clean!! It honestly did not look like the same car. It ended up costing $600, probably more than the car is worth, ha ha. However, worth every penny! I had both of my cars detailed, my 2022 Kia Stinger and 2000 Plymouth Prowler. This was the first time I had the Stinger cleaned here, and I haven't seen it that clean since I bought it new, They took extra effort on getting a lot of old polish that that was left behind from a previous repair, and also got a small dent removed. This was the second visit for the Prowler, and the wheels were in desperate need for a good polishing, and now they're ready for the next car show. After reading the dozens of 5 star reviews on yelp, I decided to give Classic Appreciation a go on my 6 series BMW. It took about a week and a half to get an appointment. The people working here are very polite, patient, and customer-focused. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with these guys. Although the price was pretty high, it was definitely worth it as my car looks better than when I first bought it. Greg the owner took the time to explain to me what the process was like, and made sure to hit the areas that needed the most attention. Brought my F-250 in for some much needed love. Ian knocked it out of the park - the wheels, which are polished aluminum, were coated in brake dust and rough. Now they are smooth and have a luster once again. The same holds true of the paint - it came back spotless and protected for the winter. These guys took a used 2007 Range Rover I just bought which had not been properly detailed ever and made the paint look absolutely fantastic. Kudos to the dent guy too. My 5 year old XTS needed a good cleaning inside and out. Classic was recommended to me by my Cadillac salesman. When I first inquired about their services they were so busy I was told they couldn't get me in until mid September. However, I became scheduled for hip surgery and wouldn't have been able to take it to them. When I called Hannah to tell her I needed to cancel I asked if she'd keep me in mind if they had any cancellations. It wasn't just a few days later that she called and said they would squeeze me in this past Monday. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. The job they did was fantastic. I've been wanting to have my car detailed but couldn't justify the cost until a girl threw up inside of it. I love this place! They did such an amazing job on my car...it looked brand new just like they promised. My coworkers were asking me where I had my car detailed. It was obvious that someone had really taken the time to work on the details. I love how they sent me a picture of my car after the detail, along with a thank you note.
