I called and spoke with Scott, who was incredibly kind and told me to bring the car in right away. Christian handled the diagnostics and explained that he would thoroughly inspect the vehicle and keep me updated. Christian went above and beyond from the very beginning. He first drove me to Enterprise to get a rental car, but they were completely booked. Without hesitation, he then drove me to Budget so I could get a rental there. He thoroughly tested my car twice and even had another mechanic drive and inspect it to make sure nothing was missed. He called to let me know everything looked good, but because he wanted to be absolutely certain, he offered to test it again on Saturday--his day off. True to his word, Christian called me first thing Saturday morning after driving and inspecting the car again. He said everything was running great and believed the issue had likely been a clogged catalytic converter that had cleared itself out. Christian was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. What impressed me even more was that they didn't charge me for any of the extensive diagnostic testing or inspections they performed. It's rare to find an auto repair shop with this level of honesty, integrity, and genuine customer care. I trusted him and drove it to his shop at his old location on Feb. 8th 2024, and he still has not finished the job..14 months later at this point, and at another location. He has been paid in full, i have kept all receipts which amount to nearly $7,000!! Its very hard to get him to return phone calls and when he does its always "one more week." We made plans for me to come by the shop last Saturday (3-29-2025) to check it out and make sure everything was how i wanted it. He said it would be late but he would call me when he got there so that we could look at the truck. Well that didnt happen, i waited around all day and he never called. I called the next business day (Monday 3-31-2025) and was told by the receptionist that he was at the dentist with his daughter and would call me back. Still haven't heard from him and that was almost a week ago. I used to stop in to check on my truck every month or so but he made that very clear he didnt appreciate it by yelling at me he would call me when it was ready!! I have also been told he would have it ready when HE wanted it to be ready. I have been very patient and understanding but enough is enough. Im tired of the excuses and being left in the dark about what is going on, I just want my fathers truck back!

BUYER BEWARE I…read morepurchased a brand-new $78.,000 Yukon Elevation in May. Kitty used her high pressure sales tactics to also get me to purchase a $2,988 extended warranty. Unfortunately, less than 2 months after the purchase, the car was totaled. I immediately canceled the warranty and Kitty guaranteed--multiple times--that we would receive our full refund in 6 weeks. It's now been 14 weeks, and we still have nothing. I submitted every document immediately. The only thing I've gotten in return were empty promises, inaccurate updates, and zero accountability. Every single timeline I was given by Kitty turned out to be untrue, and no one at this dealership has taken ownership of fixing the issue. I even called GM warranty department, myself, and they told me that Kitty was not telling me the truth!! She waited more than 30 days to even submit the cancellation!! This refund should have been simple. Instead, it has turned into a runaround, delay after delay, and a complete lack of responsibility. If you're considering buying here, be VERY cautious. Once they have your money, getting it back, even when you are clearly owed it will be an exhausting fight.
