I was thrilled when the manager asked Mason to come out and help me. Nico's have probably done what needed to be done but I was very uncomfortable. Saturday is a busy day. This business didn't have to accommodate me by sending Mason to help me but they did. Too often we are eager to write a review when something goes wrong. As we were driving into the parking lot a man started waving at us immediately so we continued on to the trucks and got out to look at the specs on the sheets posted in the windows. Within minutes a man pulled up in a truck and hopped out. We respectfully said "we don't want to talk about the trucks, we are just looking". The guy looked at us irritated and said "You don't want to talk??" I said "no, we are just browsing right now, but thank you." He then looked at us and said sarcastically "Hi, I'm Matthew" and and just stood there staring at us. My husband said "I'm good here"....and then we left. We will not be purchasing a Dodge from this dealership. If we decide on a Dodge we will go elsewhere. Please respect people when they request to not be hounded when they immediately enter the lot. (Spradley Ford was less than useless, but that's a different review.) As it turns out, we needed a very specific transmission fluid that was only available at the Ford dealer. CarQuest drove to get the fluid AND drove it out to us by the side of the road. To make me love them even more, when Ford didn't send enough fluid and then refused to help us (again, see the review for Spradley Ford in Fort Collins), CarQuest drove all the way to Greeley to get us another case and are bringing it to us by the side of the road. We're waiting for them now and are incredibly grateful because Spradley Ford wouldn't do squat.
