He doesn't just replace broken parts with new ones, he uses his experience, common sense, and intellect to improve upon what caused the problem in the first place. I took my 1999 Jeep Wrangler in for a really bad vibration - rear driveline. The CV was worn out. I had problems with this for many years and even had the transmission rebuilt. Eric had a custom manufactured, heavy duty CV with critical balancing technology made for my specific vehicle. After spending in excess of $10K in Phoenix over the past 12 years to get rid of steering wheel vibration, Eric has my jeep purring at high speeds. Windsor Diesel is the only shop in the four corners that I will take my 1998 Dodge Dually (Cummins engine) and my 1999 Jeep Wrangler to for any/all repairs.
