Honestly I heard good things about this place from my boyfriend. He comes here at lunch during the week for a good quick meal. Sadly,we didn't get either. Don't get me wrong the place did have patrons but it was not packed. We sat down and were greeted right away. We needed a minute to order and we did which was fine. We sat for 45 minutes waiting until my boyfriend for his general tso chicken that was looking amazing. We nibbled on it for a minute and I was like well I'll just wait for mine..15 minutes later I got my food and you could tell that it was hurried. I even had to ask for more water because no one came around to even see if we needed anything. I know places get busy but it wasn't packed so all they needed to do was just tell us hey it'll be a few so we arent just wondering what is going on. Communication is always better than just letting us sit there with no water

Their food is delicious. I love their curry. They are very good at adjusting the spice level to your request. The soups are good. I also like their steamed vegetable dumplings. Their prices are a little high, but if you like traditional American Chinese food, this is the place.

I used to eat here a lot back in the day, but I haven't returned, because I remembered having a mediocre experience here in recent years, but I was in the area at lunch time yesterday, and I was hungry and in the mood for Asian food, so I stopped and ordered, as I remembered it from the past, the "Buddhist Delight," which was always my favorite dish here. The gentleman that took my order was nice and polite, and brought me an eggroll, and my plate of food. It wasn't as good as it used to be, and it barely had any brown sauce, and I only ate a small portion of it The woman that works there asked me how it was? I told her it wasn't very good / not as good as it used to be, and then she asked me if I needed any more water, and then walked away. She didn't care . . . she probably knows the food isn't that good. Anyways, I asked the gentleman for a take-out box, and took most of my dish home, where I will re-heat it for lunch tomorrow, and add some more flavor with garlic, herbs, and spices, to try and correct it so it is more flavorful. No cheers for this place. In fact I won't ever be back.

An unassuming restaurant's spin on Szechuan Hoi Sin, an opulent combination of lobster tails, weighty shrimp, fat scallops and various steamed and caramelized vegetables, somewhat reinvigorated my interest in Chinese cuisine weeks ago. As its name implies, Bridgeville's Classic Chinese Cuisine isn't bent on turning expectations inside out. A shopping center treasure of the suburbs, CCC just does the usual things well in a modest setting. Take for instance their plump, moist-as-meatloaf pork dumplings or their egg rolls, each of which are a cornucopia in a deep-fried potsticker. Both the former and latter were so exuberantly appetizing, we doubled our orders, nearly allowing them to wholly comprise lunch for us. Fortunately, I managed to save room for the aforementioned Szechuan Hoi Sin, a dish so prodigious in terms of portion size, it could have fed two or three guests. Alas, I needed a box for half of it, and it still managed to enthrall the next day, even after a spell in the microwave. I can't bestow a full 5 rating to CCC since I wasn't exposed to anything I haven't had before in another permutation. Facing facts, this was the same veggies-with-a-protein-rice-and-a-sauce I've had all too many times, and I kept getting the vague feeling that had I ordered an entree with poultry or beef, ennui would have overcome me. Nonetheless, the Szcehuan Hoi Sin was an oceanic dazzler ornately presented. It doesn't need to be stated that the Pittsburgh area is overrun with dinky, takeout-only Chinese joints, but if a case for the sit-down Chinese meal with fancy silverware, white tablecloths, and dapper, professional servers is to be made, Classic Chinese Cuisine is the most persuasive and passionate of advocates.

    9. One Piece Egg Roll Lo Mein

When my go to Chinese restaurant closed at the beginning of Covid, I was bummed. But it was a blessing in disguise because I found CCC and it's by far my favorite Chinese around! They are always friendly, the house special wonton is a great deal (it comes with two quarts) the veggies are always cooked perfect and never mushy! They have the best egg roll around! Always fresh and keeps a good crunch! And you can order the chicken lo mein and ask to add vegetables. I highly recommend this place!

The food is great, the people are extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived for the lunch deal around 3:00 p.m. and were seated immediately and we stayed very close to 6:00 p.m. (not eating beyond the normal, but enjoying our conversation). The staff checked on us to see if we needed more water, they noticed that we were not still dining, but enjoying each others' company, we had paid our bill and were done eating. Did not bother us, or ask us to leave as the place started to fill up with dinner guests, we removed ourselves to the outside (no chairs there--but standing and chatting for at least another 15 minutes). It would be nice if there was a bench there to sit on outside; but the place is large enough that I don't really see the need for a waiting area that would require them to put in one (outside). Not one time did a staff member ask us to leave because we were NOT eating...we had come for a late lunch and good conversation. It was really rewarding to have a business ALLOW us to sit there that long and not continuously ask if we were done, or to leave. They definitely get my vote! I will be returning. Clean, good atmosphere and inviting. Maybe it's the time of day we went, but I have NO complaints about the food, cleanliness or attitudes of the employees/servers.

The menu had many of the expected food items as well as others not so common. On Saturday and Sunday there are many, many more. I always start with vegetable spring rolls. These were especially good. Also had the tasty pancake beef rolls. Will stop again next time we are near the McCandless Ross Townships border. The restaurant is bright, cheery, and clean. No dim sum carts however. We ordered takeout this time, and the overall experience was great. We placed an order online, and everything was very neatly packaged and ready to go when expected. The food even travelled fairly well, such that it was still in good shape after traveling home. The restaurant itself is in a bit of a drab strip mall, but it's generally nicely decorated with colorful signage and a nicely kept interior. In terms of the food, the shrimp spinach dumplings were really nicely done, with lots of flavor and texture. My partner especially enjoyed the barbecue pork bao, which were nicely steamed with a very flavorful filling. The egg tart was good, but not really my thing. It had a bit of a caramelized sugar flavor reminiscent of waffles with syrup. The spicy oil splashed noodles, one of the noodle dishes on the menu, was generally lacking: some nice toppings, but not much flavor. Overall, this is a nice little place that seems to be fairly well run. I suggest going for the dim sum and giving up on expectations for anything on the menu that isn't dim sum.
