I learned from G&G that a great carpet cleaner is like a great auto mechanic or a great dentist…read more You can go through a lot of painful trial and error looking for them, and then once you find them you should never let them go. We tried G&G on a friend's recommendation when we first moved into our new place 5 years ago. The place had white berber carpet that really needed a deep clean. G&G did a wonderful job, including an amazing cleaning on a set of carpeted stairs that we never thought would be de-stained. We then promptly lost their contact information. Flash forward two years when a coffee disaster left a huge brown stain on the white carpet. We turned the house upside down looking for G&G's info. Not having found it, we called a different service. They used some smelly chemical process. Not only did they turn the big brown stain into a big gray stain, but the smell took two weeks to dissipate. Somehow, by a small miracle, we located the business card for G&G. Voila! Stain gone. No smell. No mess. Happy customers. We have now posted G&G's contact information in several key places around the house so that it never goes missing again. They do furniture, too.

Repeat customer here!…read more It's been over a year since my last cleaning. I usually schedule cleaning in warmer weather, so that my carpets dry faster, but life happens, and I need to clean for holiday entertaining. STAT! In warmer weather my carpets dry within a couple hours using Turnow services. I also had some old stains. I wish I took "before" photos. I don't know what magical mineral/enzyme combination they used, but stains we've been working on by ourselves for months, with no success, seem to have disappeared. Christmas miracle? Probably not. They're just that good! My carpet did dry within a couple hours in most areas, beautifully, despite it being December. I want to mention that the spots needing TLC took longer to dry, probably because additional products were used n spots, and the time of year inhibits fast drying of carpets. Still, my carpets dried faster yesterday than I'd expect from a steam-cleaning service. Also, the house smells amazing after the cleaning! If you're expecting family and friends this holiday season, this is a great way to help freshen up the house! I've never been disappointed by Turnow cleaning services.
