I reached out to Chuck to get a quote for cleaning two fabric couches. He responded promptly with a reasonable quote. He came out a few days later to perform the cleaning. The couches had not been cleaned since we bought them 13 years ago. And one had a water stain on the armrest. He said he couldn't guarantee getting the stain out. He did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning both couches. It took around 3 hours, and he was able to get the stain out. The couches needed to dry overnight. He was super knowledgeable about our carpet in particular - we'd moved in with the existing carpet and had know prior historical knowledge about it. He pinned it down to 1990s style apartment carpet (Olefin), so it's easier to clean but always looks a little flat and lackluster. After he finished he spent quite some time telling us about his political views and personal beliefs. He was VERY strange. If I we would have known we would not have chosen this company. After calling at least a dozen carpet cleaners for estimates, Chuck won us over when he told me (having no guarantee he'd be getting the job) that he was in the area and going to stop over to assess the situation and make sure it was a do-able job in the first place. Chuck was very thorough! We had a problem with cat urine on our couches and he worked very hard to get them out. He wasn't positive if the smell would go away, but he told us to be patient and let things dry and the chemicals work - so we did and it worked. It wasn't a quick fix, but it saved us a lot of money as well as our favorite couch. While he was doing the couches we also had him do the carpets. He got out stains that Stanly Steamer said they couldn't get out when we first moved in, plus he some of our own wear-and-tear from the past few years.
