They are very unprofessional and you pay enough per shirt that they could take a lint roller and take the three cat hairs off.

She tried on the dress there to show them where she would like the bustle. They said that they could provide those services and that it would be done in a month, which was fine with her. She arrived to pick up her dress on the date they provided, the dress was wrinkled at the bottom, the bustles were done incorrectly with unsightly buttons too low on the dress, and the arm straps weren't reinforced. When my fiance pointed out the issues, they said they would fix it in 5 days. And when she arrived to pick up her dress, they fixed the steam, reinforced the arm sleeves, and fixed the position of the bustle, but with mixmatched buttons and a bustle loop that can't physically fit over the bustle button (i.e. can't bustle the dress). After all of this, they still charged her the full price of $280 for the services. And she will likely have to fix the bustle herself because we waited a month and now we are one week out from the wedding.

Third time I go there. I've used them successfully for cleaning and alteration at this point. So I'm confident to bring in my high value items. Drop off clothes end of April. Go to pick my clothes up without my ticket. We have nothing. Says she doesn't remember me bringing this stuff in (it was her and one alteration was VERY specific so she's either lying or has zero memory). I'm on the verge of tears in disbelief. She's stone faced. I don't immediately leave and she's kind of like, what do you want me to do? She flips through one reel of clothes but how do you find a black jacket amongst a million black jackets? I leave stunned. Devastated. These clothes have importance to me. Go home. Find the tickets! They are UNDER SOMEONE ELSES NAME. Go back (I live up the road). I sh*t you not, she says, oh. You found them. Literally ZERO apology. No, oh, I'm so glad we found your stuff. Salty AF. Then she has the audacity to ask if I'd like to refit one pair of pants they couldn't do before because the pants got longer when ironed. Ummm, that's a heavy pass. I dropped off multiple items to get dry cleaned, and specifically said that I would need the items by Thursday morning as I was planning on leaving town Friday morning and needed the items to take with me. (For context I drop the items off on a Saturday morning.). When I went Thursday morning, they did not have all my items, I ended up having to cancel an appointment to make it back Thursday before they closed at 5pm in order to pick up the remaining item after I called them multiple times and was told they would "see" if the item would be available. This is not the first time this has happened there. Because it's a family owned business, I have given them multiple chances to do better and for me the last straw was the owner literally yelling at me to get out, when I gently asked if she would consider reducing the cost of the dress cleaning ($26) for the inconvenience of having to come back for one item. The woman yelled at me like I had suggested she refund my entire almost two hundred dollar service. I will NEVER be going back here, I had originally lived this area and have never dealt with such rude behavior in the service industry.
