I've been going here for years. They were sold to new owners and since then the place has really cleaned up, no more dogs or tents inside, and they have really cleared out the business. Why is it always a problem to get what you pay for with this company. Very rude , you can feel the racial tension in the air when I come in . It shouldn't take 2 weeks for dry cleaning. **UPDATE** this dry cleaner is under new management. Thank God! I decided to give it another try because of the convenience and pricing. when I walked in there it was clean, And looked much more organized. I went here because it was close and all of the reviews were years old, so I thought maybe they'd improved their customer service by now. I am sad to report, Classic Cleaners is as awful as all of the other reviews indicate. On three different occasions I have arrived for picking up my garments at the time and date printed on my receipt and my garments were not done. The first time, I figured it was a one off. Second time, it was a dress for my grandmothers funeral that I couldn't come back the following day for, so they told me to come back in an hour and it'd be ready. I'm not entirely sure that they even dry cleaned it, but they got it to me "in time" for the funeral. This week was the third and final time I will subject myself to classic cleaners poor customer service and incompetence. Last Friday morning (before 9 am), I dropped off 8 dress shirts and two pairs of pants. I was given a receipt stating that these garments would be ready for pick up on Tuesday after 5. Great. I go in on Tuesday to pick up and none of the garments had been touched, let alone cleaned. The woman who received the garments told me to come back the next day for them. I told her that she currently has all of my husbands dress shirts that he needs for work and that I expect the garments to be ready as promised on the receipt and she has repeatedly failed to do so. She offered no apologies and simply told me "come back tomorrow, it's only one day late, it's not a big deal." Visibly annoyed, I left. The next day, Wednesday, I returned to pick up my garments. She frantically searched for them as though she wasn't expecting me to pick up my past-due garments. She could only find 7/8 of the shirts and the 2 pairs of pants. She again told me to come back tomorrow for the final shirt. At this point I have decided I will never return to this establishment, so I just ask for my clean garments and say that I will take the final shirt still dirty and go elsewhere with it. She then tells me she actually has no idea where the shirt is and that the reason the shirt is not ready is because my husband "is very greasy and makes his shirts very difficult to wash." She tells me "it's only two days late" and to return tomorrow for the final shirt so she has time to find it and clean it. All I could do was walk out the door, Completely appalled by the lack of accountability and professionalism that the owner displays. I've never said this in a review, but spare yourself a lot of frustration and DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. read more

They have good prices but not good service. They lost my shirt and they said the manager was going to call me but they never did. Also, I had to rewash shirts because they don't do a clean job. They are very disorganized. read more

Terrible business. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. They make you pay cash when dropping off clothes, not when picking up the finished product. Attendant said another customer dropped the credit card machine, which "broke it," and they didn't fix it. I pointed out to attendant that my shirts had rings around the collar and he tried to demonstrate that by spraying a pre-treatment and brushing them it would work. Well, when I picked-up the shirts, they still had stains on them. I told the same guy who was there when I dropped off the shirts that they were still dirty, he claimed to clean them and did not offer to clean them again. The shirts are un-acceptable to wear in public. I will never return to that business and they don't warrant even a 1 star rating on here. Paying cash prior to receiving shirts was a mistake and now I know exactly why he said the credit car machine was broken. They most likely will go out of business soon. The customer service was HORRIBLE. I had them dry clean several brand new shirts that i had never worn. When i picked up the shirts they were covered in Yellow Dye. They claimed that they would get the stain out but never did. They refused to give me money back for the shirts and Yelled at me for getting upset. I would never recommend anyone to bring their dry cleaning here. read more

HORRIBLE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had a silk drapery panel dry cleaned there and when I brought it home and hung it up, it had shrunk 7 inches in length. When I brought it back to complain, the owner laughed in my face and said it didn't shrink!!! She told me to come back when her husband was there; I did as asked and he was worse!!! They wouldn't listen to me, laughed in my face and mocked me; accused me of cutting the drape; and that if the drape didn't shrink In width then it didn't shrink in length. They rolled the drapes up and threw them at me and walked away from me!!! Told me to go to Pottery Barn where I bought them and ask them why the drapes shrunk!! (funny now they said they said there was something wrong!!!). Unbelievable!!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Customer service is non-existent. They shouldn't be allowed to run a business. Not EVEN worthy of 1 star. These people are the WORST. Not only did they lose my clothes, they lost the customer's ahead of me too. Then the owner had the nerve to yell at me and tell me to "shut up" when I asked her what could've possibly happened to the clothes after she took a very rude and cavalier "too bad" attitude about the whole thing. Worst service combined with terrible business manner. If you need a skirt or shirt shredded, stained and completely ruined, this is your place then. Not only was I overcharged, I had to engage in an argument over the incorrect change given to me. To make matters worse, two pieces of my laundry were damaged beyond repair. I will never return. My wife took her genuine leather pants to Classic Cleaners to have the legs taken in. The woman in the store listened carefully to what my wife wanted, acknowledged that she would need extra time with the leather because alterations in leather are a one-shot deal, and told us everything would be OK. It turns out that they farmed out the alteration to another store and gave the tailor the wrong directions. The tailor took in my wife's pants from a size 8 to a size 2. The woman in Classic Cleaners lied about it until she realized that we weren't buying her story. The other store told us that the woman in Classic Cleaners farms out all of their alterations business because she can only do basic repair work (e.g., buttons). But she does not tell anyone up front because she does not want to lose any customers. To try to make the situation better, the tailor let the pants out a bit to a size 4, but they are still too tight for my wife to wear. Classic Cleaners will not refund the $45 we paid for the alterations or replace the pants. Equally as bad, it is easy to see where the holes are from the original alteration, so we are not even sure if we could sell the pants to make up some of the money lost. I would not only avoid Classic Cleaners at all costs, I would tell all my friends to avoid it, too. read more
