I saved over 50 dollars by passing on the dealership and putting in a service call for my replacement. And, they come to your house, it takes a fraction of the time and you can see the process. Warning Beware Stay away from this business Classic Club Service. Owner and Emplyee Very Disrespectful and Dishonest and they do not take responsibility of there actions. One of his drivers Avo was driving a company truck of Classic Club Service, he hit my car and would not take responsibility, basically a major lier. Then the owner of Classic Club Service arrived and tried to blame the accident on me, as well. Avo would not admit or take responsibility of his actions, he was not paying attention to the road, as he was on his phone, and hit my car. This happened 4 months ago, I waited to post this until my insurance company and there insurance company came to an agreement of who was at fault. Yes this took 4 months, as Avo would not admit he was wrong and lied to the insurance company of what happened. I was so upset, but guess what, the accident was all on video. A local store where the accident happened had cameras and had the entire accident on tape. Suprise Avo. If it wasn't for this video I don't know what the turn out would be as Avo and his boss lied to the insurance company. I hope they both learned a lesson to be honest and take responsibility of your actions. But I would definitely stay away from this business. We left home to go to the market in Van Nuys and unfortunately our car had an issue so we called triple AAA and usually it takes 2-3 hours for them to come but today Classic Club Setvice came to our rescue Max with the Classic club came to our rescue within minutes and manage to put our car out of the people's way. Max was a heaven sent . He came and help and considering there was 3 of us in the vehicle he helped us out by allowing us coz it's usually just 2 people are able to get transported with the towed with Max he was awesome. I had the most appalling experience with AAA's contractor, Classic Club Service, Inc. in Van Nuys, CA, on March 23rd -- an experience that escalated from bad service to an outright threat against my safety. I'm not a AAA member myself, but I've used my dad's membership for years without any issues. He's always been able to authorize the service over the phone. I understand policies may have changed, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. After getting a flat tire, AAA dispatched a technician named Avo Telimi from Classic Club Service. He asked for my ID, which I provided, but he insisted on seeing my dad's ID instead -- something I wasn't aware was now required. When I tried to explain, he repeatedly cut me off, speaking to me in an increasingly rude, condescending manner. I asked him to wait while I called my dad, but instead, he got in his truck and drove off without a word, leaving me stranded. My dad called AAA again and arranged for a second truck to come -- this time from another driver, Eric Stevens. Eric arrived before my dad, and I told him what happened. He wasn't surprised, even admitting that Avo Telimi has a reputation for mistreating customers and that he personally didn't like the guy. While waiting for my dad, Eric's supervisor from Classic Club Services called. Eric handed me his phone, saying the supervisor wanted to speak to me. From the moment I got on the call, the supervisor was immediately hostile, repeatedly saying, "Well, you're not a member, so why would he help you?" Membership or not -- no one deserves to be treated like this. As I tried to explain, the supervisor kept interrupting, escalating the conversation until we were yelling. He then crossed the line by threatening me directly, saying, "I will come out there and deal with you myself." I ended the call and gave the phone back to Eric, who looked uncomfortable and told me his supervisor instructed him to leave me there -- even adding that the supervisor told him to tell me to "F* off."** Sure enough, Eric followed orders and left me stranded on the side of the road. This is beyond bad service -- it's dangerous and completely unprofessional. No one should fear for their safety when calling for roadside assistance. AAA corporate needs to seriously reconsider who they contract with. Classic Club Service, Inc. is a disgrace to the AAA brand, and the people involved -- Avo Telimi and his supervisor -- should not be allowed to represent them. I hope AAA addresses this because no customer should ever have to experience this kind of treatment -- especially from a service that's supposed to help people in vulnerable situations. If you're in the Los Angeles area and AAA sends Classic Club Service -- refuse it. It's not worth the risk. read more

My car would not start so I called AAA they told me it would be over an hour. Within 10 minutes Gerardo J. from Classic Club Service at my place in Van Nuys. My car would not take a jump, but Gerardo said let me see what I can do. My car did not respond to the double jump. Let me tell you how awesome these young men were they were determined to help me out. I was under the building and their flatbed would not fit. They put my car in neutral and pushed it to the chain where the flatbed could reach it and that's how they got my car out that was so awesome they were so nice and determined to get my car going. ========================================================== This is the kind of towing service you want people. Had to call AAA to tow my car to a garage for a flat tire. When the tow truck came to pick up my car i saw that a normal tow truck was there and not a flat bed after asking AAA to get a flatbed. When i knocked on the window to talk to the driver i told him that i needed a flat bed and not a regular truck. He then proceeded to ask WHY i even needed a flat bed....with an attitude...like a do you even know what you're talking about little girl kind of tone. in which i said well i have 2 popped tires on the same side?!?!?? You can't drag my car down the streetlike why are you even questioning when i ASKED SPECIFICALLY for a flat bed. I also called AAA after and they even said i shouldn't have been questioned. AAA service sent me this tow truck. The lady at the company called me and started yelling at me for not having an exact location. Despite giving a location that was 50 feet away and another location that was 100 feet away, I was forced to get out of my car to look for the tow truck. What I didn't appreciate is the lack of professionalism of the lady that called me who wouldn't give me their name and engaged on a scream fest with me for not giving me an "exact" location. The tow service and driver is OK, but the lady that called me trying to locate me is absolutely unprofessional. AAA should not work with unprofessional dispatchers. read more

Sent a battery tech for service via AAA. Had a very disgruntled serviceman who was consistently rude, patronizing, and intimidating. Scolded us for the battery issue and demanded that we pay upfront despite have a full warranty on the battery still in effect. Unfortunately for me, I've required the services of this business twice in the last two months. Nobody wants to need a tow, but Luis is great. He shows up fast and he's very kind and professional. The first time I used Classic Club, I had been hit and I was stuck in an intersection. I didn't use AAA and I didn't have time to talk to my insurance company. They towed me to their lot, which Ive the heard can cost a bundle at some places, but I never had any problems with storage fees or my insurance company. It's been a few years after my car accident on 6/16/16, and I am now more knowledgeable as to various towing laws in California. I can assure you: they broke a law that day. They did not let me get my personal belongings out of my vehicle prior to paying fees. The law states that you can get your personal belongings, at no charge, so long as it is before normal business hours. It was before 5, when I tried to retrieve my stuff. Oh well, let my failure in knowledge be a lesson to you all: know your rights before you have to deal with these people. They don't treat you nicely hear, and they are definitely a business that lacks integrity. I highly suggest to my fellow yelpers that they lookup "California towing laws" and read the first couple of hits. Worst service ever!!! My buddy's motorcycle was in operable. He got into a minor motorcycle accident and was taken to the hospital. I was the second rider and stayed behind to make sure that his bike was loaded up by classic club tow truck. They showed up but because my buddy was not around they would not tow his motorcycle. Which is understandable. But I asked them I have AAA can you use my card to tow the motorcycle. They said no I had to call it in back in. After they left, I called Triple A and set up a tow. Turns out Classic Club could have towed Motorcycle with my membership. Furthermore they refused to come back out. Saying I had cussed the driver out. A TOTAL LIE! The driver was not helpful and he had a bad attitude. While he was there, I called his supervisor to ask why they couldn't use my info. He wasn't helpful either, so now I get why their drivers are rude. It always starts from th I would never cuss anyone out. So FUCK ;) Classic Club! Triple A should drop these guys.
