Our tire blew out on the 101 at midnight and Jonathan showed up 20 minutes early than the ETA and expertly installed the spare tire in 15 mins and we were back on the road well under an hour since the incident happened. My car died and AAA sent Ammari towing. It was very late. Eddie S went above and beyond. Because it was after hours I was unable to make arrangements with the dealership where I wanted the repairs done so we agreed the car would be left at the dealership's curb with the keys locked inside. After he dropped the car off Eddie called to say he found a spot inside the dealer's lot and even dropped the keys in the drop box. He didn't have to go to the trouble to wrap things up so nicely for me. I never would have known the difference. This place works with Tripple A and "asked me to commit a crime by moving my car to there mechanic center without it needing to be moved to a mechanic center. The car is unable to move from my street parking space to my parking lot the engine is broken ( the car is under investigation with the dealer who fixed the car) meaning unable to go to a mechanic . They mentioned tripple a would charge me and that they would do it if I worked out a deal on there behalf and moved it to there mechanic place. When I just needed it move to my parking space". A belt in my car snapped while I was leaving the movie theater. I had my mom (85) and teenage son (w/ severe autism) I was so relieved that a tow truck was dispatched immediately. Edgar - the hero in this story- checked and showed me that it was the belt. Edgar was professional, friendly, warm, witty, reassuring and any other thing a person would need in a stressful situation. I get that not everyone gets extreme anxiety with car mishaps- but since I am caring for an elderly person and a teen with nonverbal autism- these things are really difficult. My tire popped at work and Ammari was dispatched to service me from AAA to install the replacement Emmanuel was the driver assigned and he was AMAZING! Very friendly, kind and professional! He arrived quickly and was so efficient with his time and work. He offered to patch my tire as it was a bolt in it (this isn't AAA standard but he did it for me, experiences may vary lol) But he saved me a trip to the tire shop! I scheduled a flatbed service for an antique show car that needed cylinder head repairs (and therefore could not be driven much if at all). The driver was an hour late and when I met them at the curb, the driver complained that the car was not ready for them in the street. After I explained the cylinder head issue and requested that they ready their flatbed near the end of my driveway so I could start the car, pull up quickly, and then turn the engine off, the driver refused to do so. I explained again (trying my best over the traffic noise and the flatbed's engine noise, speaking through a half open window that was about a foot over my head, because the driver refused to get out and talk to me) why I didn't want to start and stop the engine multiple times because the cooling and oil systems were compromised. Then to my surprise the driver said she was uncomfortable and drove away! I will say that the dispatcher was nice on the phone, but ultimately that was of little help. read more

To be honest I probably wont forget the level of service and kindness Charlie had showed me, with his patience to haul my truck all the way from North Hollywood to the LAX area in mid day traffic. He deserves the five stars because he gives 10 stars if there ever was such a thing, you're the best Charlie. You kept me calm throughout the entire process right after another driver smashed into my truck and I enjoyed the conversation! The only thing that was kind of weird was this lady driving on the 405 was recording us while driving and rolled down her window saying that she owns Ammari or something, I don't know what that was all about but I felt pretty uncomfortable because of her recording me I tried to look away/but she kept recording. I called for help tonight (1/9/24) regarding my (super) dead car battery. I was assigned to a technician from AMMARI AUTO CENTER through AAA. He was incredibly helpful and patient, along with humorous. I wish I got his name to leave in this review. I am a teenage girl who's never had this happen before, but I felt super reassured the entire time I was being assisted. He walked me through the problems with my car and did everything he could until, eventually, we got it to work! He taught my boyfriend and I things for future instances as well. My car battery was dead so I called AAA and they sent a rep from Ammari Auto Center. Great service and great communication. Sebastian showed up, diagnosed my problem quickly and - thankfully - had a replacement battery on his truck, ready to install. I paid with a phone tap and was on my way in less than 2 hours from booking AAA. I had a very positive experience. My tech wound up coming an hour later than originally scheduled but I got calls and texts notifying me of/apologizing for the delay/letting me know they were en route and how far away they were. This was all in the middle of an awful rainstorm and I feel lucky I got such quick service while it was raining so hard. I've read some of the negative reviews on here and it's a little crazy that people think roadside assistance is the same thing as calling an Uber, like your problem will be magically fixed within 15 minutes of calling for help. Amazing folks and true lifesavers! We feel beyond blessed Bara had come out to help us with our car. My niece's car had broken down at night and needed a long distance tow. We struggled with the AAA system and fought through hours of trying to contact AAA and fight through an hour of traffic to get to support her. Despite AAA estimating a one-hour wait, Bara showed up in just 15 minutes which was so important as the winter night got colder. When we encountered further issues with AAA regarding membership privileges, Bara patiently waited while we made multiple calls to AAA. He even contacted his dispatcher to see if there were any options to assist us. Listen, I generally don't like to leave bad reviews here, but I think everyone ought to know. I got a flat tire on the freeway, pulled to the shoulder and called AAA. Ammarj auto center was their nearest contractor. I was told by the AAA agent that since we were on a highway, our call would be out to the highest priority, which they did. I received a call from Katie, the agent from Ammarj assigned last night and was told the ETA for the technician was 30 minutes. We waited patiently past 30 minutes. I called Katie back and was told that the technician was nearby finishing putting gas in a stalled car that had run out of gas--he will be there shortly. Waited another 20-25 minutes and finally called AAA again and this time they called Ammari to get an ETA-was told less than 15 minutes. Finally after two hours of waiting, our technician called and said he was on his way--took another 15 minutes. He gets there, looks at the spare tire--can't find the "key" for the tires to unlock it and change it. Called AAA again for a tow and the same company was called and it was going to take 2 hours just to send out a towing car. We said screw it and drove the car out of the highway. The next morning I walked to the car shop around the corner and the mechanic looked at my tires and said there was no key needed for this, these were regular lug nutz and changed it himself at no charge! Ammari, please train your technicians first before sending them out. read more
