I live in South Philly (enough said) and basically the entire left side of my car needed to be repaired, as well as the bumper. I had dents, my mirror was taped on, there was a huge gash, etc. I communicated with Tom throughout the fixing of the car. Let me premise this review by stating that I am a car phanatic. I've been and worked on cars my entire life. I also know how hard it is to find a decent auto body shop where people take pride in their work. With Classic Coachworks of west Chester, this was not the case. They provided myself and my vehicle with an outstanding quality and execution of skill that I have never seen before from a repair shop. Throughout working with CC they reassured me that they work for me and not the insurance company, and they dealt with ALL the hassle associated with dealing with the insurance company. I should also note that my car is black and the paint is 15 years old. Black is an exceptionally hard color to match for anyone who knows about painting, and they blended in the new fender PERFECTLY. They detailed the car as well and had it looking showroom new. Customer service 11/10, quality of repair 11/10, turnaround 8/10. I don't fault them for the longer turnaround then usually because of their rediculously high volume as well as their quality of work. I will never go to another body shop so long as I live within 100 miles of Classic Coachwork of West Chester! read more

Tom and the team are amazing. I always thought they only worked on high-end cars so when I brought my 2020 Subaru legacy there I wasn't sure if they would work on it. There are a few things I look for when picking a body shop. 1st can they be trusted, 2nd how is their work, and lastly how fair are they priced. We came here for a minor body repair after our car suffered a hit and run accident. By minor, I mean one dented part replaced, and sanding / repainting of our door. As lame as it sounds, I'm a millennial, and walking into a body shop like this was intimidating for me! These guys were so professional, nice, and respectful, and I felt immediately comfortable with them. They made me feel like I was truly important, and who doesn't love that type of treatment? We waited a few months to get the repair done (the car was driveable) and were able to get on their schedule immediately once we said we were ready to go. They worked with our insurance throughout the process, and despite dealing with hold ups from them, the job was finished faster than promised! Car looks brand new, and was returned fully detailed, washed, and waxed. We are so thrilled. We will never go anywhere else in this area for body work. I have always found you can judge a company accurately based on how they handle a small job; for companies who don't value customer service, the small jobs can slip through the cracks and get neglected.
