I brought my Tesla Model S with some minor front bumper damage from a brush with my garage door which scuffed and dislocated the left side from the fender. I stopped by for an estimate. Sixto said a bumper replacement would cost about $3,000 or more and said he would take it into the shop for a look. He came out 15 minutes later and secured the bumper, buffed out the paint and it looked almost perfect. They didn't even charge me and Sixto wouldn't accept a tip. My experience here wasn't good. When I walked through the door this afternoon, I received a chilly response from the front desk receptionist. When I was speaking about what I came in for, I briefly looked at her and noticed that she was standoffish and was not listening to me. She did not like me and was very rude. She was not acknowledging me and she did not care. It was obvious. I continued the conversation with a man at the counter who was responsive and respectful towards me. It was the most uncomfortable I experience I've ever had coming into a place of business. I will never come back here. All people walking through the door should be respected and listened to, regardless of who they are. It was poor customer service and unnecessarily rude. To be honest, I got the sense that she thought she was superior to me and would not speak to me. I deserve to be spoken to with respect and to be treated fairly and equally. read more

After I was the victim of a hit and run from a rogue deer my insurance company directed me towards one of their affiliated shops. Having just purchased my car, I was concerned about some of these affiliated shops attention to detail. Anybody who has driven by Cavallo on route 202 will understand why I chose to go here instead. If they maintain their facilities that well then I trust them to take care of my car. The job came out higher than the insurance estimate but Cavallo worked to get the adjuster out and made sure every detail was put back to like new condition. Although the time to repair my car was longer than average because of the need to get all supplementals reviewed and approved, I'm very happy with the end result. I have a 1997 BMW 840Ci which sustained significant damage to the right front fender and had the front bumper nearly torn off while the car was stationary at a mail drop box in a no-traffic lane. A large box truck was turning the corner and eased into the curb lane. The left rear wheel impacted the car directly ahead of the car's right front wheel. The car is registered as a classic and was insured by a classic car insurance company. Repair labor and parts were significant. Chris Brooks the estimator and 'scheduling manager' at Cavallo Auto Body Chadds Ford did a great job of keeping me advised of the status of repairs and interacting with my insurance company. All of the new parts required to repair the car were obtained from the nearby BMW dealer (nearly all had to come from Germany). The fellows doing the repair and refinishing did a superb job. I was delighted with the way the car looked when I picked it up and drove it home. I have two additional cars with classic or antique registration. Highly recommend them! Customer service was on point and my car looks brand new! The cleaning job after they did the bodywork was even amazing! Short story on the customer service, I went with hertz rental since StateFarm has discounts through them and that's who they recommend and ended up getting a filthy nasty car (even during Covid!) and Cavallo literally did all the work to help me get into a better enterprise rental car. Everyone is very nice there and welcoming! You need auto body work, Cavallo's is the place to go! Someone hit my side and it was all caved in and now you can't tell any work was done and I even have a special paint color that they matched up perfectly. They also fought for better parts and actual replacements for me instead of StateFarm who wanted to go the cheap way.
