Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. My daughter attends college in the area, so I had to rely on her assessment at pickup -- which is understandably different from mine. Here's what we encountered: 1. It took weeks just to receive a quote. 2. When she picked up the vehicle, panels and flares were still loose. 3. She had to wait an additional three hours for them to correct the issue. 4. The pre-collision warning was still active -- something they apparently did not check or notice while moving the car around their shop. 5. We were told the sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. When she came home this weekend, I had the vehicle reassessed elsewhere. The issue? The sensor simply needed to be reprogrammed -- total cost: $150. Very disappointing experience overall. Consider this a lesson learned on our end, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with their vehicle.

After talking to multiple auto shops, John quoted us $2800 and said it would only take 1 week to repair. After giving them my car, they kept giving excuses for why it wasn't ready. First, the part hadn't come in; then they said there were no available refurbished parts (which showed they hadn't ordered the parts yet). Every time I called, they said the car should be ready in 2-3 days. Eventually, after 3 weeks, my mother called, and from then on, the receptionist kept lying, saying it would be 2-3 days and that they were just waiting on parts. My mom continued to check in every 2-3 days as they said, and eventually the reason turned into someone just quitting, and they are behind on labor. This makes sense considering my mother heard John Ed yelling at the receptionist (his daughter), calling both her and his workers dumba**es one time when the daughter "accidentally" forgot to put her on hold to ask John Ed about an update on my car. It took 6 WEEKS for me to get my car, leaving me stranded here for Thanksgiving. Also, when I got my car, the price jumped to $3200 for "other work that needed to be done," even though they did not consult either my mom or me about the additional work. They said that "John Ed gets into a groove, which means he can sometimes forget to update the customer". I was willing to forgive and forget until I found out recently, when I went to get an inspection, that my coolant had water and that my entire coolant tank needed to be drained and refilled. John Ed was the last person to put coolant in my car, which means they put water in it to make it last longer.

Mins you this never came across my dash or wasn't working properly until after caliber touched it. So now I get the headache of also calling my insurance and trying to fight this. We called our salesperson, Jennifer and told her we would be in to pick up the car the following Monday. She assured us that the car would be detailed and ready for pick up. When we arrived we realized that the car had not been cleaned, the same Krud that was in it the week before was still there. The carpets were damp but someone must have forgotten to clean them because the dirt was still there and it had not been vacumned. We insisted that it go back to the detailing shop. It was returned to us looking a lot better. When we arrived home and lowered the third row seats we discovered they had not replaced the carpeting that covers the hardward when the seats were lowered. It was there when we frist drove the car. We sent an email to our salesperson who did not respond. After waiting a day we finally called the General Manager who assured us that the carpeting would be put in the mail to us. We live in Montgomery which is over an hour away. We have yet to hear from our salesperson after placing two calls into her. I paid $100+ on April 24th to have an alignment done to my car. I was advised by BCS Tires that I…read moreneeded new tires before the alignment could be completed. I purchased the tires without hesitation. By May 21st I was stranded on the side of the road due to a flat tire. I paid $130 for a tow truck to the nearest Discount Tire. Under further inspection, my back tires were extremely worn down. Discount Tire explained to me that the wear on the wheels were because of the misalignment. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY BCS TIRES ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE OFF OF THEIR LOT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THAT NOT ONLY THE FRONT TIRES WERE BAD, BUT ALSO THE BACK TIRES. I quickly returned to BCS Tires so they could fulfill the 6 month warranty that was perviously promised. They wrote down several other things they saw were wrong with the car. I was then told that they were going to realign my vehicle free of charge since it had not even been a complete month since the initial alignment. I then drove to Brake Check to price check the things BCS Tires had previously quoted. They were surprised to see that it looked like no alignment had been done to my car. I then paid $100 for Brake Check to complete the alignment THE CORRECT WAY. After the alignment was completed, I drove to BCS Tires so they could explain to me why nothing seemed to be aligned. They proceeded to tell me that no work was done to the car since they saw new damage to the vehicle and that cancels the warranty. I spoke with several employees, and an older caucasian man who wore a blue button up (seemed to be the manager). I told them I wanted some sort of refund since they were UNABLE TO PULL UP ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS EVER DONE CORRECTLY. I was then passed onto a gentleman named Chris WHICH DID NOT EVEN WORK AT THE SHOP AT ALL. HE WAS JUST A FRIEND THAT WAS JUST HANGING OUT IN THE BACK. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY BLAMED THE ENTIRE SITUATION ON A POOR GENTLEMAN NAMED JOSE AND DID NOT TRY TO PLEASE ME IN ANY WAY!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS
