DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIR The worst experience ever. My car was here for a month. Picked up the car on the way home the side view mirror fell off the car. Over the next few days more and more issues were found. Was told to bring the car back and it would be repaired within one day. Two weeks later still now car. I spoke with Matt the manager and was given the run around. Not once over the month and a half than my car has been there did he call me to let me know what was going on. Not once. Any time I was given an update was due to me can them on the day I had been told my car would be done. Not sure when or what has happened to this shop but service and communication is no longer the top priority!!! Simple if you need more time to do the work give the customer a call to ensure they are made aware. Picked up the car today and the manager did not even think to step out of his office to greet or check over the car with me. The only two ppl who have been any help during this 2 months process has been Dana and David. Over spray Weather stripping Ripped leather Bolts missing Etc............. read more

I dropped my mom's car off Wednesday.. my rental was taken care of at the shop. The car was repaired and finished by close Friday. They even detailed it inside and out. I'm so glad the other shop never reached out. Classic Collision is worth the trip. They did an amazing job. And the price was reasonable as well. 10/10 read more

Ver beach FL 39260 they suck chipped​ ed the paint on my front doorI asked to just line my door up when I asked for the owner manager lied and said we're a cooperation no owner . I checked and found that they are an LLC not a corporation and there's an owner and they lied about it they don't want to fix my door they should give us one more chance and then the manager turned around and said oh we didn't do that yet after two times trying to fix my door they lie like a f****** rug on top of that they only have a two-star rating. read more

Someone hit my 2019 new car. I was referred by a friend to use the new GM years ago (he was at Abra) and he did an ok job. I drove my car over an hour to where Josh Barclay is the new GM here. I trusted he would get my new car back to new. What a nightmare, Josh would not call back. I had phone calls from others at the location, 1 of the phone calls was updating me on someone else car. I could not get away from work so I sent my husband (who also knew Josh) to pick my car up. My husband ask to see Josh but Josh sent his helper out to speak with David. We have know him for years and he has repaired 2 cars for us. Josh would not even throw a hand up to acknowledge David. No one inspected my car. (Josh said David just took the keys and left when the front lady gave him the keys and told him your all set) When my husband brought it by my work I was in shock!! There were scratches all over my hood and side panel that were not there before. Oil/grease all over my car. The biggest thing was the repaired bumper was not lined up or attached correctly. I could put my finger in the space. I called but of course Josh would not take call or call back so I sent emails (with pictures) josh emailed back and said he could buff everything out and get the tire shine off my car. Then he blamed Geico said they only give him cheap parts. Then it was my fault because I was mad that he could not get me a deal on replacing a front window on one of my other cars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. There is a reason he was fired from Abra. CAR STILL NOT REPAIRED. Josh threatened me that I had to come back to his location, then he changed it to, You have to go to another Classic location as per the COO of Classic. I'm so uncomfortable taking anything back to that location. read more

Literally just got my vehicle back yesterday. There are parts of the paint that are rippled. The back window is off track and just falls randomly. The first vehicle I had repair done here should have been the last time i came. read more

They were fast to get in me for a quote, kept me updated with the repairs process, and were very friendly and professional to work with. On top of that, their customer service is second to none, the lady on the phone works hard to get you into contact with who you need and puts forth a lot of effort to remember who you are. They have a nice/comfortable waiting facility, always offer you something to drink, with a place to sit and clean restrooms to use when needed. I love how they ask you how you want to be updated, my preference was text and I always knew the status of my collision repair without feeling bothered! Shea was my repair manager and he was great to work with. He ensured my vehicle had everything fully taken care of. They were very through with their repairs and the truck looked great after wards! I would highly recommend them to anyone with any collision repair needs. read more

If you're into mediocre repair work & items stolen from your car while it's being "repaired" this is the location for you. They rambled thru my interior & trunk & stole a set of custom valve stem caps, air freshener, safety vests, floor mat, & a few other items. I don't care how big or small that may seem but theft is theft. If you decide to let them repair your car strip it down to the frame & take your tires & steering wheel with you (because they might steal those too) & prepare yourself for a piss poor job. I wouldn't recommend Classic Thieves of Douglasville to anyone. read more

When I woke up to find someone hit my car (and left) I was clearly upset, who wouldn't be? From previous experience getting car repair is always a hassle no matter where I went. I was initially skeptical because I heard bad things about various body shops. What a relief it was that I went to Classic Collision. From the time I spoke with the girl on the phone for an appointment to the time I picked up my car the experience was great. I walked in for my appointment so they could assess and order the parts to fix my car and was greeted by a girl at the front desk who had me complete a quick form and had me take a seat. A short while later I was introduced to the woman who handled my appointment. Just completed a few papers, we walked outside to take a few pictures and there..I thought I would leave and have to come back when they got the part. Nope! She told me she can get the part that day and asked if I wanted to come back or go ahead. I was then taken to the Enterprise rental car area for a quick and painless checkin (and got a really nice new SUV). After I got some of my items out I was on my way. I was expecting to be in the rental a couple days. That was not the case, not even six hours went by and I got a call saying my car would be finished by end of day. So I admit I wasn't too excited about getting back into my car which, to put it lightly, was a mess. The pick up process was super quick and the attendant pulled my car up so I can get my items out. To my surprise my car was CLEAN and smelled super fresh. I could not believe my eyes, it hasnt looked that good since I bought it. When I raved to the attendant she smiled and said things can get dusty during clean up so while they are cleaning their mess they clean ours too. Now to find a detail shop this good (too bad they dont offer this service itself, I asked). I am beyond satisfied with the service I received and will refer others for sure. read more

I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. They did not keep me up to date on my repairs. They installed components without properly preparing them for paint (scratches show through paint from underneath). They installed parts incorrectly and misaligned, and the staff blew off my comments like they had done me a favor. They also did a poor job of matching my existing paint. I know from experience this can be done, regardless of the age of the paint, but they didn't even attempt to match, they only consulted the color code from my vehicle, never considering the age of the existing finish. While I like Geico as an insurance company, I will never use a Geico authorized repair facility again, as this is the second time I have had similar issues with these shops. Repairs have still not been completed to my satisfaction, and I'm beginning to think I'll have to live with the poor repair. read more
