I drove my classic Mustang, waited 30 minutes to almost an hour, only to find out they never had the tire. ‍ The counter staff and manager were great --the older gentleman with the Corvette and the young Black employee were respectful and professional. The problem was one mechanic. He was a large white guy with a beard. He revved my classic Mustang multiple times in the bay like it was his own, without my permission, then floored my car around the building bringing it back and slammed my door. After I left, I noticed my shifter was broken. That mechanic should never be allowed to touch another customer's vehicle again. I already contacted HR and corporate because this is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever have their vehicle treated like this, especially a classic car. I will NEVER be back.
