Fortunately I was able to inflate it but I knew as soon as everything opened on the day after Thanksgiving I was gonna have to be somewhere getting tires. As a point of information, the tires for my car typically are not in stock everywhere except for the dealer i bought my car from so i normally have to wait for them to be shipped. I was losing hope initially until I saw this location had the tires AND an appointment on Friday morning! I bought the tires immediately and set up the appointment. I received a text link for me to click to let them know I was on my way which I thought was nice. I arrived to the location 15 minutes early but i was promptly acknowledged when I walked in. Logan did my intake and let me know he did not need anything else from me so I set up my workstation (lol) and settled in because I thought i would be there at least 2 hours. Y'all, they finished my tire install in 30 minutes. Apparently that was too long. As one of the workers apologized for the wait i was like "what wait?" I was amazed. Over the next few days more and more issues were found. Was told to bring the car back and it would be repaired within one day. Two weeks later still now car. I spoke with Matt the manager and was given the run around. Not once over the month and a half than my car has been there did he call me to let me know what was going on. Not once. Any time I was given an update was due to me can them on the day I had been told my car would be done. Not sure when or what has happened to this shop but service and communication is no longer the top priority!!! The parking lot is kind of small so it can be tricky to get in and out of. You will find the tire shop located next to the Truist (previously Suntrust) bank. My husband recommended Vick Tires because our usual tire place closed at noon on Saturday. They were pretty busy with 3 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. It took about 45 minutes to get the tires replaced and balanced, but the staff was very friendly. I appreciated being able to get new tires the same day. I was also happy to hear that I was warranted for 60K miles, since I purchased new tires. This location sells used tires also, but did not have them in the size for my vehicle. Overall, I would return to purchase new tires, but they do not offer alignment, so I will need to do that soon with my mechanic.

The owner showed me a video that proved that the part was replaced. The staff was so nice and friendly and I saved SO much money. The labor ended up costing under $200. I was so grateful.
