Do not take your vehicle to Heat Collision. The staff has been very unprofessional and extremely rude. My vehicle was stolen, but luckily found without the rims and tires. Also, my new vehicle had been smoked in. Management promised several times to my husband and I that the vehicle would receive an interior detail. Once my husband brought the car back home, there were still illicit drugs inside and ashes in the middle console. The car was filthy. Heat Collision also caused damage to our back bumper and exhaust during transit in tow. Luckily, our insurance will take care of this as "damage previously missed". It's very strange that Heat Collision never mentions this damage. The damage was not there prior to taking it to them and they missed this on their checklist. It is clearly damage only possible from a vehicle being towed on spares and one which was a flat spare. I brought it their attention and now they have denied us service for becoming upset. I would like for the community to understand the extent of the negligent service provided to us and lack of professionalism on their part. We will be contacting the BBB on this matter. read more

There is nothing worst than experiencing a horrible week and then to top it off have an accident on your way home from work on a Friday. Then again there is no better feeling reaching your body shop and their and treating you as family and making sure that you and your car are at their best. They didn't give me the run around or any secret charges....and not only that.... when I was having issue getting a rental they helped with transportation. They kept me up to date with car and when my car was fixed and returned they she looked as if she was never in accident in the first place. Heat Collision is a clean and organized facility and they most definitely have some high trained mechanic and body shop experts. Their work and customer service was amazing and not to mention the hospitality and kindness they showed me. I will MOST DEFINITELY be taking my car there again for any work I need done and I suggest if you are reading this review, you do so as well! read more

They have to make their minds up. Either run a business with proper quality of work or run a cheap Latin club. It looks like they worry more about their obnoxiously loud music than the actual cars that people pay them to fix. Very disappointing and really unprofessional. I took my car to prestige auto paint and body in Dania beach and honestly they are 1,000 times more professional and made my car look brand new. If they do have music is at a moderate low level where you can tell workers are actually more focused on their work rather than busy listening to music which is how they make mistakes and mediocre work like how they did to me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually know what they're doing in a professional manner- prestige auto paint and body in Daina beach. First of all hands down this is the only auto body shop I would ever take any of my cars to. I personally have been going to them for a few years and I recommend this shop to anybody I know. These guys have quick turn around time, excellent quality of work, fantastic customer service and overall just a great experience with them each time I've come to them. I just had the mirrors on my truck painted to match the body color and they came out perfect and identical to the body color. On top of that my girlfriend just got into an accident a few days ago and the progress they've made so far is great. She's extremely happy with the way they've taken care of her and her vehicle. Had my car in there last month for repairs through Progressive and they did a great job. The repair work was top notch. Everyone was very professional and friendly. In fact, the day after I got my car back, I noticed one of the features wasn't working, so I stopped off there to have them look at it. While the Progressive rep (Hans) was trying to brush it off as the "button was bad", Osvaldo Hernandez wouldn't give up, and eventually found that it was just a fuse. He replaced the fuse, my accessory was working again & I left a happy customer. Osvaldo went out of his way to ensure that he did everything possible to try and rectify the problem & because of this, he did resolve it. The girls, Jessica and Silvia, are really nice, they helped me from the moment I walked in there. Heat Collision is the Best, someone back into the front of my car, and I was told to bring it there. I was taking back by the great job they did. The front right side was damaged and they did a wonderful job, but what got me is my right front headlight was broken and the left side was ok but it was hazy but they cleaned it up.
