Woohoo! As good as it gets indeed!!! I had an amazing experience at Heat Collision this past week. After calling a few places to get an estimate, I decided to take my brand new car to this place because Toyota dealership referred them. Despite no reviews on yelp, I took toyota's advice and brought my car over for a rear bumper cover replacement. First, they were very honest to me, and charged me half the price other places were charging. I only had 1 day to get the service done, and they did it in less than 1 hour. After it was replaced, they saw my car had a very small dent from the crash and the body work to fix it needed more time since it would require taking parts apart, fixing the small dent, putting together than painting the car. They were still able to deliver the car the same day, and even with more work the price was still lower than most estimates I had gotten from other places. Randy, the shop manager, was amazing! He not only took care of my needs regarding the car, but he also gave my friend and I a ride to the place we were staying so we could enjoy our only day in Miami. Everyone at the shop was extremely helpful, and I left the shop with an amazing experience. Definitely recommend to not only my friends, but to everyone who was as undecided as I was. read more

Worst experience of my life! Not only were they in cahoots with the tow truck company who brought my car here without my consent, but they totally did not care about my car or my time. They had my car for almost a month! Then when I received it, a million things were still wrong, including a broken passenger door that would not open, unaligned tires, missing parts in my tire, and my starter and battery went out a couple of weeks later to which they responded that it was my fault! (My car wasn't even 2 years old)!!! I literally went to a dealership and had to buy a whole new car after they claimed to "fix it." Thieves and liars! All of them! read more

Excellent service fast quick and friendly they get my cars out within 2-3 days tops the prices are the best around and great workmanship!

I haven't gotten my car yet so this review has nothing to do with the quality of repair. All I want to say is that Cynthia, is the rudest person I have ever interacted with. I have had to interact and call her on several occasions. Doesn't matter the day or the time- she is never friendly or helpful. I would never take my car here or recommend this body shop to anyone for the simple reason of interacting with Cynthia is probably one of the most unpleasant experiences. When I ask her about my car she gives me the "run-around" instead of trying to be helpful. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt of having a bad day but rest assure if you ever call and speak with Cynthia, she is always having a bad day. WORST SHOP EVER!!!! Do not take your vehicle there even for a car wash, most incompetent place I have ever done business with! This is my 4th time bringing my car back to see if they can fix it properly. They don't know what they are doing and don't know business management 101. If I could choose zero stars, I would! These people were terrible. They spent two weeks giving me stories about a part not coming in, before I decided to take my business elsewhere. My advice? Save your time and go somewhere else. Also, their estimate was about 50% higher than the place I ended up going to, which found the same part in one day. read more

Do not bring your car here!! SCAMMERS! After the accident I had, my 2013 Audi A4 was towed to their location. When I went to pick it up and take it to one of my insurance service providers they talked me into leaving it with them because their mechanics "are the best in town" . This being my first accident, I didn't know better and I left it with them. After looking at the damage(the right rear side ) they estimated 3-4 weeks to have it fixed. 4 weeks later when I called to check on my car, they told me they found some hidden damages and will need to order some other parts and estimated an other 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks they kept telling me "2 more weeks" . During this time they never called me to give me an update about my car. They kept feeding me bs for 3 months, that I have a complicated car and takes longer to fix. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know that my car was ready.I had a rental car for 3 months and paid $2500 out of pocket for it. They told the rental company that they will take care of all the expenses for the troubles , but ended up getting only a $300 check(which I hope it doesn't bounce back). At the end, the original price for the repairs doubled up which came up to be almost 1/2 the price of my car cost. I traded in my car the same exact day, right after I left their shop because I don' t want to deal with them ever again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody! read more

Horrible!!! Awful!!! Unprofessional. Disorganized. Terrible no customer service. Very long delays to fix cars. Dishonest.

I did not want to write this review but I have no choice. I have a personal connection to the family that owns this business. My mistake was to be trusting. Do not make this mistake. The entire experience was unpleasant. Initially I was misquoted on the price of the repair. OK - I can accept that mistakes are made. I have an Audi that needed the side view mirror replaced on the driver side. A couple of days after I picked up the car the "air bag" light came on. I brought the car to Audi as it is still under warranty. They informed me the sensors were disconnected during the repair and were not programmed properly. This was not a warranty item as it was clearly the fault of Heat. I had them re-program the sensors as I did not want to continue to drive without functioning air bags. I came back to Heat and told them what had happened and asked for assistance in paying the bill from Audi - given the bill from Heat was $2500. Their first response was "things happen". When I pressed them I was told I should have brought the car back to Heat. I asked why I should expect Heat to do it properly the second time if they could not do it properly the first time. I was driving a car without functioning air bags because of their incompetence. I got a lot of double talk and denial from Carlos - the General Manger. In the end they did nothing. I asked for the owner to call me but he never did. If he had I would not be writing this review. My advice is be cautious about bringing a foreign car to this shop. Be very concise as to what their responsibilities are. Lastly, try to avoid Carlos who has a belligerent concept of customer service. read more

The quality of work was fine and the car looks the way it did before the accident. However, this company took almost 3 months to fix my car. They also pushed back the finish date by another week after saying the car would be finished without even notifying me. On top of this, they charged me the full deductible fee after they told me they would give me a $200 discount. The different women on the phone are nice however they have the worst memory when it comes to calling you back. I only had one woman call me back after saying "Let me talk to the foreman and I'll call you back." Thankfully State Farm paid for 80% of my rental car fee up to $1000 because I had 2 rental cars over the course of almost 3 months!!! I was also not fond of the fact that they only take cashiers checks. This makes payment extremely inconvenient. Overall I personally would never use this company again. I'm sure there have been other experiences that went great and were much faster than mine yet, I wasn't too lucky. read more

this place is the worst ever! at the beginning all nice etc, but ones they get paid rude as hell and when they start fixing your vehicle. they hold your car for a period of two week. you call to ask for status of the vehicle always with new excuse bs. concierge tell you that you well be having your car ready one day and that it will call to conform, basically no call at all not even daily call tell you what it has be done. when the time come to get your car it will hit your hard to see the shirty job done. they well go over your staff whatever caught on their attention or can be useful for then, i will warranty that they are going to keep it. thrives and lair staff. the ugly pig lady in front office that is on charge offering you for a personal injury lawyer in aventura that suppose is a friend, that if you don't have one,pursuing you to call her lawyer. that is "illegal" all she trying get profit out it. they see customer as money. i was recommended to this play i regretted leaving my car there, very unhappy how i was treat and see that kept all the money for shirty job done to my car. things got stolen of my car. i called explained things were missing i get answer saying we well call you. never got a call or my things. read more
