I am writing this to educate the public about my experiences here. Please note, that when you read SMILES BY HANNA'S vague and fluffy response to my update, that they see no wrongdoing on their part. However, the proof is in the paperwork. PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR PAPERWORK THOROUGHLY, get a complete itemized cost sheet, and be sure your paperwork for the loan application is an exact copy! The one given to me was different and not completely filled out with any ID documentation from the borrower. SMILES BY HANNA'S copy they sent to the lender, has a handwritten note saying "AUTHORIZED PER PHONE" from a sticky note they had. SMILES BY HANNA used information I wrote on a sticky note during the consultation. I accidentally had left my notes on the table during the consultation. This contained personal, private social security information that was used without my consent, which is a HIPAA VIOLATION. They scanned it into their system and emailed it to me as "proof" that the loan was correctly authorized...., WHICH IT CLEARLY WASN'T! Because of this, THE LENDOR IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT, when they realized what SMILES BY HANNA had done. PLEASE PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION AT SMILES BY HANNA!!! And cosmetic veneers that I was not properly fit for and broke almost the same day I left there telling them my teeth felt loose still. I had to have my root canal reposted and was lucky I had enough left to even do that. Now I'm on a 10k plus journey to fix the original problem and the damage done by this office. Other than the problematic work I received from this place the staff is very friendly and they at least communicate. Do they give you right or best information no... but they get back to you. I've given this dentist office thousands of dollars my veneers alone were a wasted couple thousand that lasted me less than a month.
