Dr. Trang had to repair an all on four. When I went in for the installation, his dental hygienist noticed a crack. Dr. Trang said he'd warranty the repair for two months - otherwise I'd need to leave the appliance with him and leave the office with no front teeth. I had to find a time that I could be without teeth for four days, and also find those four days to synchronize with his two alternate days per week he was in the office. I contacted his office the sixth of eight weeks he had allotted. I waited a week to hear back - and nothing. I called the following week and was told they would consult with him and get back to me with his availability. I waited another full week. I called to follow up the first day of the ninth week to let them know I still had not heard from them. I was told I was past the warranty period and they would not honor the repair. I was told they called me but my voice mail was full so they could not leave a message. They called only once. Flash back the my inquiry about the needed repair. They returned the call and gave me a price of $360.00. Four days later they called me back again, left a message to contact them. When I returned the call, they told me the price would now $500.00. And then again in a few days raising it to $800.00 for the repair. I gave them the go ahead. They called two more times reminding of the appointment and to double check both times that I would bring the $800.00 with me for the time of the service and that I was aware of the price increase. In total, they contacted me six times about price, re-confirmation of price and to ensure I knew I'd need to pay at the time of the appointment. They deliberately strung out my return call for the warranty repair and then cancelled the warranty on a several day 'past date' technicality that they created. Having made six calls about price, and eight total including appointment confirmation - they made only one call, leaving no message deliberately riding out the warranty period. Bear in mind they have my email address, and could certainly try a second call out on a warranty that was necessary because of Dr. Trang's failed repair. They kept the $800.00 and refused to fix the faulty work of their lab. A failure they should have discovered by checking the quality prior to my appointment. So I asked for my dental records. They never provided them. come to find out after reporting them to the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners - they never created a treatment plan. Dr. Trang intentionally deprived me of a repair for his faulty work - set a timeline for the repair to be initiated, and then strung out communication until they ran me out of an arbitrary warranty period he offered off the cuff at the moment he should have been installing the appliance, but couldn't 't for the faulty workmanship and discovery of a crack their lab produced and overlooked. NEVER go to this facility or this doctor. read more

I was being seen by this dentist office for over the last 20 years. I just found out recently when I moved out of Maricopa County and had to see a new dentist that I have periodontal disease and they never ever brought it to my attention at Dobson Warner dentistry, I am so very disappointed and crushed that they did not have the decency to tell me this!! I will be submitting a client complaint to the dentistry board and find out if I can get somebody's license revoked this is just unacceptable. What I'm going through now is just horrible! My son has been a patient since 2 years old and now 17. Was told he had 5 cavities on last cleaning, which I found hard to believe since he has not had since he was very young. I called to question and the response was oh we can have him come back here for another look. Ummm- no thanks. Got a second opinion with X-rays and cleaning at another dental office and dr said he has no cavities. I am extremely disappointed with the lies at Dobson Warner and will not be ever returning to this office for any type of care. AWESOME!! I was in Chandler visiting for one week and had a mishap with a crown that needed immediate attention. They were able to squeeze me in 3 times to get what needed to be done. Dr Antonio butchered my healthy teeth and ruined my bite. His technique is primitive and overly destructive. Dr Antonio said, "Your teeth are too sharp", then immediately, without my permission, he flattened all of my teeth. My teeth now grind and roll when I eat, and chewing is difficult. Dr Antonio said I had 4 fillings that needed replacement. Instead of filling the pinhole cavities like my prior Dentist, he dug crater holes in my 4 molars and then capped them with a hard cement. I'm now biting on cement plates and my mouth is in pain all of the time. My teeth were healthy with no new decay and a history of tiny cavities. There was no need for Dr Antonio to be so destructive with my teeth. My mouth now hurts all of the time and eating is now a difficult and painful process. I went in for a cleaning I was told that I have three cavities, I didn't believe him. I had my x-rays sent over to another dentist and I was told that I do not have cavities. Dentist was extremely adamant that I needed to have them fixed or else I might need a root canal. I am not going back to this dentist. read more

She litterally rolled her eyes at me while re cementing my crown thag SHE knocked off while doing my exam ..... she is very rude and not very knowledgeable ..... she then proceeded to talk about me in Vietnamese to the dental assistance while I was right in front of them .... Saw Dr. Antonio for a ton of fillings! Went to two different dentist a year and a half later and both told me my fillings would have to be redone because Dr. Antonio made them to square... leading to many of them breaking. Been going here with my mom for her dentist appointments before Dr. NGO passed and he was so sweet and caring and the management and dentistry was amazing. But once, Dr. NGO passed the dentistry and the management became worse than you can imagine. Been going there for longer than I could imagine. I was never ever told I have cavities going there. But, all of a sudden many years after going there I somehow have 8 cavities. I take very good care of my teeth, too. There is no visible tooth decay on the outside. Even, in the X-rays I didn't see any sign of tooth decay or anything that looked like possible cavities. They only care about money now and they rip you off here. Dr. Ngo and his staff are completely professional, friendly and helpful! I went in a both a new and emergency patient - within minutes of sitting down, Dr. Ngo came in, saw my x-rays and explained to me my options - either have my back molar pulled for $50 or root canal for $400 (mind you, this is with my insurance). He also took the time to tell me what my last dentist failed to do - and not in a condescending way, but in a way that was constructive and why he was concerned with my x-rays. I asked what his personal opinion was, and he said it would be better to have the tooth pulled and not go through a length and pricey root canal, because it would work out better both physically and financially. :) Not long after, another dentist came in - and I wish I could remember his name - and did the procedure. I don't think I've met a practitioner who was more caring, resassuring and professional! He took the time to tell me about the procedure, and was SO incredibly compassionate during the extraction. After it was all done, HE was the one who took the time to tell me about after care, my antibiotics and answered my questions - not the hygienists! (The hygienists, by the way, are equally friendly and helpful.) I am definitely happy to recommend Dr. Ngo and his staff! read more

I drove all the way to chandler from Prescott and I went to Dobson Warner Dentistry to get a routine teeth cleaning and the service was absolutely outstanding. It felt like a very welcoming dentist office. Dr. John Antonio was my doctor and his service and friendliness was exemplary. UPDATE- October 2018: New doctor alert! I went in for my usual cleaning. The newest addition, Dr. Antonio, did my exam and ended up doing my fillings later on. He was awesome. Explained everything he was doing and was overall super pleasant to be around. 10/10 Would recommend for a good time. After my coworker referred me here, I made an appointment for a cleaning. The front office girls were very nice when I arrived and checked in. I didn't have any problems when they took my x-rays or cleaned my teeth. Dr. Ngo is the best dentist and may possibly be one of the best people I have ever met. I go there, my mother's helper went there before moving to Long Island, my coworkers go there, my mother goes there now and my fiance. This is the best dentist I have ever had. Truthfully, I had always disliked going to the dentist. I had some fears and was very apprehensive. However, the experience here is very good. I know they are good people and I have had a lot of work done over the past 7 years. I have had root canals, deep cleanings, fillings, an extraction, and even a partial made. If I ever moved from AZ, I would still fly in and see Dr. Ngo for my dental work! ---- April 7, 2013 Dr. Ngo Passed in March. He was a kind and great dentist. Unfortunately, the new management is not running things as Dr. Ngo did or would. They refused to offer even a 10% discount I have been getting for the past 7 years. The dentist is the owner so he cares about the money more about his customers. I was told something and when I was there they told me something else. He said he can do the work on my husband if he pays cash and then they can bill the insurance if it covers or not. I was told that they send the for first before billing then they tell us if the insurance will accept or not. When I confronted them they told me okay we will send a request for the insurance and then we get back at you 4-6 weeks. The visit was for me and my husband! They took our X-rays and after I was done the nurse comes back and gives me a referral for a different dentist for my husband!! I was like why? She said the dentist said that he won't be able to do the work for him! I was like huh? He just told my husband if he paid he will do it same day? Now he doesn't know how to do it? He's not qualified enough and was gona operate on my husband? Anyways I told her can I talk to the dentist? So I did and he was so rude wouldn't even listen to me and told me yes I didn't see the X-rays properly I took a second look and realized it's not my specialty (yea, bullshit) he just didn't want to go through the hassle to do it without warning quick cash. I told him this isn't professional first we went through the issue with the front desk because they told us different things before we scheduled (I made sure I cleared everything before scheduling my appointment) then he tells well they told u wrong because that's not what we do, I was like so then u have to give hem the accuracy info or train them to be up to date. I got Dr. Ki Ngo's flyer on my front door and the pricing seemed very reasonable so I decided to see what kind of reviews he had before making my appointment. All the rave reviews about Dr. Ki Ngo on here and Google sounded like a much better option than the dentist I have been referred to these past few years by 1800dentist.com I am so absolutely glad I have found him because he has made my visit (two times already) the best dental experience I have ever had. I had a cracked tooth from weeks earlier and was in quite some pain. I contacted a few locations to ask for quotes, and all of them gave me ridiculous pricing. Well, it was a Friday evening and I was able to be seen on Saturday immediately. I was able to get my root canal within an hour. He and his whole staff made me feel very welcome. I could tell he really cares about his patients and he's constantly laughing. I can't say enough great things about this office but try it for yourself, I know you will not be disappointed because I definitely wasn't!
