Classic has been around since I was the age my kids are now. A few things have changed about it but the basic concept is the same. It is a lot of fun for what you pay to play. They have a different deal everyday so make sure to check the website to find out what deal it is for the day you want to go. They have two different areas to skate. Be aware the skate rental is not included in the price. I am pretty sure you can bring scooters in. You can always bring your own skates in. They also have bounce houses and a climbing jungle. The bounce houses are really big and super fun. The jungle is a little harder for the little kids to navigate but my 5 year old loves it. They have a few other activities like laser tag but we have never done them. We just recently rented a party room there for my 11 year olds birthday party. We got the karaoke room. It was such a great value. It was only $10 an hour! They had a lot of great song options for them to sing. The best part is that you don't have to book a birthday party if you want to book the room. We went on a Tuesday so every activity was just $2. We payed for the kids to go swimming and do the water slides. It was the least expensive party we have done in a long time. The kids had a blast! I didn't give it 5 stars because it does need some updating and it feels a little dirty. They could definitely benefit from sprucing the place up a bit. All and all though it's a fun place and we will be back. read more

oh the memories I have at this place.... I spent countless hours here when I was younger, and surprisingly it is still a great place to go in my 30s. The bounce zone is a great place for kids, and is still fun (albeit very tiring) for adults as well. The arcade is fun, but nothing special. It claims to be a dimecade but most machines cost 3-4 tokens anyway. It is still a great place to skate, though I do miss when the bounce zone was not in the middle area so you could just lap that track as many times as you wanted and as fast as you wanted. The rental blades are a little worse for the wear... some of them need to be replaced. Bathrooms also could use an upgrade. Pretty sure they are the exact same as they were 20 years ago. Best to go in the early morning when they open to avoid the crazy crowds, especially if you have little ones you are bringing. read more

This place gets 5 stars for the value and sheer *quantity* of fun to be had. I feel like my 8 and 5 year old boys could stay here for a week and not get bored. With arcade games, bounce houses we've never seen, water slides, roller skating with scooters allowed (BYO or rentals available), a huge enclosed ball blasting area, laser tag, multi-level jungle climber...it's like the only things this place *doesn't* have is bowling lanes and a movie theater. It's probably ideal for ages 5 and up, but I also saw littler ones having a blast. A cool plus is that they allow you to bring your own food as long as it's not pizza (since they sell that). Definitely look for online deals on their website. We got a summer day pass - just $10 for 3 hours of unlimited fun + 40 tokens...screamin' deal! My kids were disappointed they didn't actually have any 3-D glasses for laser tag as stated on the website. Also, the zip line was too tall for them to reach on their own...would be nice if they but everything else they were super-excited about. I took one star off b/c it's definitely got an older feel...and not exactly luxurious for waiting parents (mostly plastic picnic benches). Would be nice to have power outlets available (I did fine a single one at a booth by the skate rink). They do have wi-fi, though. In my dream world, places like this would offer FAR better food options, but I know that's asking way too much. read more

I struggle to find the words to accurately express my utter disgust and disappointment with how Classic Fun Center has handled Covid-19. Masks were nowhere in sight for both the patrons as well as the employees. My group were the only people wearing masks out of about 300 patrons. After calling to request a full refund, the employee denied our refund request and stated how masks were not necessary so long as the customers were six feet apart. However, social distancing did not take place whatsoever. There was groups of people closely congregating without masks, on and off the roller skate track. We also counted at least five employees without masks, including a cashier and a woman who appeared to be a manager. This is unacceptable and in fact, illegal. If anyone in my group ends up having contracted the virus from our time at Classic Fun Center, we will be hiring a lawyer. If you do not want to get sick, don't go here! Woooooow HORRIBLE customer service. The prices are deceiving and not all the information is posted so beware! The employees had the worst attitude and were not helpful. The price of skates is not included in the $7 skate price so bring your own or plan to pay more. Also they have signs and banners everywhere claiming low prices on food and admission and what not but it's only for members. read more

Fun night! We stumbled upon Disco Night. Lots of people were dressed up, and the music was great. I even lucked out and saw the famous Trevyn Meyer from BBoys World and he broke out with some sick breakdancing moves in the middle of the rink. It was a sweet night! So, let's be honest. This place isn't the cleanest and it doesn't have the nicest tables, carpet, etc. but this is one of the most amazing places in Utah for kids. Kids can easily spend an entire day here and it's cheap as well. They have tons of activities for the kids and most of the activities are very active so the kids are doing something healthy while they are at it. I vote yes for sure! read more

This place is been a great place for my child when he was younger but as far as the pricing it is extremely overpriced for three hours. And the games it takes 1 million tokens to play the games. There's one game in particular that cost 10 tokens to play it once. Overall it's fun. But they need a little more customer service skills when it comes to the food and cleaning. read more

I'm giving classic skating a 1 rating. Because this man who appeared to be a manager was extremely rude, not sure if he actually was but he was an older man in his late 40's If not older). My family reserved a room so were paying clients. We love to have fun and is always respectful of others. Apparently classic skating has a dress code which is understandable with this being a kid friendly environment. I really wanted a fun photo to post on Instagram and pulled my jacket off the shoulder real quick as a "pose". This man rudely said " you need to pull up your jacket" mind you I am 26 years old so I politely did as I was told and smiled right away. After I resumed taking my photo with my jacket zipped up. He still had the nerve to yell from across the room "if this is what you came here for you need to leave" I then responded "Sir I have done as you asked and I'm here for a party so you can stop" he still was being rude and kept repeating himself. Like on some power trip. So my mom stepped in (person who's taking my instagram photo) and snapped at him " she's listened to you so you don't need to keep going causing a scene". I don't know what adults even speak to other adults this way. But my family won't be throwing any further parties here or giving any referrals. It's so important to speak to people kindly when running or representing a business. In no way did I intentionally start conflict. If you're reading this old man I hope that you find an actual career outside of working at classic skating. You're clearly unhappy KEVIN! read more

I took my child here for her birthday last year, she loved it. 4 of her friends came along and they all had a good time. The host was friendly and attentive, I didnt have to chase her down for anything. My only issue was i wish it was a little cooler inside, i was a little warm. I saw on a couple of reviews people complained about disrespectful punk teenagers and the staff failed to control them, but that wasn't an issue when we were there. I'll take my kid back at some point soon enough and update this review if I have a different experience. read more

I was thinking water park, but it's actually just 3 slides and a jumper. The kids loved it! That's all that matters. They offer $1 shaved ice which was perfect in the heat. The"older" staff was nicer, but I think that was just maturity! Bring a blanket for the grass though! Good times! read more

I went here with my family yesterday and we had a blast. I wanted to write a review because I was so impressed with the staff. They were all super friendly and helpful. It wasn't crowded when we went so they let me bring in my 2.5 year old to the laser tag and he loved it. Most places would not allow it all. Also it's only 10 cents a token! And there were many arcade games that were only one token. Everything was very reasonably priced and there are so many fun things to do. Plus it is excellent exercise for the whole family. You can bring bikes, scooters, rollerblades, strollers, etc and take them on the indoor track, called the "Inter-skate 15" :) I didn't think it was dirty at all when we went there. read more

This review is for classic fun center in Orem. My kids arrived at 9:15PM and then they were asked to leave at 9:40 so they could clean the rink for the 60s night at 10. $15 for 30 min!!! If they knew they'd only be there for less then 30 min WHY did they make them pay full price? Soooo dumb!!! Sooo hate the way they do business. NOT family friendly. Makes me soooo mad. I've complained, if I get a response I'll remove or update my post. If your reading this then it means they DON'T care about their customers they just want your money. read more

This place is fun, much different from the classic skating that I remember as a kid. Still just as cheesy and overpriced add I remember though. I can get better food from a high school cafeteria really. I like that they've added railings for kids who can't skate but I don't like how lax they've gotten about skating in the wrong direction and how many people were walking on the skating rink with shoes and strollers. And trying to sell sunglasses on the rink during skating times? Really classic? Thought you were better than this. read more

You can't beat the prices. Waterslides, skating, arcade, bouncers... all for $7.50! The kids love this place. Its a great inexpensive way to spend the day. Note: Waterslides don't open until noon which is a bit later than like and they could use more umbrellas for shade. But overall a clean fun place. read more

I thought this place was a blast! We came with 8 kids and 4 adults. It was $7.95 for early bird special which lasts from 10am-4pm. They had so much stuff for the kids to do. Not only is there a skating rink but there is also a skating track around the jungle, arcade and bounce area. For only $2 more a kid you could also do laser tag and blast zone. We were here for over 4 hours and our kids never once seemed bored! There is something here for every kid! We would definitely go again!! read more

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER COMING HERE. I came here and instead of being charged $10 was charged $100. They told me they refunded it but when I looked the next day they did not refund me. I called and left messages but they didn't answer any calls until 4 days later. They then told me if I came in they would refund me in cash. After driving over 30 minutes they told me they would not give me cash. Definitely don't recommend. It's not even worth $10 let alone $100. Horrible service. read more

Went today, for $2 Tuesday, June 10 2014, and took my 3 and 6 year old boys. We all had so much fun. The water slides were awesome. My favorite water slides. So fast, almost too fast and wild. The water a little cold, but it wasn't a super hot day. The temperature of the kiddie pool was good. Then the boys played in the jungle area, and had so much fun there. And we ended with a game of laser tag. The 3 year did just fine. Fun for all of us to run around shooting each other and aliens. It's not scary at all. I thought all the staff were friendly and courteous. The customers were all cordial and careful on their skates. I thought the place was clean enough for me. A very safe, pleasant environment for all of us. I felt safe letting my kids play while I sat back and relaxed. I did not have to directly supervise them. I ordered pizza and churros. I really liked the pizza, and the price was good. The churros were quite stale and too hard. That was the only disappointing thing. But I'm sure they would've fixed it if I said something. It wasn't too big a deal for me tonight to complain about it. Can't wait to go back and do all the other activities. read more

The worst Customer Service ever. I had my son's 7th birthday there and I brought 20 kids, so I spent a lot there and the minimum I wanted it was a good service. The party should be great, but my son fell from the bouncer to under another bounce. There were no employees watching the kids, even to check the waistband. My son fell under the bouncer by the entrance, so if at least had an employee checking the waistband he could help my son. We were there for more than 2 hours and nobody check my son's waistband. So my 11 years old son saw him falling and tried to get him out, but he couldn't. So he screamed for helping, my friends that were around tried too, but they also couldn't, until more friends and my husband could get him out. It was so scary, my son might have been injured or even choked. And nobody from classic helped or showed up. I asked to talk to the manager she was so RUDE, saying it's my job watching my kids not them, WHAT???? she doesn't even apologize at all or concerned about my son. I won't go there anymore. It's a dirty place, the bathrooms were terrible, bad smell. Also I ordered pizza and it took so long to get done, more than 20 minutes how they said when I ordered it. Please don't take your kids there, it's an unsafe place. read more

I went with my kids witch are 8&10 was there for ten min I had these teen age girls jumping right in front of my son while he was jumping off these ramps they hardly had any staff to watch so I went and said something to the staff they did not do any thing so I kept watching and these girls did not stop so I said to the girls get out of the way ! About five mins later I was skating I got pushed from behind and broke three bones in my ankle classic gave us and my sister 40 bucks to come back but I was in surgery for three hours and hospital bills up the butt witch classic asked me to call and let them know what happend and I called them never got one call back after calling four times I don't think I would ever go back it was not worth it and they did not have enough staff to get people that are causing problems out of there read more

First of all ERICA D. I suppose it's parents like you who are dropping their teenagers off unsupervised, while your off having a break the teenagers are at classic making it difficult for anyone else to have fun....ok maybe they're not your kids, I just saw your review after an awfull visit to classic. The last few times that i've taken my kids (7,13)there the place was overwhelmed with large groups of teenagers who act like they own place. Zooming in and out of everyone slower then them and knocking little kids over in the process. The worst ones are the ones that don't skate. My kids and I were sitting at a bench while a group sat next to us, I was fine until 8 more came over and were crowding over us, I asked them to please move to another bench and they proceeded to talk smack to me and acting like they wanted to fight me. The staff means well but they have no control over place. There were 3 fights that nigh among the teenagers. During the day it's not that bad, but I will never take my kids there after school again!!! And if it continues we'll stop going all together, and no more season passes! read more
