Not only did they not fix the initial issue, they also gave back the bracelet with black smudges on it. I definitely don't think I'll be going back as much as I liked this bracelet. Im also getting it fixed from somewhere else for $30. Not even half the price from what this business charged me. If you're thinking about getting repairs? Try somewhere else first.

I placed my order understanding it would arrive within 3-4 weeks. When that window passed with no update, I reached out through their online system -- no response. I then sent a text and was told my ring was still being made. I waited two more weeks, and still received no shipping notification or FedEx tracking. I called the store directly for a follow-up, only to be told they had never actually made my ring. They offered a return and a gift as a resolution. I waited for the refund -- and again, no communication. No email, no confirmation, no follow-up. The refund eventually came through, but only after I had to chase it down myself. After more than a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and zero proactive communication, I was left with no ring and a very poor impression of how online customers are treated. In-store customers may have a different experience, but as an online buyer, I felt completely overlooked at every step of this process. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and order tracking for future customers.

My girlfriend had some gold items she was looking to get rid of due to bad memories. We went to three or four other places that buy gold and received various prices. When we first walked in, the husband and wife team working there were so kind and sweet. After reviewing the items they made an offer that she couldn't refuse. I called to find out what the price would be on removing a link in my new watch. Ramsey stated $10 and that he would make himself available when I got there. When I got there he was actually available immediately and quickly pulled the link out in (less than 1 minute). He handed me my watch and said have a nice weekend sir. I'm embarrassed to admit that my husband and I did not do our due diligence when we were engagement…read morering shopping ten years ago. I was having difficulty getting the diamond and ring design I wanted for the price we were willing to pay. After being disappointed by several jewelers who gave us realistic expectations, I shared with my co-worker our troubles. He referred us to Prim Jewelers. After we met with them, we were ecstatic. They were going to give us what I wanted at an affordable price. Now I know why: I've wanted to trade-in my engagement ring for a new diamond and setting. I started researching how much we could get for it and discovered that my diamond is EGL INTERNATIONAL certified. As you may know, the lab has received criticism for diamond over grading and shut down in 2014 to save their reputation. Our "F" color "VS2" clarity diamond is, in reality, an "H" color "SI2/3" at best under GIA standards. We totally overpaid Prim Jewelers for an inferior product. As one reputable jeweler stated, "EGL certificates originating from Israel, Europe, or elsewhere other than New York and Los Angeles are for all intents and purposes fraudulent." I tried to verify the diamond certificate online recently. Maybe it's because they're out of business, but the certificate number could not be found. I will probably get next to nothing for this diamond and need to pay full price for a quality GIA-certified engagement ring. Thankfully my husband and I are in a better place financially to do so. Hard lesson learned. Prim Jewelers should be ashamed of this practice.
