There was a couple standing outside the door waiting for someone to open the door. I walked to window to see a note on the window that says,"appointment only". I thought I drove all this way maybe it's not a big deal. After speaking to the couple that's been standing there (since 12 )they told me they drove a long ways and also didn't have an appointment. We both called the number on the door several times with no answer. I message them on TikTok and instagram with no rapid reply. I thought no big deal, I'll just wait. Finally, a man came about 5 to 1:00. By that time a second couple came. We all walked in. He helped the couple who drove a long ways and didn't have an appointment. I walked to the counter looked over some rings, had a few questions about them and he finally asks me if I had an appointment? I said no and he asked me to leave the store and come back when I have an appointment. I apologized several times. Cause I felt so stupid. As I walked out the door he apologized to the couple making me feel like trash that wasn't worth helping. I wrote some one a complaint about this situation and they responded right away explaining the situation of safety and one on one experience with the appointed customer but there's a way to handle a situation without having a customer feel chased out of a store. So tacky and unprofessional. My father owned a Jewelry store and there was a lack of professionalism here. I have to leave my review because their TikTok keeps coming up! It's a long overdue review. I had a bad experience with Ramzy (I believe it's misspelled) but his customer service is horrible he is very dry and not friendly it's actually uncomfortable speaking to someone who doesn't speak back or make an effort to sell, my partner did buy a tennis bracelet from him and during his purchase he had mentioned he wanted to get me a smaller diamond ring and upgrade me with anniversary down the road and ramzy said why would you do that it's a waste of money and gave his opinions and not in a nice way. I understand that in the long run I would be stuck with a few rings but that was just an idea, my partner felt he wasn't the jeweler for us the way he communicated his wife is the only friendly one and when I left my experience over text that I wouldn't need any future help she texted me privately saying why didn't my appointment go well and I told her, her husband is not a customer service guy he is very dry and doesn't communicate well. Great product! I purchased the 'Nicolette' engagement ring for my fiance, it looks even better in person than it did on the website. My only critique in dealing with this seller, is the difficulty communicating with anyone from this store. Once I placed my order, the delivery status remained the same for over a week, which read 'preparing package'. I became a little anxious & emailed, then called the store but I never received an answer or reply. Ultimately, it turned out fine & the status of the order updated minutes after I left a voicemail; but it would've been nice to be able to speak with someone or receive a reply in order to be reassured the order was received & in the works; after all, I had a lot hinging on this ring being ready in time for my planned proposal event. I received my item 11 days after placing the order, which was well within the '10 business days' they advertise. To be honest it's even more beautiful in person and I loved it in the pictures that they created for me. Before I decided to go to Classic Jewelers , I went to another jewelry store who does a rendering but it's like a sketch of the ring and I am a visual person so I like that they creat actually photos of the top view side view an this the bottom. This way you can truly see what it will look like when your jewelry is completed. Also, it takes two weeks more or less once you approve the pictures .
