Eli knew exactly what I meant when I asked for a beautifully symmetric diamonds and not crushed ice. We vibed right away. He has great taste and knows what a beautiful diamond looks like from an ugly one. Because let me tell you, there are a lot of ugly diamonds out there and there are many brokers who will try to convince you that they're pretty! I also really appreciated that he didn't ask what my budget was like so many other places. He focused on finding me not one, but two perfectly matched pairs of diamonds for studs. All of the other places wouldn't show me more than one pair. And you know what? I took both pairs because they were both so perfect I couldn't let them go! Other places told me it was impossible to find 2 old mine cushion cut matching diamonds but Eli did it. And he did it in like 2 days! He called me and kept me updated. When he showed me the diamonds he was super patient as I studied each one. There was never, at any point any sales pressure. He let me think over which pair I wanted without threatening that they'd be gone the next day (unlike Capri). I highly recommend him and wish I had found him before I got engaged!

My engagement ring was a relatively thin platinum band, and they had warned us that the band would be malleable due to the material. However, I didn't realize how malleable it could get until after I began wearing it. I was so set on choosing platinum because I figured it would be the easiest and most low maintenance material. The band kept losing its shape any time I wore it. It began driving me insane because I needed to come in and get it fixed almost every 4-8 months (depending on how frequently I was wearing it). I started to get anxiety everytime I wore my engagement ring because I was so afraid of it losing shape. I began to wear it less and less and stuck to my wedding band (which is white gold--lesson learned) only. I was also too afraid to go to any other jeweler near where I lived to get the ring fixed because I truly only trusted Bridal Ring's team. Finally, I was done feeling afraid and decided to switch the band entirely. I explained to Zoe, an associate at Bridal Ring & explained the situation. We discussed the different options and ultimately we determined I wanted to switch my band to the lowest maintenance metal I could without losing the integrity and design I initially had. Zoe and the team were so kind. They came up with an idea to switch the band to a yellow gold band & solder my platinum prongs with my diamond onto it. It took a week for us to pick it up. & I am so glad I trusted Zoe and the team to execute the vision because I am genuinely over the moon about my ring. Wow, Ara and his family were amazing! So professional, knowledgeable, and they made getting my son's engagement ring such a wonderful experience. They were helpful and took their time to find the perfect oval diamond that his fiancé had her heart set on, explaining to my son the pros and cons of each stone. Next, it was on to find the setting that would showcase the beauty of the diamond he had chosen, and they found a gorgeous one. I can hardly wait to see her face when my son proposes and he puts the ring on her finger! Being treated well by a Jewler is even more rare. This was different at JAJ. First, Long (the owner) is transparent in doing business. He explains all of the factors in buying a diamond. He took it one step further. When he asked me if I knew what my wife wanted, I replied no. He respectfully said, "don't buy anything!" "If you get something she doesn't like, it will go into a drawer and won't be seen." Who gives advice like that? Long is not interested in scoring a quick sale. He wants to build relationships and not burn bridges. I bought a my wife a beautiful rose gold wedding band. When it needed to be adjusted, Long fixed it without hesitation. When I ordered a custom ring for myself, Long said he would do it right and take his time. The finished product is amazing! If you want things done well, they take time. You can see it in the quality. When a friend of mine had a shattered ring that no one could repair, Long was able to put it back together piece by piece! This was a 100 year old family ring that came from South Africa and had sentimental value. The result is in the pictures! I recommend JAJ Associates very highly and encourage you to come in, compare elsewhere, and then buy in confidence. Receipts posted for proof. It seems they're all talk…read more The person I dealt with told me if I changed my mind on a generic chain I bought to bring it in and he'd exchange it for me. I brought it in and he told me he didn't have what I needed (a slightly longer chain) in stock, although he told me where he bought the items from (and told me they wouldn't sell directly to me), so all he would've need to do is pick up what I needed. I wore the chain 3 times and he told me it looked used and wouldn't take it back. Furthermore, I paid them to shine a ring and a few weeks later it looked like it did when I brought it in. When I pointed it out, he told me that's to be expected because of the type of ring. That's just wrong.
